Like others have said the driveway is a downhill slope and very steep. Other than that the place is perfect. There is lots of room to sleep and hang out. The furnishings are comfortable and each room is decorated in a fun country music way. We enjoyed our stay

Awesome amenities, good location, amazing host

Wanted to stay between Brentwood and downtown... this location was perfect. Very well appointed home with all we could ask for. Loved the decorations and had fun with the games downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect for Our Girl's Weekend

This house was perfect for the 8 of us on our girl's weekend. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. There are plenty of stores nearby for anything you might have forgotten. The rooms are very spacious and colorful; the pictures do not do the house justice. The downstairs bathroom is AMAZING!! The driveway could be intimidating at first but there is plenty of room to turn around at the bottom. I will definitely book here again!!!

Great location & Taste of Downtown

This was a great place for hangout inside or great location to go out to the city or other areas of Nashville! The house was fun and great for our whole team! The homeowner was easy to communicate with and super helpful! Loved our stay and time in Nashville!

Great for a group trip

We stayed with a group of adults and teens and although I would've liked another full bedroom, it's a great spot for a group. Plenty of room to gather for eating and playing games, and a short trip to everywhere we wanted to go. Susan was communicative, and the place was very clean and super cute!

Great family getaway

This is a great place for a family get together! We were a group of 8 people and had plenty of room. Quiet area with a beautiful backyard and deck to spend the evenings on. The inside is very clean with fun decor and plenty of activities. Susan and Scott are really great people and Susan checked in on us several times to make sure everything was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun filled Christmas Vacation

Very nice property. We had 4 adults and 6 children. Fit our needs perfectly. Property was clean and well stocked with necessities. Even had a Brita so you don't need to spend a lot of money on bottled water.

Football weekend

The property was clean and communication with property manager was seamless. Drawback was that there was no grill for barbequing and with 10 guys it makes it tough.

So sorry Bob. We removed just a few fleets prior to your stay because guests were not using it properly, leaving the propane in, leaving it really dirty and it wasn't cost effective to keep it on site. We pride ourselves in keeping our rates low so that people can still afford to visit our wonderful city. We appreciate your feed back. So sorry for the inconvenience it cause you and thanks for fixing the toilet. We had no idea. We hope you made lasting memories!

Music Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at the Music Retreat! The house was so cute and cozy. The decorations and design made us feel like we were right in downtown Nashville. The only thing I wish this house had was four actual bedrooms. While the downstairs living space can double for a sleeping area if need be, I thought we would have four actual bedrooms instead of just three.

Feels like home!

The home is beautiful. Feels like your own home. Had everything you could need. From games, music, and essential home needs. The home is vibrant and full of excitement. The location is great! Not too far from Franklin or downtown Nashville and a grocery store right around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful as well. The owner Susan was very pleasant and kind. The adults and children all enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend the property.

Fun Nashville Home

What a cute home! We are a family of 4 with Grandparents who were traveling with us. All 6 of us had plenty of room in the home. Very cute set up and the record player was a hit. The needle was actually missing when we got there. I sent Susan a message and she overnighted a new record player for us! We were only a few to fifeteen minutes from the zoo, downtown, and some great restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Wedding trip

We needed a house that was big enough to fit the whole family in for my son's Wedding. Owner stayed in contact with me the whole time we were there. Always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the instructions for entering and exiting the property. There was plenty of space and the house was so adorable..all the older adults were jealous that huge shower was not on the first floor, however, the kids (young adults) got to enjoy it. Our family recommends this property to anyone, and it is reasonably priced compared to all the other VRBO's that I looked into.. It was a huge bonus that the church was only five minutes down the road from where my son was getting married. We did take the kids downtown, It was 15 minutes from the house. Again, thank you so much for trusting us with your home and making it a wonderful experience for my family!!!

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED HOME -- A PERFECT GIRL'S WEEKEND

When I saw the pictures online, I knew that this was the place for us! The bright colors and fun decorations sold me in the pictures. If you think the pictures are great...just wait until you walk in! I stayed here with 11 bridesmaids for my bachelorette party weekend. We all walked in the downstairs side door and started squealing like little girls! Susan has it decorated beautifully. Not only is the environment decorated nicely, but she makes you feel at home! I had asked her via email about some pizza places in the area and she laid out a pizza delivery menu for us from the local pizza place. She had on soft country music for us when we arrived which set the tone for a fun weekend already! Everything was just perfect. The theme totally fits Nashville and a great house for girls! The beds are very comfortable. It slept 11 girls comfortably all weekend. I also made sure to write in the guestbook before we left. I noticed that many other bachelorette party groups stayed at Susan's house, too. Not surprising! We had planned to go out all weekend but with Susan's atmosphere, we sat in the basement and enjoyed the beautiful house with some wine just one of the nights. I recommend this to ANYONE staying in Nashville. It is 8 miles away from Broadway but super easy and affordable to find Ubers. They are everywhere! I could go on and on about how wonderful Susan's home was, but you should just stay there and see for yourself! :-) Thanks again, Susan!

Wonderful Place To Stay

We rented this cute house for my 70th birthday party. We came from Michigan, Georgia, Florida and Missouri. Susan is a great host. This house is decorated so cute that we all got ideas to take home to use in our own homes. Beds are super comfy to the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beautiful backyard to hangout. All 12 of us recommend this house. Trust us you will not be disappointed!

Great place!

We came to Nashville for a family vacation-all 12 of us! My children and grandchildren had a great time! There was plenty of sleeping space and the arcade games were a big hit...in fact my adult children were often accused of "hogging" the Pac-Man game by their kids! The host was very responsive and the kids appreciated the snacks she left for our arrival! It was really a great week!

Perfect family reunion spot

This place has it all! The decorations alone are worth a stay here, let alone fun games, record player, musical instruments, etc. The best part was the host Susan. She was so gracious and accommodating. She let us stay in the house later, which helped with a family emergency. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Making Memories

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful house. We are a family of twelve (6 adults and 6 kids) and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was decorated in pure Nashville style. It was truly a fun house! Susan thinks of every need and detail. She was kind and thoughtful and made our stay great! The weather wasn’t the best so we did have a good bit of time at the house and the kids were never bored. Definitely would stay here again if given the chance.
