We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very roomy, yet still had a cozy and comfortable feel that made it easy to relax. The highlight was definitely the view—it was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special. Everything was clean and well-kept, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Only downside was the kid pool was closed the whole week and they didn’t have enough chairs at the pool to relax.

Family vacation

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Listed both the pros and cons. I would definitely stay here again. We came with our 18 and 22 year old boys and we had so much fun. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning to drink my coffee and listen to the waves. Sitting on the beach to watch the sunrise was absolutely beautiful Pros:1- beach view amazing with nice balcony, tables and chairs2- Easy to find and naviagte to 3- home was verry clean and beds very comfortable 4- has washer and dryer so you can pack lighter5- closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels6- Great communication with the company! Pam was so kind and answered all my questions. Email responses very prompt.Cons:1- very long walk to get to the boardwalk. Need to drive to most attractions. 2- the starter items were really sparse. No shampoo, 1/2 roll toilet paper in the one bathroom, tiny amt of dish soap. We left more than what we started with. 3- pool was under construction so quite a mess to get around to get to beach. It will be beautiful when its done. This was communicated to me prior to the trip4- parking garage very tight to maneuver around

Beautiful Condo and View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described and provided everything we needed, including three ensuite bedrooms. The master had a lovely sliding door to the balcony and the never ending sound is the surf. The other two bedrooms have no windows, so serve only as sleeping and shower dens. The building shows signs of decline like most of Myrtle Beach. It has excellent safety entry systems, but there is a lot of minor damage throughout the common areas that I am the understaffed maintenance crew just can't address in a timely fashion. The three pools and hot tub on the first level were excellent. Access to the beach is excellent (Don't rent the umbrella chair combos - $50 each per day). Our unit had beach equipment available. All-in-all an excellent stay and kudos to the office staff at Carolina Resorts for helping us through some misplaced information issues.

Great place bad weather

The place was great the beach was great everything was nice and clean well stocked unfortunately the week we came there was a hurricane so we were stuck inside 4 days but we will have better luck year

Everything was exactly as we expected from the advertisement. We were close to literally everything and the beach was mere steps away. The hotel pool and lazy river were hits with the kids and we loved our evening walks on the beach. Recommend 10 out of 10.

The lanai was great. Spent many hours there. The view could not have been better. Also the building and area was quiet. I am planning to go back next year for a family get away. Plus the Carolina agency was beyond helpful. ANY ques you had they were there to answer. Everyone I talked to there were so friendly and kind. A special shout out to Stephanie for all her help and reassurances.

Great condo

Very nice well maintained condo, unfortunetly when we arrived we knew the offices would be closed. The property manager had kindly mailed me the key which was great. We arrived approx 3 hours prior to check in but couldn’t get in which we knew could possibly happen no big deal. At 4 pm when we tried to get into to our place the keys were not working. Tried to get ahold of property managers but they were closed for the holidays. After an hour or so the maintenance guy was able to try and trace our key for us but we were unable to have everyone leave as we would get locked out until we got the keys re done to allow access inside. All 4 keys didn’t work. We finally did get the maintenance guy to make all the keys work. When I called the next day and the office was open they didn’t seem to care that we were inconvienced at all with this and just said oh well Overall the place was very nice. The parking garage is pretty tight so be careful when driving.

First trip to Myrtle Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo (902) was a short walk with easy access to the beach. The condo was very nicely renovated, exactly like the pictures reflected. It was also very clean and well equipped. Only suggestion would be to include a hold bar and slip proof mat for the inside of bath tubs. We would definitely recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate reserving for future visits. The amenities were very nice as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The best place to stay on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. We love it! It feels like home away from home. All of the beds are comfortable and the furniture throughout the condo is beautiful. Everything you need to “dine in” is there. The pools are an extra bonus on top of the beach access. We’ll definitely be back!
