We had a great experience again this year. It was nice to see the new hardwood flooring throughout the condo. The customer service was excellent! We had a problem with the TV but it was fixed right away on our first night, so that we could enjoy family movie night! We love the location. It is perfect for a family. Thank you!!

Everything was fantastic. Nice TVs in every room. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the lights on the headboard. Appliances worked great. Check-in was a piece of cake. Access to the pool and beach was seamless, and the shallow area of the pool for children was very much appreciated.

Family Fun Time Get Away !

We stayed in a four-bedroom ocean front condo which was very roomy for the family. The weather was perfect because I love to walk on the beach. Fishing wasn't that great but being on the pier looking out into the ocean was relaxing. Getting away from the same old daily routine is just what the doctor ordered !!!

Good condo

The condo was nice, just a few things were a little outdated like some of the furniture and the electric mechanism in the couches did not work well. The carpets were worn and need to be cleaned, they were very discolored. Sheets and towels were clean. 3 of the showers had hot water. We only had lukewarm water in the master shower. Over all the location of the unit was good, right on the beach.

Great vacation

We loved our condo. The location was perfect! The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We did have a few little problems at the beginning, but they were taken care of right away! The bunk beds were beautiful and very comfortable! The living room furniture was very nice. The dinette furniture was very difficult to get into. All and all, the condo made for a wonderful relaxing vacation!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family's summer vacation! I would absolutely stay here again! We stayed for a week with 2 families: 4 adults, 3 kids under 9, and a baby and there was plenty of room for all of us! Pros: -great communication from the property manager from start to finish -lots of storage/shelf space for all of your things -right on the beach! just a short walk out the back of the building and you're onto the beach. -clean! the place was spotless on arrival but we were also so impressed by the way the building was maintained! There was always someone vacuuming the entry ways and elevator areas so there was never a grain sand seen or felt inside the building! They were also often wiping down door handles and windows. The outside shower areas were also always working well and you could tell the walkway connecting them to the beach was hosed off and cleaned every day. -pools were awesome! We didn't know what to expect from the little lazy river pool but we loved it! The kids and adults loved playing and floating around it. The pools were also never crowded. -great wifi! -plenty of hot water to last through everyone's showers at the end of a beach day. -large kitchen with plenty of seating and dishware/utensils. -easy parking for both of our cars -close to everything! Anywhere we wanted to go in Myrtle Beach was within 15min and there were grocery stores within a mile. Cons: can't think of any! side note: You must visit

Love this place!

This is our second family beach trip to this property. The condo’s are so spacious and conveniently located. We especially love the lazy river and hot tub. We’ll definitely continue to stay here when we visit Myrtle Beach!

Will not book or recommend

Furniture is warn out badly, more like broke. Mircowave is all rusty. Master bath is very outdated and showers are slippery and no grab bars. Granddaughter fell in shower. This was the most expensive condo i have stayed at in the 4 years we have been coming to myrtle and it was the worst for the money. All pools were not usable. 2 of 3 were shut done and the ine inside was so cold you could not swim in it. The whole indoor pool aarea was tore apart, almost all windows were out. Should discount for that. Furniture is recliner furniture but only 1 chair worked.I contacted them about the plyg not working and was told it is not advertised at recliner, but you clearly see in the pictures it is that kind of furniture.

Spacious condo right on ocean

At first glance when we arrived, we loved the condo. Has an incredible view & nicely appointed. But we did have some disappointments. The love seat & sofa are auto recliners but neither worked. There were cords which hooked up to nothing. We asked to repair & someone came but were told they were broken. The microwave & stove need replaced— looks like something caught on fire in the microwave and might not be properly sealed anymore. Burners on stove would not regulate. And skillets need replacing. Had never rented a place with no starter dishwashing liquid or any travel bars of soap in bathrooms. Have to take or purchase any cleaning supplies. One feature we looked forward to was the lazy river & indoor pool. But the lazy river was taped off and being worked on. And the double doors going outside were gone w/ just a big open space so the indoor area & pool were freezing. We expected a warm pool to enjoy. We complained but were told the indoor pool was open. But we certainly couldn’t get in it. With some updates & replacements this could be a wonderful place to stay. We had 4 ladies in our 60’s & 70’s in our group & loved having our own beds & bathrooms but you for sure get the bare minimum for amenities.

Very spacious and clean condo!

Lots of room and beds! Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies! Very clean and super easy to access. No issues at all. Everything was found as described.!

Wonderful Vacation Spot for 12

Great location, fast elevators, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, roomy condo, easy check in/out, great communication, easy access to beach, parking garage attached. Having a larger group, the sound does not travel from room to room, quiet, beautiful views/breezes from balcony, very nice facility, lazy river...Note: no air floaties allowed in ocean at all at Myrtle Beach and no cabanas allowed on Myrtle Beach between Mem. Day and Labor Day...umbrellas only, except baby cabanas...fyi...Never saw this listed anywhere and we bought/brought both. It was wonderful!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our room Very much! All the conveniences of home and privacy for all family members. Everybody was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The beach was excellent and the location and security of the property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay with you again.

Great condo! The only thing i would suggest is a couple blankets and an easier option to check in slightly ealier. We arrived 50 mins early from our flight and had to pay $25 instead of waiting in the hall.

Great family vacation

This property was in a great location for a family vacation. Being right on the beach allowed for easy to-and-from trips for the kids when they needed a break from the beach. There were only a few maintenance issues needed (typically expected), but the condo was very clean and well-equipped for our stay! I would recommend to others.
