The property is a prime location. It’s a beautiful home but needs a deep clean. The pool and pool deck was very dirty upon arrival. We made this known to the property manager, but didn’t get a clean out for 48 hours. Dishes and wine glasses not clean in cupboard. Leftover trash in a bedroom and sheets not made in a bed.

Very clean house and looks like pictures . Easy and fast communication with property management. Heated pool was great and walking distance to the beach access was close.

Thank goodness that the property management was available 24/7. There were issues with multiples codes we were given for the doors not working, and we arrived late at night, so this could’ve presented a huge issue. The property was clean on the inside, but the outside wasn’t as well-maintained as I would’ve expected for the price. We had two unexpected and unannounced service workers come out, one to place a new inspection sticker on the golf cart and one to service the pool. The pool maintenance was the issue, as we were swimming and had to stay out of the pool for a few hours after. Overall a nice place to stay, but being as this was our second time staying here, I was disappointed this time around.

Great property for a group. Excellent location!

This property can house a large group comfortably. The location is as good as you can get without being on the beach directly. Loved that the golf cart and 2 chairs and umbrella were included with stay.

House was exactly as advertised - tons of room, location was right across the street from the beach, pool was a perfect post-beach cool down. Couldn't have asked for anything else!

Property is in great location with easy access to nearby amenities. Cleanliness was lacking with the pool often times housing debris & multiple bugs found within the home.

The debris in the pool was caused by heavy rain and water runoff, though we understand how inconvenient this must have been during your visit. Your feedback is invaluable. The owner just completed an extensive remodel that includes custom ocean, themed artwork, spa-like bathrooms, and all new furniture, including the patio and all the living rooms. Additionally, the pool and pool deck were recently remodeled. Awesome

The whole process is easy and the owners communicated very well and also texted throughout the stay. The house is very much well for 30 guest. I will definitely be booking there again. Great view like a 3 minute walk to the beach. I love this stay definitely recommended 10/10.

Fun Getaway

We were in town for a high school baseball tournament and just decided to rent a house with a few families for the week. The location was perfect for the guys who were focused on playing golf every day. When the girls weren’t playing basketball, we were right where they wanted to be——close to the shopping! A short walk led us to the beach on our off day and the weather was perfect! The older guys (19) enjoyed having their own space to hang out in thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Retreat and Family Gift

This may have been the easiest rental process of anything I have dealt with. Check-in and check-out was very clear and concise. Being new to VRBO, they answered all my questions throughout and were even very helpful in resolving forgotten items. Just a great and VERY affordable getaway at a beautiful property and a beautiful location. Will def definitely return!!! Thank you!!!
