Comfortable home. Great neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house has all the comforts of home. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, and inviting back yard. The neighborhood is convenient to downtown, immaculate and great for walking. Property manager was warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic house in an incredible location

We just returned from an amazing five-week stay in Winter Park, FL. Margie was great to work with and super attentive. The house itself was in an amazing location in a beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you'd need to settle in and feel at home. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with all kinds of unique, tropical, central-Florida plants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You're only about a mile from Park Avenue in Winter Park, which has a wide variety of restaurants and shops; don't miss Briarpatch! You're also only about a mile from other fantastic Winter Park restaurants and dessert spots; we'd highly recommend Gideon's Bakehouse and Kelly's ice cream. You're also close to Baldwin Park, which has many restaurants and shops. We can't say enough about the location -- it was truly incredible. By staying in Winter Park, you're also only about 20-30 minutes from Universal Studios and the Disney World parks. It's about an hour drive to multiple the east coast of Florida, where you'll find numerous beaches, such as Canaveral National Seashore and Cocoa Beach. The Orlando Museum of Art is nearby, and don't miss the Morse Museum. If you enjoy walking or running, you cannot go wrong with this location. You can literally leave the house, head in any direction, and walk for miles. Along the way, you'll see some amazing homes in the neighborhood, beautiful lakes, Park Avenue, and the campus of Rollins College. The streets are paved with bricks, which makes for a unique, charming vibe. We can't say enough great things about our stay. After all the drama of COVID and sticking close to home for so long, this was an amazing location to recharge, relax, and enjoy all that central Florida has to offer. Central Winter and Baldwin Park Location

This is a great house in the middle of accessing both Winter and Baldwin Park. The house has extensive remodeling but maintains the charm of the original structure. We found it comfortable for a long term stay. The biggest con for the house is that the washer/dryer are in the garage, which can be very warm in certain times of the year. The room dedicated to being an office was great for remote working. It provided privacy and has direct access to the WiFi/router. There is a fair amount of construction going on nearby but it did not bother us.

Amazing Winter Park Getaway

This property is amazing! If you want the true Winter Park experience this is an absolute must!! You are literally 1 mile from all the wonderful restaurants. The home and property are well maintained and the management is incredible. It was truly a home away from home. We are local as we live about 20 minuets outside of town, but in between selling and waiting for our new home to be finished. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I found the amazing soaker tub in the master bath to be a wonderful relaxing moment away from the workday stress. I highly recommend this property! I would stay again.

We rented this wonderful home while we had some construction going on at our house. Beautiful house and location. Couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home for the past 6 weeks!

Wonderful "Home Away From Home"

We enjoyed this delightful, comfortable house! It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood which provided opportunities to enjoy neighborhood walks as well as a quiet patio for morning coffee and quiet reading- complete with a pair of cardinals which provided birdsong! We were close to downtown Winter Park as well as all the amenities and restaurants along the busier highways. Property Manager, Margie Bridges, was exceptionally competent and responsive to any requests.

Perfect

The location of this really pretty house was perfect for our son’s graduation from Full Sail University. The outdoor patio was an excellent spot for breakfast too. While we never met the home owner, she called several times to see if we needed anything. Everything was just perfect so there was nothing that we needed. We had a great stay in Orlando and the house was great

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood and was very nice The outside area was so pretty We enjoyed relaxing out there after a long day seeing the sites There were a couple of holes in the fence but it didn’t bother us. We loved the kitchen and seating areas. The house was open and well appointed. We will be back in touch with homeaway to book this house in the future

Winter Park Retreat

House has a wonderful floorplan and is located close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. We had several issues while we stayed there for a month. They were tended to, but were more of a nuisance. I would. have preferred not to have to tend to them while on vacation. The fence is not secure and there is a large gaping hole so we could not let our dog out on her own. All in all the Property Manager was helpful and willing and since our family lives in the area we really enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful home!

We had a great time staying in Winter Park. It was just close enough to the theme parks with all the comforts of home waiting on us. The homes and neighborhood are beautiful. the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard fence has a few big holes in it so be weary, I think they may be working on it though. Take the Winter Park boat tour if you have a chance and experience Park Ave. Margie was great, she really bailed us out when my son was locked out in unseasonally cold weather with no shoes on (be careful, all doors lock behind you except front). Thanks again Margie!!! Note: Our pup stayed at Uptown Dog daycare during our long days away, it was a Godsend.
