Villa de reciente construcción distribuida en 3 plantas. La villa tiene 250 metros construidos mas terrazas, jardín privado y piscina climatizada. No cloro en la pisinca. Cuatro habitaciones dobles (tres de las habitaciones tienen salida a terrazas), tres cuartos de baño completos, salón de 37 m2, cocina de 16 m2, 3 terrazas, dos en la parte superior y una en la inferior. Sala con billar y gym. La villa tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y el salón.
Tiene un jardín con césped y piscina privada. La villa es ideal para ciclistas ya que tiene un garaje en planta y está situada en una zona de muchas rutas. Tiene un supermercado, frutería, carnicería, farmacia a pocos metros. Para los que no desean alquilar coche tienen la parada de bus muy cerca donde le puede dejar en cualquier punto de la ciudad.
La Villa esta a tan sólo 10 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad donde se encuentran tiendas y restaurantes de moda.
También tiene a pocos minutos en coche, centros comerciales, playas y campos de golf.

Beautiful property, amazing backyard with lots of lounging options, doves nesting in trees and outdoor shower with hot water. Inside was very clean, fridge stocked with some drinks and market around corner for easy grocery shopping. Host was very responsive and very helpful.

Such a wonderful stay. A gorgeous stylish villa with everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Isidro was the perfect host from the minute we arrived and went out of his way to help us when we needed taxis and advice on local attractions. Wonderful pool and great BBQ with the added bonus of a pool table / table tennis and darts board. Stylish large alfresco dining area too. Thank you for such a special stay Isidro.Highly recommend to any group of 8 people.

Amazing house

This was a great find right outside of Palma! You can take a 5 minute walk to the metro right into the heart of Palma. There is a supermarket right on the corner to get whatever you may need. The host was great and always checking in to make sure we had everything we need and he stocked the house with soda, waters, snacks, and a bottle of wine. Great stay, would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

Smooth communication with the owner, he was very helpful and pleasant. House was just perfect, there was everything we needed and more, we didn't miss a thing. Nice and cozy outdoor areas, great pool! Five stars for everything and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great place in a great location

The house was perfect, very well appointed and had so many little areas to lounge and relax in. We were super comfortable in the house and the location was great. An easy easy walk to many shops, restaurants and groceries. The host was the best part, Isidro was so responsive and kind. Super thankful to have him help us out get off to a great start on our vacation.

Great location

Great property near a very good supermarket (2 mins walk) and a very efficient train line (5 mins walk) which takes you straight to palma or further up north. Plenty of space and room for our party of 5 adults in Isidro's property and isidro was always on hand if needed.All facilities in the property including english channels on a huge tv bbc,itv,sky etc. Excellent base to enjoy your stay in Majorca.

Great house and host

We stayed at this lovely house for a week and we were met with the nicest host when we arrived, there was some fresh fruit and much needed cold drinks in the fridge at arrival. Is was a very clean and pleasant house and had a lot of essentials that we otherwise would have to buy. Isidro was very helpful throughout our whole stay, would definitely recommend this house/host

An outstanding place to stay

Isidro is an excellent host. We arrived on a day when the shops were shut for a national holiday and he kindly filled the fridge for us, The house is even better than it looks on the Vrbo site. It is very spacious and well equipped with many places to sit in sun or shade .the pool was really great and the activities such as pool, the fitness machines and the table tennis were a real bonus. There is a great supermarket near by and it was very easy to get into Palm on public transport. The children loved it all. We had a really great week. We hope to return Thanks Isidro!

Perfect holiday

We (2 adults and 3 young adults) had a fantastic week in Isidro's house. It's not a house you rent, it is a home and we felt at home from day one. For us it was a perfect location, very central for visits all over Mallorca and 10 minutes in car from lovely Palma, public transportation is also close. Only a 2 minute walk to a very good supermarked Mercadona. You can also easily stay at the house all day, lovely outside with at big pool. Everything you need is in the house, but if you miss something check the cupboards, they are full. We really liked Isidro, he is the perfect host, so nice, helpful and attentive. Thank you Isidro for lending us your home.

Amazing!

Isidro was an amazing host who made our stay effortless. We arrived very late on a Saturday night so Isidro had the kitchen stocked with all the food and drink we would need since the market is closed on Sundays. So thoughtful! Now, onto the home - it is stunning! Beautifully decorated. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The space in the backyard is stunning! Beautiful (heated) pool and so much lounging space all around - in the sun or under a shade or umbrella. We went into Palma almost every day we were there - so easy. Less than a 5 min walk to the train station and then a (maybe) 10 min ride into town. We loved everything about our stay and hope to come back!

Fantastic for extended family

It's hard to describe just how beautiful this villa is. So much space for family to spread out, teenagers can have their own space, lots of terraces and loungers to catch the sun on. Supermarket and bus stop just a short walk, frequent buses made nights out easy. We travelled hand luggage only for 5 days and the villa had everything we needed. Towels, well stocked kitchen, bbq etc. If you have a car, parking is ok but always the option of parking inside garage if needed. Transport links for exploring the island are good. Poor communication at our end with mobile issues meant we arrived early without warning but the friendly and generous host was there within 10 mins to let us in. Hope we can return one day.

Fantastic Mallorca Experience

We were an Irish family of 4 and grandparents who spent 6 nights here in late October 2019. The house is absolutely brilliant and even better than the photos show. There is loads of space and the games room and swimming pool are great for children and adults alike. We paid a small amount extra to get the pool heated to 30 degrees(!) and it was well worthwhile. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room very comfortable. Palma city centre is only 8 minutes away by train (runs every 20 minutes and the station is 5 mins walk away) or 10-15 mins by bus. In the neighborhood, we’d highly recommend Rovers bar and restaurant on Carrer del Bisbe Campins - 3-4 mins walk from the house - for a relaxed, authentic Spanish experience. We couldn’t fault this house and echo others in highly recommending it.

Awesome Home

We were on Mallorca for our sons wedding and so happy we decided to book this home. I can’t say enough positive things about this beautifully well kept home. The owner met us our at check in and showed us about. There is a lot of space, 3 levels, swimming pool with beautifully maintained yard and comfortable outdoor furniture. Pool table and work out equipment on the lower level, extremely well equipped kitchen (Isidro also had drinks in the fridge, fresh fruit and flowers upon our arrival). The beds were very comfortable with black out curtains in each bedroom. We were 9 minutes from the airport and literally a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. This has been the best VRBO we have stayed in and would be back in a heartbeat. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. 5+ stars ⭐️!!

Phenomenal host!

My family would have been “fish out of water” if it weren’t for the exceptional guidance and attention from our wonderful host, Isidro. We arrived on Christmas Eve, worried about vacationing during the holiday when restaurants and shops might be closed. Isidro went above and beyond to accommodate us and we had a tasty hot meal on the patio even though we arrived late in the evening. We can’t thank our host enough for putting food on the table and in the fridge and for the exceptional hospitality. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and well situated near bus and train lines and a grocery store. My daughter even got an impromptu haircut at the corner salon and is very happy with the results. My family played ping pong, billiards and darts. We enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed just reading and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and the grocery store high quality so we enjoyed many meals “at home”. We had a wonderful stay and kudos to Isidro for providing a top notch experience! He even brought us a specialty local pastry to celebrate the New Year. This simply was outstanding and much appreciated. I am a VRBO host and thought I was pretty good but Isidro makes me see what excellent hospitality looks like. Thank you, sincerely!

What a villa!!

Isidro is honestly the best, most kindest and genuine villa owner I have ever dealt with! His communication was excellent from enquiry. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Isidro's partner even though we arrived past midnight on Sunday. I agree the photos online do not do this property justice, it is very spacious and clean. It had the best equipped bathrooms and kitchen I have ever stayed in whilst away. A very good quality cot and high chair was provided and there was a baby gate, which was very useful as my little one was crawling everywhere! We were also able to park our huge van in the garage which was handy. Isidro offered to do a grocery shop for us prior to arrival, which was so kind and we were able to enjoy a lovely alfresco breakfast on the morning of arrival. We were lucky enough to have great weather for 4 out 5 days of our April stay, so made great use of cosy outside chilling spots, heated outdoor pool and bbq. On our last day the weather wasn't as great but we didn't get bored as we made use of the pool table, ping pong table and darts board! The supermarket which is literally a minutes walk away was extremely useful to pop to during the week as we did a lot of cooking. Isidro sent us very useful information on day of arrival, on transport facilities and places to visit, which was very much appreciated. During our stay, Isidro was in constant communication to see if we needed anything but without being invasive. Mid-week he surprised us with a traditional Mallorcan pastry, which was a lovely gesture and delicious!! Unfortunately one of our party accidentally broke a small giraffe sculpture on a shelf in the living room, to which Isidro replied with a smile, don't worry it happens! He is just so sweet! On our last day Isidro booked a taxi for us with a baby seat as we were travelling to another region for a wedding. Nothing was too much of a ask for him! Thank you SO much Isidro for letting us stay in your amazing home and for your incredible hospitality. It really did make our holiday!! :)

La mejor casa que hemos alquilado en la vida!

La casa es preciosa, decorada con todo detalle y muy buen gusto. Es muy amplia y cómoda y está totalmente equipada. Tiene absolutamente de todo y la cocina es una pasada, no falta de nada! Pudimos disfrutar del zumo de la mañana, gracias al naranjo del jardín. La piscina climatizada fue genial. Daba gusto volver de ver la maravillosa isla y disfrutar de un baño por la noche, en pleno diciembre, con el agua caliente. Isidro, el propietario, es encantador y está pendiente de que no te falte de nada. Detallista al máximo. Nos lo puso todo muy fácil y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

Maravillosa casa

Nos alojamos durante 7 noches, 6 adultos y 1 niño de 2 años. Tanto la casa como el anfitrión son mejor de lo que te puedas imaginar, mucho mejor que en las fotos incluso. La casa esta equipada por completo, no falta ni un solo detalle, incluso Isidro dejó la nevera llena y algunos alimentos para nuestra llegada. Botiquín con lo imprescindible, útiles de aseo, toallas y sombrillas para la playa… cosas que nunca me había encontrado en un alquiler vacacional.
