MAGNIFICA VILLA con piscina privada de 94 m2 y vistas a la Sierra de Tramuntana.

Casa típica de Campo mallorquina con piscina (94 m2) particular en Santa María del Camí y excepcionales vistas a la Serra de Tramuntana (Patrimonio de la Humanidad). Situada en un barrio residencial de carácter rural y a 5 minutos andando del centro del pueblo. Situada 12 Km de Palma (Capital) y con un enclave fabuloso para poder visitar la isla. Perfecta para ciclistas, con unas rutas recomendables.

La casa (300 m2) está rodeada de un gran jardín y una extensión de árboles frutales, cuenta con unas amplias terrazas descubiertas y una terraza cubierta de 110 m2 totalmente equipada con las comodidades necesarias para poder disfrutar del ensoñador y tranquilo entorno. La planta baja cuenta con un salón y un comedor muy amplios ambos con chimenea, otro salón comedor con chimenea, cocina equipada con elementos de primera calidad, un baño, un aseo y zona de lavandería. La parte superior cuenta con dos habitaciones con baño en suite y otras dos habitaciones con un amplio baño y un distribuidor de lectura. Cabe destacar el perfectos estado en que se encuentra la totalidad de la casa y sus instalaciones, siendo las mismas de primera calidad y contando con las máximas comodidades.

Debido al enclave de la finca existen numerosas posibilidades de ocio, en un radio de 10 km. hay varios campos de golf, senderos para excursionistas y rutas para ciclistas así como una fantástica conexión con toda la isla que le permitirá conocer las playas y calas de Mallorca.

En el pueblo de Santa María hay una gran selección de restaurantes, terrazas y bares con diversas posibilidades gastronómicas incluida la comida tradicional de Mallorca. Una vez a la semana, el domingo, se celebra un mercado con toda clase de productos tradicionales. Debido al enclave de la finca existe la posibilidad de visitar otros mercados locales de los pueblos vecinos.

Se encuentra un una región vinícola, DO Binissalem, es una denominación de origen que componen 5 municipios entre los que se encuentra Santa María del Camí y donde podrá visitar bodegas como Maciá Batle y José Luís Ferrer en Binissalem, entre otras muchas.

Lovely pool

Very helpful family and a lovely pool with great garden. It was ideal for us to stay in and attend a local wedding then explore the island.

Fantastic finca and very kind and helpful host

A very nice house, garden and pool at the countryside. The host Vincent and Gabriela were very nice and helpful. The village nearby is nice and have a lot of good restaurants.

What a wonderful vacation! The Villa is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were so attentive and kind. 8 of us stayed and we would all go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Fantastic week in a beautiful villa

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. It is set in a wonderful location surrounded by a beautiful pool and gardens. The property itself is spacious with a very homely feel. The communication with the hosts Gabriela and her brother Vincent was superb from start to finish. Would highly recommend and we hope to return.

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at this glorious villa. Easy communication nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Wonderful house for perfect vacation

We, 4 couples between 50 and 60 stayed in this house for one week in June 2016. It is definitely a perfect house for perfect vacation. Everything is well kept and in a very good condition. The seawater pool is awesome and the big terrace fantastic The owners a very helpful und friendly. House can be recommended unrestrictedly. We never ever stayed in a better house than this.

Fantastic house, beautiful location, amazing pool.

Spent a fantastic two weeks in this property with my family, the host was very helpful and welcoming. The house and Santa Maria are in a perfect place for reaching amenities and Palma in a short trip but without the hassles of tourist hotspots, which are easy to drive to or by train. The property is in excellent condition, clean, spacious and the outdoor areas are fantastic, the grounds are large, secure and beautifully maintained, the barbecue was used extensivley. The saltwater pool is amazing and the kids loved swimming all day and at night with the changing colours, a really awesome pool. I would recommend this property, I will probably go back myself!

Beautiful property and exceptional host

Our family stayed at Santa Maria Dreams earlier in October. From start to finish, the communication from the host (Gabriela and her brother Vincent) was exceptional. Vincent was there to meet us on arrival and explained how everything worked in the villa. The property itself is wonderful; lots of space, a beautiful pool and gardens. We all had a lovely time and will be returning. We accidently left some personal effects at the villa after our departure and Vincent was extremely helpful in getting these items returned to us. Thank you for letting us stay!

Extended Family Holiday

Santa Maria Dreams is a stunning property. It sits within its own beautifully maintained, landscaped grounds. The pool is huge and we loved the salt water element. The large terrace around the villa was a godsend in the August heat. The villa is very well equipped and had everything we required for our month long stay. There are a various restaurants within Santa Maria itself and the train line into Palma is a real bonus. We drove into Santa Maria on each occasion as it was too hot to walk. I imagine the walk would take around 20-25 minutes. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to future guests.

Overall this was an exceptional expirience. Most outstanding was the communication with Gabriela from booking to arrival, and then meeting Vincent upon arrival and departure. The absolute most kind and trustworthy people. You instantly got a feeling that this was good people, and that made the excitement before the vacation even better. The house and the area was absolutely more stunning than the pictures! We wanted to go to a place with a nice pool with the little kids 1,5-15 years and this was EVERYTHING. Salt water was SO nice, and the outdoors that are truky amazing with the best areas for dining and relaxing- facing the pool and with the kitchen and BBQ next to it. The bbq with wood fire- we used almost every single day! And the absolute cherry on top was our own organic vegetables! You could just bring a bowl out in the fields and collect: all kinds of peppers, chili, habaneros, onions, salat, tomatoes, watermelon etc. ABSOLUTELY fantastic with the sweetest taste. The house was absolutely spotless and good equipped kitchen! We cook a lot and they had it all. All communication throughout our stay was instant and kind and the owners couldn’t have done more to make ua feel welcome. The village has fantastic restaurants such as Living Dreams, a mexican casual restaurant, Fellini and is a very quiet and cosy village with an authentic feel to it- not a touristy feel- which we loved! And only ten -15 min drive everywhere you wanna go sentral to Palma, airport etc. THANK YOU

Traumhafte Finca

Die Finca ist ein Mix aus traditionell mallorquinischen und modernen Elementen. Die Küche ist sehr clean, mit hochwertigen Miele und Gaggenau Geräten. Der Außenbereich mit riesigem Pool und dem sehr gepflegten Garten nebst Obst- und Gemüseanbaufläche ist äußerst gepflegt. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise sowie die Übergabe war genauso höflich und perfekt wie die Kommunikation während der gesamten Mietzeit. Man fühlt sich wunderbar aufgehoben. Die Lage ist ländlich ruhig, was heißt, dass die einzigen Störquellen bellende Hunde oder krähende Hähne sein können. Die Finca ist etwas abgelegen, in das eher beschauliche, aber kulinarisch hochattraktive Santa Maria muss man eigentlich immer mit dem Auto fahren, da der Fußweg nicht besonders schön ist. Wir können die Finca zu 100% empfehlen, es ist ein sehr liebevoll gepflegtes Objekt von einer ganz wunderbaren Eigentümerfamilie!

Wedding Holiday

Can only say good words about this place. It's everything you need for a quiet stay but close enough to Santa Maria and the rest of the island if you want to explore. We stayed here as it was not far from Alaro where we had a wedding to go to. The property is 5 star. Lovely pool and outside area where we spent most of our time. Thank you to owners Gabriela and Vincent who looked after us all the way through the holiday. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Stunning property with lovely owners

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful, spacious villa. The swimming pool and general outdoor area were a real highlight and even nicer in person, than the pictures suggest! The villa is also well located to Santi Maria and it's excellent facilities. The owners were extremely helpful with answering any questions and recommended some superb restaurants across the island. We would highly recommend this villa!

A private paradise!!

We loved everything about the house. In fact, even when we took the car for sightseeing around the island, and we saw some really nice places, we were so happy when we came back to the house, and we all asked ourselves why did we leave. Everything is in perfect harmony and condition, so we felt completely relaxed and at home after the first day. A nice morning walk to the village for some fresh pastries and food made it only necessary for some serious shopping at the Carrefour 10 minutes away, but well worth it because they have everything you might need. There is a great market in the village on Sundays but it closes at 14.00, so better be up early for some amazing vegetables and fresh fruits! The rooms are great, and a quick 10 minuets with the AC cools it down for a perfect sleep! The pictures on the website gives you a good idea of what you can expect! Great barbecue, fantastic pool and a stunning garden makes us want to come back as soon as we can!! Thank you so much Gabriella and Vicente for everything and hope you have a wonderful summer! Melting in Heaven

I will try to be very short. Amazing villa with more amazing owners whom was helpful and hospitable. And now about villa - place that you don't want to leave. Its a heaven where you go to pluck of fresh oranges and making mimosas. Pool, garden, silence and peace. This is how you describe location and feeling. But for those who does want more activities - not far away from Palma (by car) or many village activities in walking distance (vine tours & hiking). I wish to come back.

Lovely house for a perfect vacation!

We were 3 adults and 2 kids from Sweden who stayed for one week in this wonderful house. The house has a lot of space, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are modern and clean. We spent most of the time outdoor: the lounge area is very cosy and the pool is fantastic! The wifi worked very well. The neighbourhood is quite and the garden is large and beautiful. Location is countryside, but close to Palma and easy to access from the highway. Owners are very helpful and friendly, all the way from booking to departure. We highly recommend this place and would definitely like to return!

We had two absolutely amazing weeks here! A dream house.

We rented the house for two weeks in the end of July. We were two families (My husband and I with two children, my brother with wife an one child and my mother - 8 persons in total) We had an amazing holiday. All of us travel a lot to really nice hotels around the world and are picky :) What we really enjoyed and some things to remember. - The pool and the outside area: A big pool suitable for both swimming and playing. Beautiful lightning in the evenings. Very good seating areas for both dining and relaxing in the shade. Also - there are no neighbors so you are totally private. - The kitchen: Very well equipped and modern. We really like to cook and made lots of really nice dinners here. The BBQ outside is also amazing. (use charcoal or wood) - The bedrooms are individually decorated and all are really charming. Good air-condition all trough the house. The dining and living room are huge but we spent all our time either sleeping or outside... - Beautiful entrance - it really gives an amazing feeling driving up to the house. - Santa Maria del Cami: The village has a lot more to offer than I first thought. The butcher and the bakery is very good, the market on Sundays offers beautiful fruits and vegs. There are several restaurants worth visiting. The gelaterina is amazing. - The location: At first I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be satisfied with the location since it's inside the country. After visiting I can say that its probably one of the best locations in Mallorca! You can easily access the highway and then all the island with car and the nearness to Palma is soo good. We went exploring with the car almost every day and the island is really worth discovering in all directions. - Palma: When grocery shopping go to Carrefour north of Palma. You'll find everything - its the best on the island. Think about: If you want to listen to music you should either bring or by a portable speaker as there is none. I really recommend you to have a car if you rent the house.

Lovely house close to Palma
