El hermoso condominio frente al mar, a solo pasos de la arena y el agua, con una vista completa del océano desde el balcón, deja atrás tus preocupaciones. 2 piscinas al aire libre y jacuzzis con una piscina cubierta para cualquier clima. El gimnasio está equipado con bañeras romanas, sauna, sala de vapor para relajarse. La unidad Amazing Tidewater Resort está adornada con una decoración de playa preppy. Tidewater Beach Resort es indiscutiblemente uno de los mejores complejos de servicios completos en la playa. Los servicios de Tidewater incluyen Waves, un restaurante en el lugar, Flop Flops, una tienda general que elabora Starbucks para que puedas ir por la mañana y sirve cócteles, helados y otros bocadillos, gimnasio frente al Golfo, 4 jacuzzis, 2 piscinas al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada , saunas, baños de vapor, sala de cine, sala de juegos, estacionamiento cubierto. ¡A solo media milla de las tiendas, restaurantes, cines y parques de diversiones de Pier Park! We had an awesome time. The condo was very nice, had everything we needed. The views were great from the balcony We didn't have any major issues at all and I feel that if did have any that the owner would have taken care of it. She answered every text and email I sent Check-in was easy, even though, I forgot to do the pre-register on-line, but we still didn't have to wait long. The elevators were a bit slow, but that was to be expected since it was fall break. Over all everything was great! I would definitely stay in this condo again, I will check on it for our next lady''s get away! Thank you Nancy for sharing your condo with us!

Nancy was a great at giving all the information you need! Great check in! Drove right to the unloading area, check-in, room was great, and on the beach in no time at all! Excellent communication. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. You will need your own coffee and cooking essentials but the place is very nice. There is a Starbucks on property also a restaurant. Very nice place.

Great Stay!!

We loved staying at Nancy's Condo. We don't have any complaints. She is terrific at getting back to you to answer any questions you might have and the place was spotless and smelled so clean when we walked in. It was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. She provides you with step by step instructions for check in and check out which I appreciated. She also sends recommendations for places to eat and things to do while visiting. Of course the ocean front view is amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. We highly recommend this condo. Nancy goes above and beyond as a hostess.

Nancy was very helpful and responsive. I love that she puts together a whole helpful packet for your arrival. (She even sent us a promo code for pizza discount...lol.) The condo was nice. We loved the chairs provided for the beach and even made use of them at the pool. The beach was full of seaweed at the time we were there, but...hey, ITS STILL THE BEACH! The weather was absolutely amazing. Im sure every review on Tidewater mentions the elevator issue, and it was bad on our arrival. But in their defense, it was a holiday weekend. It did seem to get better for us once the weekend was over. Overall, WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

Dont Stay at Tidewater

First of all, the condo we rented was excellent and the owner was very responsive. My review has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual unit we rented. The problem is the elevators and the parking deck. The elevators are super slow. There was actually a very long line during check in just to get on. The parking deck was ridiculous. You have to get on 2nd floor to walk across the breezeway then get on a completely different elevator to get to your floor. One night as we were trying to get on an elevator in the parking deck, we heard someone screaming that they were stuck. So we then had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor only to find out that all power was out and elevators were not working. We had to sit in the hot lobby for over an hour and a half. My husband could not walk up 7 flights to our room. We witnessed a security guard and another man have to literally carry a guest that was in a wheelchair up to the 4th floor. This resort does not have any plan of action for the handicapped in case of any type of emergency such as this or God forbid, a fire! We will not be staying at Tidewater again and we heard several others say the same thing during our stay! Again, this has nothing at all to do with the actual unit we rented or the owner!

The room itself was very nice and clean once we got checked in. The check-in was horrendous. This resort has the worst elevators we’ve ever experienced. After an hour and a half and three phone calls to the front desk, I was able to return the luggage cart. I thought the elevators might improve over the week but they did not. We had to use the stairs several times.

Fun In The Sun

The property description and pictures are accurate. The Unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed and many extras. We have stayed in several units in Tidewater and this one was the best with many updates. Nancy is a great hostess providing us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. She is a great communicator and even checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable for our stay when we first arrived. We will glady return. before and this one was the best.

Lovely home, great view.

We were with family for fall break. We found the condo clean and comfortable. The barrel style chairs in the living room were so comfortable it became my favorite place for morning coffee with the view out the patio door. Linda the property owner was so helpful and friendly you felt like you were dealing with a friend instead of business with a stranger. She was quick to respond to any question we had. My only complaint or point of frustration has nothing to do with the condo. It was so busy that week and the elevator wait was sometimes frustrating Other than that we enjoyed the property very much.

The condo was amazing, the view was even better, we had run into some issues with a toilet and when i messaged the owner she sent someone out immediatley and the issue was fixed. The biggest complaint i have is having to wait so long for the elevators, other then that, our vacation was great

Loved the property. Ms. Nancy was great to work with, very friendly. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Only drawback is the elevators. So much traffic, waits are very long. This is out of the control of the owner.

Great condo

This condo was very clean and as described. It was such a beautiful place! Mrs. Nancy was easy to get in contact with and really sweet. Only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators, but that’s not her fault and we went during a busy time. But overall we had a great stay!

WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE!

-Mold all of the shower curtain- master bedroom, messaged owner & it was replaced the next day. -Mold all over shower heads in the 2nd bedroom & the bunk room bathroom -Master bed mattress is broken down on the right side, major dip on the edge. Thankful it was a king bed so there was room for one of us to sleep in the middle of the bed. -Washer full of wet towels- had to dry & fold, cleaner did not complete her job. -Had to run the vacuum to get sand off the floor on move in day. -Elevators are a joke! You will wait 20mins or longer for one! 6 in the bldg & 2 are broke. Only 1 elevator in the parking garage was working out of 2. Took the stairs most days, which is extremely hot! -Rap music being blared at the pool, people twerking to WAP (song) it’s not spring break! -The ground floor smells like raw fish/sewage -Met several families in the elevator that were leaving early bc this resort is an absolute shitshow! -Actual condo is nicely decorated but the cleanliness was sub-par especially for the amount you’re charged for cleaning fee! I would fire the cleaning crew if this were my personal home. -Only 1 shower is working to wash off at the station where you return to the resort from the beach. Long lines constantly! Makes perfect sense why the pools are filled with sand bc people don’t want to wait forever to wash off. -Owner told me my family would probably like it better on 30A…. Basically like if you don’t like it, don’t stay here. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Condo was Great

The condo it’s self was great, except the room with the twin beds, it’s really a whole in the wall with the beds, it doesn’t have a door only a curtain so if a adult is using that room they will not have any privacy at all. Other than that every thing was nice clean and worked as expected. I will mention this and it has nothing to do with the actual condo it’s self, but if your visiting in the summer the elevators are horrible they are so slow we waited over 40 minutes for one. There are 7 but only 6 worked and only one in the parking garage worked the whole week. The stairs are hot and nasty if you plan on going that route, but I would definitely stay here again just not during the busy season.

A little overwhelming

The resort has the worst elevator system. During check in you wait almost 30 to 45 minutes to get on a elevator. We took the stairs main times to the unit on the 9th floor. The facility was adequate but not excellent. The unit was well maintained and clean. There was no parking for oversized vehicles (taller than 7ft) or accommodations without a $20 per day parking fee. Both myself and the owner made efforts to understand the parking before arriving and booking the unit. The resorts information changed and wasn't accurate upon arrival. The bell hop knew what do more than the front desk. The owner provides all the information upfront and tries to ensure everything you need to know is given in advance and she responds quickly to any questions or concerns. The amount of information is a bit more than I am accustomed to when renting a spot. Overall it was a nice stay once all the stressors of getting settled were completed.

Perfect Spring Break Stay

Nancy's condo was a perfect spot for our family! It was clean and spacious! The location, a 1/2 mile to Pier Park, was perfect. Easy walk for dinner or shopping! The view was spectacular. Our kids really enjoyed the beach and even getting on the banana boat to go out parasailing. We would definitely stay here again!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Florida beaches have been a get away for my family all of my life. My Aunt and Uncle lived on the Bay in Panama City and were some of the founding fathers that helped to build the roads in the early days. We traveled from Louisiana to visit them and even though I have visited beaches all over the world, the Panama City Beaches have the most beautiful white, powdery sand and turquoise water. A bonus is this beautiful property and all of the amenities it boasts. It is located 1 mile from Pier Park, some of the finest shopping and restaurants in the Florida Panhandle. Now I am sharing my home here with my family and I am so glad to share it with you and your family as well. Hopefully, your family can make memories of a lifetime here as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home is exactly what I always wanted in a beach home - walk on to the balcony and experience the gentle lapping of the waves or watch the sun setting over the turquoise waters. The decorations have been refreshed with a "fresh beach décor" and the kitchen is equipped to dine in style. There are flat screen TV's in the living room/dining, and the bedrooms with live streaming and cable TV to provide indoor entertainment. The beach is a brief elevator ride away and out the door - we store beach chairs under the bunk beds for guests to use.

Walking distance to Pier Park is a major benefit of Tidewater. For those that prefer to drive, it's only two minutes by car. Restaurants like The Back Porch and Pompano Joe's are great venues with new locations in Pier Park. Dave & Buster's and a theater provide indoor fun and an amusement park is fun for the children when you take a break from shopping at all of the boutiques, outlets, major department stores such as Dillards, and even WalMart and Target. Sharkey's, a favorite family restaurant right on the water, that also has great food, drinks, and live music during Spring and High Summer seasons. There is a Aquarium, Shipwreck Island Water Park, miniature golf, parasailing, and so many activities, you could stay busy for months. I hope you enjoy this little spot of paradise as much as I do.
