Spacious Beachfront Condo Located on Grand Lagoon

THREE separate bedrooms all located on the corners of the unit allow for a little privacy, open kitchen area that looks into living room. Ice maker, double door refrigerator with a freezer, and washer/dryer included. Beachfront view from private balcony. Three pools, hot tub, large tanning deck.
Wrist bands included. Located right on the beach. Condo is on the 13th floor. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Westward facing balcony allows for a beautiful view of the sun set.

The layout of the condo has the best of both worlds. This large space gives a family a place to all be together watching TV, paying cards, or just hanging out. Opposite of this area the three separate bedrooms allow for some privacy, and a peaceful night of sleep. Regency Towers is located on the eastern side of Thomas drive this area allows for a quieter stay while still being a short drive to anywhere. Personally we love to walk down the beach for a bite to eat at Schooners.

We enjoyed our stay! The view was great! The condo could be soooo nice if it just had a deep clean. I think maybe it’s time to come check it out or get a new cleaning lady. That was our only issue!

The light over the bar, hallway, and one lamp did not work (the lightbulbs probably needed replacing), the round table for four had 3 chairs one of which we could not use because it wasn’t safe. The fourth chair was on the balcony in a corner with the leg off. The screen door from the living room wasn’t usable (off track and screen messed up). The screen on the bedroom balcony door was also messed up in spots, we didn’t use that either. No can opener in the kitchen and could use new skillets (we bought one). Cleaning could have been better upon arrival. I did not contact the host with these findings but did take pictures. He was very responsive to questions I had prior to check in and felt that he would have addressed these issues if I considered them bothersome. As for the condo itself, it is spacious and had room for all of us plus some. The balcony was on the side of the building and has a beautiful view of the ocean/beach without the sun glaring down on you all of the time. Keeping in mind that this is a rental and gets a lot of use, I would definitely still rent this condo again.

Pros: steps from the beach, balcony has view of the ocean, spacious open layout condo didn’t feel cramped with 9 people, plenty of cooking supplies and all cooking appliances worked, two saltwater pools (one heated) with a cool bar in between them - food and drinks are pretty good. Also a big grassy area for kids to run off extra energy and a 1 ft toddler pool Cons: no tvs in the bedrooms except master, bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is a 40 registration fee that must be paid to Regency Towers in order to receive your parking passes, several of the overhead lights don’t work

The listing is very misleading. This condo needs a lot of work. The couch was filthy. Sheets and pillow cases had holes in them. There were no comforters or bedskirts on the beds. Mildew in the showers. Freezer was full of food from the previous renters. Oven was disgusting. The cleaning crew had just started cleaning when we arrived at 4 pm for checkin with no notification that they needed more time. It took days for the owner to respond to my message and he never followed up. We love staying at Regency Towers, but will never revisit this particular condo.

Great Condo

Excellent size condo on the beach for our family! Full kitchen perfect if u want to do a quick grocery pickup to feed your family for the week. 3 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and all updated. Beautiful beach view from the balcony. Thank you

Wonderful

Property was great! Location was fabulous! Beds super comfy. Some of the furniture could stand to be cleaned but other than that i would try to stay here every time we come down.

Large home with great location

So the place was huge and the beds were comfortable and location to the beach unbeatable. Our only issue was the cleaning service. I'm my opinion the house is bringing lightly cleaned but definitely not deepcleanedcleaned.

Was disappointed with a few things still enjoyable place. No coffee maker 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom. No dish cloths or cup towels. No blow dryer. Dishes we left in dishwasher

Spacious and cozy

This condo was perfect for our trip. It is well decorated and the ice machine was a bonus! The beds are super comfy. We had an issue with the AC but the manager replied back quickly and had someone out the next day to fix the issue. Overall great place.

60th bday family get away

Property is good organized no issues! Pool area and beach area great! Condo is roomy comfortable beds nice bathrooms and kitchen. Host timely in responding to questions. Issues with cleanliness -dirty, furniture old and stained, had to clean condo and cover furniture with sheets so ok for grandbabies to be on when we arrived. Host was nice and helpful felt needed to be aware of condition we entered upon arrival to his property.

New area stay

Older property but still going strong with some good onsite extras like the Tiki bar area. Has great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Also two good pools, kiddy pool and hot tub and a large viewing deck with lots of chairs. Best thing for me was the location: Thomas drive which is less crowded as far as traffic goes. Been coming to PCB since the 70s and traffic was never a problem no matter what time of day. Has a huge parking lot which was nice. Did not have to worry about getting a spot no matter time of day. Room was nice and had a great view even with it being a side room. All rooms have a balcony view of beach.

When we checked in we had to pay $40 fee to register our vehicles that we did not know anything about and thought we had paid everthing up front. When we got to our room we found a used diaper behide the dresser. Sand was all in the rug in the livingroom an floors. The couch was stained and looked dirty. The third room near door is very tiny. When we got to the room we had absolutely no toilet paper at all which we were not informed of needing to bring. After looking on the list that needed to be done for checking out. It said that each bracelet not return would be $10 fee so when we left i turned all them in all for them to tell me we couldve kept them so thats misleading to me and we wouldnt have had to worry about the kids losing them. One lf lur vehicles jad to park across the street when they were plenty of parking all 3 nights we stayed. The elevator could use maintenance on one getting stuck on certain floors. When we walked in our room we heard this crazy beeping noise and like to have never figured out it was the ice machine an it was full. I feel like the $40 fee to check in should be known when booking, the room shouldve been cleaned, we shouldve been aware of needing to bring toilet paper if we were suppose to, the loud beeping of the ice machine shows noone came in to clean it. The property manager was nice and let us bring 11 instead of 10 ppl. And also let us pay for the rental.as we got paid so.He was very nice. I just wished it had of been cleaned.

Great Location, Quiet Place, Beautiful Sunsets

It accommodated our large family of all ages and the ice maker under the counter was an excellent resource for packing coolers. We enjoyed our stay and the balcony had a great view of the beautiful sunsets! Master bedroom BED was the nicest bed I’ve ever slept on !

Home away from home

We took a trip with my immediate family ( teen and child) and friend with teen child. Everyone had a bed, two full bathrooms and ample dining seats. Comfortable and tastefully decorated for great pictures. The beds were So Comfortable! Tons of pillows, soft sheets and thick towels. Located far away from spring break crowds- walk to dollar general, liquor store and a few restaurants. No need for a car if wanting to just be at beach, poolside, sunset from the deck or hanging out. The cleanliness of the beach was amazing, white, soft sand and beautiful water. Poolside bar and grill, hot tub, pool tables and tanning deck. My return will be so much more relaxed knowing everything is onsite. Top amenities: heated pool, white sand beach, deck view, comfort of the mattresses, kitchen tools(including steam pot and Fry Daddy), built in huge ice maker ( cooler always full!). Super simple check in, elevators got busy at predictable times ( 1000 check out), plenty of parking. Previous guests had damaged some doors and immediate response with repairs in 2 days. Very friendly neighbors, met wonderful people that live in the building. Grills and delivery from Local Steamer for surf and turf at home. 20 min or less to anything you want to do ( fishing, shopping, attractions). We wanted for nothing other than more time to take advantage of it all.

Great Condo

We had a great stay! The condo itself is amazing and there is so much room. The elevators were great during our stay as well. The only thing that gave us issues was the Wi-Fi. This condo doesn’t have its own router. It is the Wi-Fi that is provided by the condo, so sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn’t. Also the tv in the master bedroom won’t connect to the Wi-Fi, so you can’t use it. The property manager was great at responding and checked on the Wi-Fi for us. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again! Location is great, and the beach has a place for tents right beside it! One of the pools was heated as well so even though it was a little chilly outside our kids were still able to swim as much as they wanted to!

Fun And Relaxing

Plenty of room and privacy for us and another couple/friends. Loved the under counter ice maker and programmable coffee maker! Clean bathrooms, washer and dryer worked fine (dryer had to run 2 cycles to dry thoroughly). Could have used extra blanket for each room in case of cold natured friends...lol. Kitchen was clean and well equipped, with the exception of the oven: grease in bottom. We enjoyed late nights of UNO, snacks and movies. We would definitely stay again.
