Perfect size for a couple or young family. Also. Very convenient to all that Watercolor has to offer it’s guest. We love the watercolor community. The restaurant Fish Out of Water was great

We absolutely loved staying in this home. The location is perfect between the beach and camp watercolor. When my son lost his wristband, Miki quickly helped us get it replaced - her communication was amazing before and throughout our stay. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family of four. We cannot wait to go back and will stay here again!

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Ideally situated in the Watercolor neighborhood with easy access to Seaside via multiple walking paths just outside the back door. Biking throughout the neighborhood to town/pools/trails was a highlight. The neighborhood trolly is a fantastic convenience - just download the Watercolor Trolly app. Publix was a quick car ride and they do a wonderful job keeping the store stocked for one of the busiest times of year (July 4th). The home absolutely felt like our home away from home. We plan to return in the future! 🫶

This Watercolor cottage is an absolute dream. We had the best trip and the homeowner is so helpful and an absolute joy to work with and get to know. Beds are super comfy too!

From start to finish the overall experience as well as excellent. Jane and I have stayed at multiple homes in Watercolor over the years and this ranks among the very best. When we call Watercolor Jane’s Happy Place, the home is a big part of that experience. We look forward to the next visit, and we hope it will be at Miki’s property.

Beautiful cottage nestled in the trees. Private and very little traffic. Fun paths through the trees to walk to downtown center and fun bike paths everywhere! Close to shops, beaches, pools, chapel, and places to eat. Very clean home that has wonderful art work and comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and location. Was perfect for our family of four. Well appointed and the location is a perfect fit for being close to town, the pools and tennis courts. The foot path out of back porch was a perfect shortcut into town that my girls loved. The owner is also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home with everything you could need and in a great location! We loved taking the free trolley to the beach and beach clubs and the short walk to all of the restaurants and shops in seaside. The owner is wonderful and made sure we had a great stay and all of the information we needed. Cannot recommend this home enough.

Great trip, great location

Our family loved staying here. It was close to seaside with all the amenities that watercolor has to offer. Owner was responsive to requests, friendly, and so welcoming.

Fantastic Week in WaterColor

Beautiful home that is extremely well maintained with a great and super responsive owner. Great location that is walking distance to everything, including Seaside. Loved the vaulted ceiling living room / kitchen. Super quiet and had everything you would need for a week stay.

An amazing stay!

We loved staying at Miki’s property. It was very clean, had everything we needed and very close to Camp Watercolor and Watercolor Inn. The communication was excellent, and made the stay just that much better!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family of four had a wonderful time staying at this cozy house. It was the perfect location and had all of the amenities we needed. We will definitely be renting this home again for our Watercolor beach vacation next year!
