Hermosa cabaña de playa WaterColor de dos pisos, tres dormitorios, tres baños ubicada en Park District (y un apartamento adjunto de una casa de carruajes de un dormitorio (no incluido con las tarifas en el sitio web). A dos cuadras de la playa, WaterColor Inn y Beach Club, Western Lake y Boathouse. Acceso a todas las instalaciones de WaterColor, incluidas bicicletas, kayak, canoas, tenis y varias piscinas. Incredibles stay at Watercolor

The pictures do not do the house justice! The main bedroom is very big with a large walk-in closet and a gorgeous bathroom with Small samples of soap, shampoo and conditioner included.There’s a nice washer and dryer available. There were 3 to 4 beach towels available.The kitchen had everything you could need! We did need to buy bottled water or filtered water for our stay, but the ice machine worked well. There’s a coffee maker and a blender available.The living room has a pullout couch and very high ceilings. It also had a great dining table.There’s a second bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed and its own bathroom. The only suggestion I could make about the bedrooms is to include some heavier, light blocking drapes bc you wake up with the sunlight.The upstairs has the third bedroom with three separate beds- great for lots of kids and a bathroom attached as well.There were six bikes included in our stay. We also rented the carriage house, which is separate from the main house. Unfortunately, the Internet did not extend to the carriage house no matter what we did. The door also had a unique locking system. You had to pull up the handle to lock and unlock the door.We loved having access to the beach club and to camp Watercolor.All in all, it was the best place we’ve ever stayed near 30A. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Florida Vacation

From booking to arrival, Lisa was amazingly helpful and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond. The home was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for cooking, for the beach, and biking around town. The location was 4 blocks from the beach club, making it so simple to go back and forth. We loved sitting on the front porch and also using the grill out back. There’s nothing we would change about our trip.

Perfect location for our son's wedding at The Lakehouse

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for our son's wedding reception. The home is clean and is walking distance to the shops, restaurants & the beach.

Spectacular

The house, the host, the property the community are spectacular. The bikes made it easy to get around and we had every comfort we could imagine. I was told that the benefit of staying at watercolor was superior because you got to enjoy seaside, but I didn’t know it was so close and accessible on a bike made the trip better. We are all grateful. We had a magnificent time and would book this property again soon.

Perfect House

The house was perfect for our family, very comfortable but absolutely lovely, It was just the right size offering plenty of private space. The whole house was super clean, had a great kitchen, and basically had anything we could have possibly needed! The living area, beds, and bathrooms were all wonderful, and we had the pick of great front or back outside spaces. To top it off, the house location was fantastic! Finally, the host, Lisa, was very gracious and a great communicator. We loved our stay!

Cute house, great location, with fun at the beach!

This was a great house to stay in. Very clean, great location, and great owner. Lisa communicated with us since booking, even spent time making sure we understood how to use the carriage house when additional family joined us and answered all our questions about the water color resort. Location is the best, close and easy walk to beach and water color shops, quick bike ride to seaside. We will be coming back soon!

Wonderful WaterColor!

Great house with a FABULOUS location just a couple of minutes from the WaterColor beach club! We enjoyed walking to Scratch Biscuit and Beach Happy Cafe for breakfast, as well as biking to Camp WaterColor or into Seaside for a change of pace - the bikes included at the property were a nice perk! My children also enjoyed playing pick-up soccer games in the little park across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!!

Perfect House for our wedding weekend

Lisa was a fantastic communicator and everything you would need / want for a stay in Watercolor is in this house . The location was perfect , the house was super nice and had all amenities needed for a beach stay . Master bedroom especially fantastic . And having passes to Beach Club and 4 bikes made things so easy for us .

Great spot for families

We loved our week at Watercolor. The house was as listed, clean and roomy. Lisa was easy to communicate with. The walk to the beach was quick and pleasant. We loved the family community feel of Watercolor. Lots of walking paths, bike trails, nightly activities for both adults and kids. We would love to return!

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location!

This home is even nicer than pictures on VRBO can convey. We enjoyed every feature of this beautiful beach home. The front porch is both functional and welcoming. We enjoyed coffee each morning and wine in the evenings on the porch rockers while watching kids play lawn games in the adjacent open grassy area. The front door opens to reveal a great room awash in light and warmed by walls of wood with weathered patina. This room sets a rustic yet refined tone, perfect for our beach vacation. We enjoyed the master bedroom overlooking the rear courtyard, & the private access to the screened porch on the back from the master bedroom. Both the newly tiled bathrooms are beautiful. We especially enjoyed the wet room design of the master bath. The tub is as lovely to relax in as it is to behold. The beautiful lines of it served as eye candy even when not bathing. It was like a private spa! The location in Watercolor was perfect for us. We walked to the Beach Club pool easily. Easy bike rides to Seaside & Camp Watercolor. The bicycles included in the home rental were far superior to those included in other rentals in Watercolor. The kitchen and laundry provided everything we needed and more. The location of the children's bedroom upstairs allowed us to enjoy late night adult time without disturbing their sleep. We are early risers so having the bedroom upstairs made it possible to prepare breakfast without waking the children until we were ready. Don't miss out on this prime spot!

80 Buttercup

80 Buttercup was the perfect house for our family of 5 to spend the week In Watercolor! The location was great and the owner was wonderful! Lisa was so easy to communicate with and so helpful with whatever we needed. This is definitely a house I would recommend for your next trip to 30A!
