Great accommodation for the Cotswolds. Easy drive to different villages. Air conditioning worked well. Lovely maintained property with easy parking outside it. The host communicated well and happily sent us over more towels when we asked.

Had a fabulous stay here, the annex was delightful & had everything needed to make for a wonderful stay. Great location, the hosts were very friendly & helpful would highly recommended & hope to return. So much to see & do in the surrounding areas, picture postcard!

Enjoyable 2nd Stay

This was our 2nd stay at the Annex. The property is immaculate with everything you could want for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location is so peaceful but still very convenient for shops, lovely country pubs and exploring the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend.

Our second visit and with good reason.Chris and Liz somehow arranged a rain-free week for us, which is all we really ask ! We were so grateful for the air con during the latest heat wave. If you could just turn the heat down 5', Chris and Liz, that would be perfect.Great location, full range of facilities, great communication with Chris and Liz (who we met for the first time on this trip) and good pubs up the road. What's not to like ?We have no doubt we will return, as there's so much to see on the area.

Superb

Perfect stay, the property is well located and quiet. Completed to a very high standard, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return any time in the area. It has good pubs with food within easy walking distance, nice local walks and so much more. Owners are very helpful with information before arrival and it was a big plus. Highly recommend for couples.

The property is beautifuuly maintained, excellant finish to workmanship on annex. Ample parking, it also felt secure with electric gates.The annex is kept really clean and has a well stocked kitchen with a small larder. There was no problem in increasing the room temperature if required,; in fact our host wanted us to be warm enough during our stay.Our host also made sure there were no queries and is most hospitable.

A really nice stand alone holiday place with separate bedroom, nice bathroom and extra toilet. Full kitchen if you want to cook.Located in a very pretty village but not touristy. Easy walk to two nice pubs for evening meals.Great hosts.The property was very clean and well maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay. The property is immaculate and has everything you could want including a very nice welcome pack. Absolutely perfect

My husband I spent six nights and loved every minute of our stay. Welcoming hosts and a completely homelike environment greeted us. Immaculate and well-equipped we were able to make ourselves at home. The setting is lovely and we found ourselves well-situated to visit The Cotswolds in depth.

Fabulous property located in quiet road. Immaculate and lots of luxurious touches which makes it feel special. Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Short drive to Burford. Lovely pubs/restaurants within walking distance. Hosts were very welcoming.
