Apartamento reformado en primera línea de playa Levante, Benidorm, con acceso directo a la playa desde el edificio. Posee 1 dormitorios y capacidad para 4 personas.

Alojamiento de 70 m² amueblado con gusto y moderno, con vistas panorámicas al mar y a la bahía.



Dispone de ascensor, acceso internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado y calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria de temporada, garaje en mismo edificio, 1 ventilador de techo en dormitorio, 2 Televisores Smart TV, plancha y secador.

La cocina independiente de inducción, está equipada con nevera, microondas, horno, congelador, lavadora, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera Dolce Gusto, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.



- La entrega de llaves y el check-in, se realiza en nuestra oficina situada en la avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, nombre comercial BenidormBooking, justo en frente del Casino.

Great apartment and views

Really great location,.fantastic views of the sea, great size for us with space to have a living area and seperate bedroom with blackout curtains keeping the sun out. Fantastic apartment Only downside having to collect and drop off the keys around a 10/15 min walk away from the apartment

Nice view, but very noisy this time.

The property was on the beachfront in an excellent location and was spotlessly clean. New windows had been fitted since we last stayed there and they were very drafty, there was a lot of storms and the apartment was cold with the heating on because of the windows. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows were terrible, we bought our own. There was also building work in two apartment underneath us so for seven weeks we were woken up by jack hammers and drilling, this went on until 6pm some days. I know this isn’t the owners fault.

Location, facilities and space. A lovely welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Having to collect the keys at an office not just around the corner after travelling for hours. We didn't arrive until around 9.30pm tired and hungry. I noticed key lockers dotted around Benidorm. This would be a great, convenient solution if there was one installed at the property front

The furniture is almost new, the kitchen is fully refurbished, also the bathroom. the room is enough for two adults with fitting wardrobe. all is in the expected place. great place for a perfect holiday We miss a wash dishes machine as an extra point

Stunning apartment

The view was amazing!!! The carry on to get the keys was a bit difficult. No key box as a lot of apartments have now as you have to physically go find a small office to get your keys then queue up.

Just the fan in bedroom needed instructions as when put light on n turm fan on goes on ..then when turn light off go sleep 😴 it turns off and cannot get it bk on only on with light....plus next time would ov needed fob get bk on from beach access as had go long way around get in .that's all.

Perfect winter holiday in the sun

We stayed at this property for five weeks. When we arrived the property was exactly as the photos and extremely clean. We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and the sun terrace is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We found the caretaker to be extremely helpful and he kept the public areas immaculate. We contacted Benidorm Booking a couple of times while we were there and also found them to be really nice and helpful. Nothing really, only one small thing, the windows were single glazed and could rattle a little if windy.

Todo fenomenal, encantada con el apartamento

Todo un 10, no puedo poner una queja del apartamento. Nuevo , limpio y no le falta de nada.un poco de jaleo en.los bares de abajo durante el día, pero a la noche apenas queda nadie. Lo único molesto es tener que recoger las llaves en la oficina, para ir con maletas hay una distancia. Aconsejaría coger un autobús que pasa por avda Mediterraneo en la parada donde te deja el autobús del aeropuerto, te deja en la misma puerta de la oficina, ese autobús también te deja en la puerta del apartamento en la parada anterior.

Las vistas no tienen precio. Cuándo lo reservamos pensaba que no era igual que en la foto por qué ya nos pasó reservar algo y cuando llegamos nos encontramos con otra cosa pero este apartamento es igual que en la fotos. Precioso

Vistas increíbles en un apartamento excepcional.

La ubicación fantástica ya que estas en primera linea de playa Levante y al tener plaza privada de parking, no tienes ningún problema. Como detalles fantásticos, tenían una botella de vino rosado como bienvenida, sobres de cola cao, azucar, café dulce gusto, bombones, etc. El apartamento impecable y con todos los detalles. No nos dieron la clave de wifi (supongo que se les olvido) y nosotros ya no la pedimos... La entrada es a las 16:30 por lo que pierdes la mañana.

Mucho ruido y griterio procedente de los 2 bares de la planta baja

La situación es muy buena. Se trata de un apartamento reformado recientemente El mobiliario del salón es el adecuado No existe ningún mobiliario para apoyar las maletas ni en dormitorio ni en el salón. Lo que resulta incómodo cuando te desvistes porque la ropa no puedes dejarla ni siquiera en un colgador. La pileta de la cocina no tiene utilidad práctica y sin embargo podía haberse puesto un lavavajillas pequeño de 6 cubiertos. Tampoco existe una ensaladera en la cocina que sería de muchísima utilidad.

Mucha gracias por su valoración. No entendemos bien la queja de la maleta ya que hay armario completo en el dormitorio. Añadiremos una ensaladera para ampliar el menaje. En cuanto al ruido, los bares de abajo deben de desconectarlo a las 22:00h. Después de esa hora no se oye nada, no obstante el acristalamiento es doble. Su valoración no se a configurado correctamente ya nos a puntuado con un 10 en servicio, limpieza y ubicación, un 8 en alojamiento y un 6 en calidad-precio. La corregimos para que aparezca como debe 8.8. A sido un placer tenerles hospedados y esperamos volver a poder hospedarles. Gracias de nuevo.
