Close to the beach and a great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location. You can see the ocean from the balcony( not full view, but partial view). It is steps from the beach. The unit itself was well-equipped. A couple of us noted how well the matresses and pillows slept. It is a great size for a larger family. It essentially has 2 master bedrooms. The living space is not huge, but adequate. Liked the pool. It was refreshing. Well equipped with bikes, complimentary beach chairs, and extra beach chairs you can take with you. I would recommend staying here.

Relaxing beach vacation in Waters Edge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with vacuuming the floors. There were several long dark hairs when we arrived in the stairs and upstairs. The pits/pans need to be updated- they were in extremely poor condition. Also, the pool area needs to be cleaned up (the chaise lounge chair was ripped and the birds in the palm trees create a mess of the area. Overall, the house was nice and proximity to the beach was nice.

Proximity to entertainment and shopping was an added bonus. Royal Destinations provided clear and timely instructions and seemed ready to remedy any problems although we never had any. Everything worked which isn’t always the case. It really was a great week in all respects.

Lovely Family Vacation Home!

The location was great, the house clean and beds comfortable (except for the top bunk, which was too small for our 21-year-old- he had to move it to the floor of another room to sleep). Lots of kitchen pots and pans, which we loved. Not a fan of the dining room chairs, but loved the nice big table. Loved the immediate response from you; great customer service!

The family room had good seating for 10 people staying at the house. Nice big tv. Royal Destinations is always amazing to deal with!Couple of things to consider- didn’t love that to get to the pool and grill you either had to go through a bedroom or walk around the house out the front door. This house was light on items provided in the kitchen compared to somes.Overall great house with water views!

July beach stay

We loved this home from the minute we walked in the door. The house had a clean smell and was cool In twmp.. So welcoming. Every room was immaculate and supplied with extras items for our use. Its location is the best. Took 2 Minutes to be on the beach. My only complaint is that the pool area is just ok. No biggie really . Would return for sure..

Very quick and easy walk to the beach and so wonderful to have two chairs and an umbrella waiting for you. We were short hangers for a few closets and they were immediately delivered to us. Anytime I had a question it was very quickly addressed. Would love to return.

Girlfriend Trip

We went the last part of October when Rosemary Beach is all in the spirit of Halloween. The weather was perfect and the Edge of the Sea was an amazing place to stay. There were five ladies and we each had our own room. I had the master suite on the 3rd floor and had a partial view of the Gulf with the entire floor to myself. There is another master on the 2nd floor which is also the kitchen and living area. The bottom floor is all bedrooms and entry. The property manager and owner respond immediately with each and every question or concern and, if with all issues there were immediately corrected or rectified -- although all were very minor! Would definitely stay again.

Considering we had little people, it was great to be so close to the beach with our own pool AND have a beautiful view of the ocean! Family vacation

Property was very nice. Plenty of room for family get together. Very convenient for walking to local shops and restaurants. Only drawback was the 3 story stair climb to and from beach. Difficult for seniors with bad knees and other physical ailments.
