Esta es la casa de nuestros sueños, nos encantaría compartirla contigo.

La ubicación lo es todo. Esta casa se encuentra en una calle tranquila, de espaldas a un bosque interminable (que se puede esquiar desde y hacia Heavenly through), tiene gloriosas vistas a las montañas y al lago, pero está a solo cinco minutos de Stateline y de todas las comodidades y atracciones de Tahoe.

Entras a la casa en la gran sala. Los altos techos de las catedrales y una pared de ventanas rodean las áreas de estar, comedor y cocina. Contemple las vistas del lago y la montaña desde todas partes.

La cocina cuenta con una isla de acero inoxidable, electrodomésticos Viking y está completamente equipada, lista para preparar un festín. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8+. La sala de estar se extiende hasta la gran terraza. Con asientos, una barbacoa, bañera de hidromasaje y esas vistas nuevamente, es el lugar para estar.

La suite principal se encuentra sobre la gran sala. Un amplio armario, una cama king, doble lavabo y baño con ducha y TV lo convierten en un gran refugio. También tiene una terraza privada que mira hacia la montaña boscosa.

Hay dos dormitorios en la planta principal, cada uno con baño privado. Uno tiene una cama King, las otras dos camas queen.

House is amazing!

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious with an amazing view. 10-15 minute drive from state line. Pictures and all descriptions were accurate and host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The property was perfect for my family. The beds were so comfy. They had everything except paper towels. I wish my kitchen at home was that organized. Everyone loved the view of Lake Yahoe.

Nice Stay

The place is nice although we were under the impression it was ski-in, ski-out - it is NOT. It’s about a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the gondola. Overall the place worked great. We had 9 guys and it slept all of us alright - 6 guys doubling up in queens, 2 of us in a king, and one on a cot. I think there was one more cot in a closet somewhere. I think the listing says it can sleep 12 but that would be really tight and probably have two people on couches. 8-9 is probably a better number. Kitchen and dining area is really nice and well equipped. Deck area and hot tub were really nice and the view is amazing. Parking right in the driveway is easy. A little pricey but overall this place was a lot of fun and we’re happy with our stay.

Not nearly as nice as the pictures show

Not nearly as nice as the pictures show. This is an older house that has been renovated nicely, however the furniture has not been upgraded. The furniture is worn, the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. Some of the deck furniture is actually broken. Also worth noting and that the owner/manager was not at all flexible about deferring our reservation. We were concerned about the smoke from the fires and wanted to delay our visit, but he said no. Rather than losing money we decided to take a chance. Unfortunately we only got one clear day out of the three days we were there. Overall it was a bad experience.

great place and location

Location was perfect for a short family outing. The hot air balloon ride over Lake Tahoe was a great experience. Duggin was an exceptional host, we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Tahoe ski house

Great house for our family of four on a week long ski vacation at Tahoe. A five minute drive to Heavenly made it super easy to go and come from a day of skiing. Views from the house living room and in the hot tub are amazing. House is modern and super clean. Owners were very responsive and communicated when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home close to heavenly

This house is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen and very comfortable rooms. You can see the Lake and Heavenly right out the front window. Very quiet. To be noted it's on a very steep hill so I wouldn't let your kids outside to play/sled. There's a park very close by. We were a little disappointed with the hot tub, it didn't get hot the first night until after 10pm which is when you can't use it. We were supposed to be there only two nights so that was frustrating. It was one of the main reasons we loved the place. Also the kitchen is gorgeous, however is not that well stocked. There aren't any spices, which is fine, but there also isn't a ton of cookware if you're big into cooking. Organized, but very basic. Good food nearby.

Wonderful home!

This house is beautiful and has an amazing view. The appliances are modern and high end, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the hot tub has the absolute best view! They even have child safety gates which was a pleasant surprise for our family. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house overlooking lake tahoe

Duggan’s place is beautiful. It overlooks lake tahoe from the entire living room. The deck and jacuzzi add more color to this place. Things work as expected. Just one area for improvement would be, the top bedroom can get too hot.

Great Property, Location & Communication

Incredibly impressed with the house, including cleanliness, comfort and condition of the overall property. Was in a perfect location with an incredible view of the lake. And communication was outstanding with Duggan to include all of the information posted about the house. Could not have asked for a better house for our guys getaway. Thanks and hope to come back!

Fantastic property!

This modern, super clean home was everything me, my friends, and our husbands could have asked for! There was plenty of room for 3 couples, amenities galore (including all Viking appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer), and a view of the lake that was beyond amazing. Our trip was like a dream, thanks in no small part to this house. The owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions and there was virtually nothing we needed that wasn't already there, including soap, shampoo, plenty of wine glasses, dishes, and every cooking gadget you can think of (including cookbooks!). The hot tub was sparkling clean. I would rent it again in a minute, and we hope to go back to South Lake Tahoe in the summer again sometime soon!

We enjoyed spending our Christmas at this property! The views are stunning and the house was everything the owner said it would be! The owner answered all of our questions very quickly andwas very helpful! We will definitely be coming back!

Hot House

We stayed over labor day weekend. The house was nice but hot. There were only small windows on the side of the house that opened. The front of the house which had a beautiful view was all glass and only the sliding glass door opened for ventilation. Complicating the matter the neighbors and home owner want it very quiet. There are many signs up to keep the noise down and close the windows. Thus turning the place into a hot house. No one slept very well due to the heat. It was a nice property and would probably be better in the cooler months.

Very nice house with lots of room.

Very much enjoyed this house. We had 4 couples and 2 children and there was plenty of room. House is conveniently located, yet not to close so it is a quiet and relaxing location. Would defiantly recommend!

We have always dreamed of being able to begin (coffee) and end (wine) our days here looking over Lake Tahoe. This house is the one. We love living here with our family while in Tahoe and hope you enjoy it as much when we have the opportunity to share it with you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a truely special location. The lake view is everything. But in addition to that advanced skiers and boarders will be able to come and go from the house to ski Heavenly. Its a super quiet cul de sac street but is just a few minutes from the center of the action.
