Hot Springs Village has been part of my life for many years, and I’m grateful to call this beautiful corner of Arkansas home. My family has deep roots in the Village, and I’ve lived in the area for more than 25 years. I chose this location because it captures so much of what I love about living in this beautiful part of Arkansas. My parents moved to the area long before I called it home, and I have been visiting Hot Springs Village since 1970. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the community, the surrounding landscape, and the many experiences that make this area so special. You can enjoy the peace and natural beauty of the countryside while still being close to recreation, shopping, restaurants, and the attractions of Hot Springs.

The Villa sits in a peaceful setting with an all-weather creek running along the property, yet it’s only about 4 miles from the Hot Springs Village West Gate. That means guests can easily enjoy the Village’s golf courses, lakes, pickleball, walking and hiking trails, beaches, and other recreational amenities while having a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day.

I also love how centrally located we are to so many different experiences. Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn, Lake Ouachita, mountain biking and hiking trails, crystal mines, and Magic Springs are all within an easy drive. Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp is just around the corner, and everyday conveniences such as groceries and shopping are only a few miles away.

You can wake up and enjoy coffee near the creek, spend the morning golfing or hiking, cool off at the lake, explore historic Hot Springs, enjoy dinner downtown, or spend an evening at Oaklawn—and then come back to the peace and quiet of The Villa.
