Lakeside Cottage, cleaned and managed by owner - NO CLEANING FEE

Now allowing 1 night stays Sun - Wed. The nightly rate is all you pay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We have many guests return to our property several times a year. We are grateful for all our guests, and you will feel it when you stay with us.

What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! I'm glad to offer help in any way I can.

The cottage was decorated so cute and felt very homey. The views of the lake were awesome. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck evening and morning. And most importantly, it was very clean and had everything we needed and more. My friends and I would definitely recommend it.

It was perfect! Everything was as advertised and it was immaculate! Krissy was a fantastic host! The location was exactly what we were looking for. Away from all the hubbub, on Lake Hamilton, but 15 minutes to downtown.

Krissy was an amazing host and this is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay! Krissy was diligent in making sure we had all the information we needed to locate the property and you can tell she puts a lot of time and care into making sure you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The property was beyond clean and very cozy. The views of the lake are beautiful! We recommend staying here for anyone traveling to the Hot Springs area!

Needed Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay. Krissy was an awesome host and great communicator. This lakeside cottage has a great view and is in a conveniently located area that is close to several destinations. We didn't get to take advantage of the lake on this trip, but we definitely will when we come back to stay here again.

The house was great but what really stood out was the host. I stay at VRBOs all the time and this was by far the best host ever! The communication was above and beyond, but what made this extraordinary was the service. My family was arriving at 1am so she stocked the fridge with some staples since she knew they would be getting in too late to go to the store. So appreciated!!! She also does not require any clean up/stripping beds/etc for check out. The house itself was super cute and clean and the view was incredible! I would definitely stay here again!

I knew the moment I saw this listing I had to have it! It's been a wonderful process making small changes to personalize the space. It just feels like you are supposed to be there from the minute you enter the front door.

A cottage built in the 1940's that still possesses the charm of the era with a few updates to make your time there a little more enjoyable. It's a small square footage packing a lot of great space to relax and unwind. It's located in a quiet, older complex on "cottage row." View the stars from the deck, listen to the crickets or just admire the calm waters! It's a great place to recharge your mental health and breath!
