This luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located between the coastal resort areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Over 350 square metres in size, the villa is set out over 3 storeys with spacious rooms on each floor. The villa is furnished to a high level with many extras offered for total comfort during your stay.
The spacious living area is ideal for a large family groups and features a generous seating area with widescreen satellite TV. Mealtimes are made simple in the fully-equipped kitchen, with everything required for your stay and there is space for dining both inside and outside.
Upstairs, the villa has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further 2 double rooms and a twin room, sleeping 8 persons in total. There is also a family bathroom.
The outside area features an inviting 40 square meter pool and a Jacuzzi for total holiday relaxation. The attractive landscaped garden has open seating and dining areas - great for entertaining during the summer evenings.
Satellite TV, full air-conditioning and complimentary WIFI are included and as an extra luxury, the villa also offers a sauna and a gym in the basement, which also features a shower and a toilet.
For those looking for a winter holiday the option of floor heating is available upon request. The villa also benefits from a private parking area with automatic garage door, alarm system, and a table tennis.

Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas. With such a wide range of villas, Imagine Villa Rentals is able to accommodate you, no matter how big your group.
Imagine Villa Rentals thrives on good customer service and listening to our guests, which is why approximately 50% of our business comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which is a great indication that we are getting it right.
