Ubicado cerca del monte. Rushmore, cerca del parque estatal Custer y a solo cuatro millas de Hill City. The Spring Cabin es una de nuestras hermosas cabañas de madera en el Double Diamond Ranch. Nuestra Spring Cabin tiene una habitación con un rey, dos con reinas, y luego hay dos sillas de gran tamaño que se convierten en camas gemelas en el desván. Hay una terraza cubierta, bañera de hidromasaje privada, chimenea, parrilla de gas, 2 televisores vía satélite, muebles de cuero, aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora, wifi y vistas impresionantes, y privado. La casa de troncos está completamente amueblada con una hermosa cocina y sala de estar. Arroyo que atraviesa la propiedad Double Diamond Ranch. Pesque, relájese, camine y disfrute de los potritos. Menos de 10 millas al monte. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial y otras atracciones turísticas. Abierto todo el año. Spring Cabin admite mascotas para algunos perros. We had six adults stay in the Premier Cabin and it was a wonderful experience. Lee Ann was great to communicate with and very responsive—when we ran low on propane, she had a new tank hooked up and ready before we even returned from our afternoon activities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, hot tub, and fire pit area every evening. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms upstairs even have their own private balconies to enjoy coffee in the morning.The location is excellent, making it easy to access Hill City, Keystone, Custer, Pactola Reservoir, Sheridan Lake, the Spearfish Scenic Byway, Mt. Rushmore, and more. While the cabin and surrounding area are beautiful, be aware that the patio overlooks US-16 in the distance, so you may hear some traffic and UTV noise. If you’re not looking for a remote cabin, this is an ideal place to stay!

Amazing cabin getaway

Stayed 4 nights with some school friends while visiting the area attractions. Fantastic location and amenities! The cabin offers everything you could need and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub felt incredible after a long day hiking. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a great stay for a wedding at LeeAnn’s property!! It was the perfect house for 3 families & she was extremely easy to get ahold of. The location between all the local attractions is awesome, so much to do so close! We will def stay here again!! Thanks so much!

Buffalo Roundup w/e with family

We traveled from Wisconsin and met our son and daughter and their families that came from Colorado. The Spring Cabin was perfect. Property was spacious,clean, and great location. Enjoyed the Buffalo Roundup, Mount Rushmore, and great variety for dining. Leanne was an excellent host.

Amazing

The cabin was fantastic! Very clean, well stocked, great location and easy access. Especially enjoyed the patio and propane fireplace. Sat out there every evening to relax after site seeing all day. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place

We had 3 generations staying at the property so a lot of people to please. Everyone went away happy with our stay. Awesome hot tub, kitchen, beds etc. Great location to explore and plenty of amenities close by. I.e. Grocery store, gas station, breweries and wineries. Even our 13 year old dog enjoyed the large yard to run around in. Would recommend to people of all ages.

Anniversary Retreat

Celebrating our kids First Anniversary by taking them to the Black Hills for a weekend of fishing and relaxing. Very nice cabin. We used the kitchen and the grill; enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub; and were close enough to Sheridan Lake to do some fishing.

Property was perfectly located to reach all the attractions in the Black Hills/Rapid City/Custer Park/Deadwood/Rushmore/Hill City areas. Accommodations were outstanding; perfect for 6 adults and 4 boys aged 1,2,3 and 6! Better than advertised!

Great location

The location of this place is wonderful for visiting the area. The owners were great to work with. It was the perfect place for a family to stay, with plenty of space to hang out. There are large logs that stick out with signs to watch your head but can be dangerous, so be careful with that. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house & location

The house is complete with all you need. Dishes, towels, linens, pans, etc etc . It’s quite, located close to attraction’s. We even were lucky enough to see some deer across the road. Rating is a 10/10

Relax and enjoy

Great kitchen and living room cable tv and plenty of bath rooms. Nice patio with a good view of the hills and some travel action as you can see the main road for some entertainment. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice cabin and hot tub

Very nice and well kept property, great communication and welcome from the owners. Not as private as we had hoped but a nice central location in the Black Hills. Little pricey but not surprising on short notice during the summer. Spent time hiking, shopping in Rapid, and had a great time at Pactola Lake.

Great South Dakota base-camp!

The location of the Spring Creek cabin was great and only enhanced our South Dakota experience. Having this unit enabled us to accommodate some of our children, their families and their pets. Having a place that allowed pets was huge to the success of our overall trip. We and our other children, and their families, occupied another unit, across town (within easy reach of each other). Both of these units combined allowed all of our family to be on this vacation together and have comfortable places to sleep, eat and relax. The owners/hosts of the Spring Creek cabin were most welcoming. They were there to greet us and were quick to respond to our questions and needs during the week of our stay. The Spring Creek cabin was attractive, in a good location, beautiful surroundings, offered a lot of amenities, was comfortable to our family and pets, was clean and well maintained (both inside and out). We would recommend this place as an awesome unit to vacation in. We were on the move the whole week traveling to many of the venues offered in the State and within reasonable reach of our 'base-camp' (Mt Rushmore, Reptile Gardens, Custer State Park, hiking & exploring, Wind Caves, Spearfish historical fish hatchery, downtown Hill City..... . It will be a great memory for all of us! Many Thanks.

Family Trip

Check in was fast. Lee Ann met us at the cabin to give me a quick tour and go over the rules. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Did have to buy some dish soap and items to wipe the counters but not a biggie. The hot tub was great, the size of the cabin was a good size for my family. We did stay in at night so maybe a little bigger tv would of been nice. Overall a great stay!

Rich and Lee Ann own and manage the Double Diamond Ranch. We raise quarter horses so it is fun for our guests to see, pet, and visit our horses. We love meeting the guests from all around the world that stay with us. We are both South Dakota natives although we lived in other states with Rich's career. We hope you decide to stay at the Double Diamond…our location is great and we will try our best to be sure you have the absolute best stay in the Black Hills!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We fell in love with our property in 1998 when we decided we would be moving back to the Black Hills. The two creeks, views and wildlife were big factors and being close to the lakes, Hill City, Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park were big influences on us too. We also love the weather in the Central Hills. We don't get the heavy snowfall that the northern Hills experiences.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our ranch is a beautiful destination that our guests adore. The views are spectacular and of course our horses that are romping around in the pasture are an added bonus. Every year we have a couple new baby foals and guests especially love watching those babies! The two creeks feed into Sheridan Lake which is just 1 mile from our ranch. There is great fishing at the lake and a great swimming beach. The two creeks offer very good fishing too. We also have lots of space for taking hikes/walks and visiting the horses.
