Hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños decorado con todos los muebles y ropa de cama nuevos. El baño principal tiene 2 lavabos y una ducha remodelada y un amplio vestidor. El segundo dormitorio también tiene un amplio vestidor y un patio amueblado fuera del dormitorio. La cocina está completamente equipada e incluye una estufa y refrigerador Viking completamente nuevos. Es muy privado con nadie arriba o abajo de ti. El condominio está configurado para que no tenga que preocuparse por nada más que disfrutar de la piscina, spa, gimnasio, campo de golf público de 36 hoyos y kilómetros de senderos para caminar fuera de su puerta. La propiedad también está cerca del 101 Loop y del mercado DC Ranch con excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, Starbucks y supermercados. Este condominio actualizado se encuentra cerca de Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Open, Kierland y Scottsdale Quarter y la Clínica Mayo. También está a una corta distancia a pie del campo de golf y club de campo público Grayhawk. Great Place

This was a great, convenient, protected place to stay when in Scottsdale. The place is clean and appliances are up to date. The host is terrific! Don’t be afraid to stay here!

Condo in Cache

The condo was generally clean and well stocked and the owner was very pleasant and easy to contact. Pictures of the condo are very representative of the actual condition. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and provides easy access to main corridors. There is a garage provided however the entrance is extremely tight for anything but a compact car. The pool and adjoining area including a fitness room are a highlight. We certainly enjoyed are stay.

Master bath window

The condo was very nice and 3 minutes from out daughter's house. We discovered that the morning sun came right in the master bath window very early and HOT! We covered it as best we could to give us a little more time to sleep. This is only a suggestion, but maybe some film can be put on the window so that it would be more energy efficient and keep it a tad darker in the the master bedroom.

Perfect winter escape!!

Our stay at Sue and Howard’s condo in Grayhawk could not have been better! The condo itself is beautifully furnished and the layout is perfect! The proximity of the unit to the 101-highway made it so easy to get around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and fully stocked with all the equipment needed for food prep. Also, there were plenty of extra supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. At one point we had an issue with the dishwasher. Sue had the repair person on site within 30 minutes. Sue was VERY responsive to any questions we had and usually responded immediately upon receiving the inquiry. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again or any other property owned by Sue and Howard.

This is a great location!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation to be perfect. Lovely decorations and aptly furnished. We found that the condo had all the items we needed. The condo is in the perfect location to get to any golf course in the area quickly; we love to golf. The owner's communication was exceptional and she made sure we felt welcomed. We highly recommend this condo.

The condo was well equipped with all the things we needed for a great vacation: dishes, glasses, pans, utensils, spare paper towels & toiletries in case we forgot. Pool towels and toys for grandchildren were appreciated. Great location - close to Fry’s, Safeway, Costco, AJs, restaurants & the 101 loop.

Wonderful

This condo was beautiful and well maintained. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed by the owner. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped with all the necessities. There wasn’t any noise from neighbors or surrounding area. We were happy to have a beautiful kitchen and dining area to have our Christmas dinner in and all the equipment we needed to prepare it. Sue was wonderful to work with.

Amazing Stay

What an amazing place to stay! Every detail of the condo was done so well; from the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and right at home. Perfect Location

My wife and I have been coming to the Scottsdale area for years, and I can tell you that this condo is by far the best one we have stayed in. The furnishings were excellent, and the condo is properly taken care of. Sue was terrific to work with and was very informative about area attractions. This will be our go to spot when visiting each year.

Beautiful condo!!

Everything about this condo is fabulous. The pictures are exactly how it appears! Great location, close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and more good places to eat. Totally remodeled with great furnishings. Sue was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with this condo. It is quiet, in a great location and has all the amenities of home! Everything is new and the condo is very clean.

All new furnishings and decorated with Restoration Hardware furnishings and linens. The condo is in a great location adjacent to a 36 hole public golf course, shopping, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland, DC Ranch Marketplace, Mayo Clinic, Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson and the Princess Hotel. It is off the 101 Loop and close to the Scottsdale AirPark.
