We have 2 - 2 bedroom condos. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property of 1200 sq ft with 2 decks, 50 steps to the main pool, privacy, and mountain views, has everything you need for a complete, memorable vacation. Recently fully renovated, it's ready to be used. Just bring your clothes and come. We have pools, clubhouses, bike, pool tables... you name it.

Our company has been around for a decade and has a BBB rating of A+.

We have Multiple Grayhawk Properties located within several Grayhawk communities. Unfortunately, there are HOA rules that do not allow short-term bookings. Therefore, we are not revealing the specific properties nor their pictures, so as to protect the privacy of the owners who are wishing to rent to you. Note that once we have confirmed you do not belong to a Grayhawk HOA, then we will be able to completely confirm which 2-bedroom property is available for booking. We will then send you the pictures of that property for your approval. We hope you understand. At that point you can then book through this VRBO web page.

2 bedroom top floor - WOW!

This 2-bedroom condo stay was exceptional. We initially booked 3 nights through VRBO but extended our visit by several weeks beforehand, with the manager. The location, condo, and amenities exceeded our expectations, making for an enjoyable stay. Admittedly, we were hesitant about signing a confidentiality agreement before full contact was possible, but we’re glad as after signing, the manager sent updated photos—far better than those posted. The manager & owner were incredibly responsive, offering 24/7 communication, including direct texting. The booking process was seamless and transparent, which aligns with their A Better Business Bureau rating. After 8 years of spring Grayhawk visits, this was by far our best experience. Unlike past rentals where responses sometimes took days, the Welcome Package and texting made everything instant and effortless. Staying on the top floor, we didn’t mind the 2 flights of stairs - the elevated views were a definite treat. This quiet, gated community was exceptionally safe and well lit. The condo itself was awesome and well equipped. The pools, clubhouses, private theatres, 3 hot tubs and fitness building were outstanding. I loved the décor, lush landscaping, peaceful zen-like quiet pool and cozy fireplace seating, while my husband enjoyed the Waste Management Open, courses, and on-site BBQs. We’ve already rebooked for next year & highly recommend this condo. Seeking a memorable, comfortable getaway? This is the perfect place!

The clubhouse had activities for all ages at certain times of the week. However, there were always about 5 - 7 seniors in the clubhouse playing games most days while the rest of the clubhouse sat empty. That was a real treat. Everything was very peaceful and quiet and I always felt safe in and out of the community. Lots of great walks nearby and I have always loved Pinnacle Peaks hikes. We've stayed here 3 times prior and love the close communication that is always provided by the managers. We even booked 2 different condos from the same company as our friends stayed at the other condo at the same time. Tons of room in both condos and we could have shared one, but it was nice to have our own place. It's the same price (or cheaper) than a hotel but you get 1300 sq feet and not 450 sq feet. It's much quieter and safer than a hotel and I never have to worry about bed bugs which are usually a problem at hotels. The deck was so lovely that I could have just stayed there all day listening to the birds, checking out the view, and rocking in the chair. Lots was provided (toilet paper/paper towel, soap, linens etc) so we did not have to purchase much except for food. The only sad part was that there was a storm during our stay and we could not hike that one day. Regardless, I highly recommend using this company any time to stay in North Scottsdale and Grayhawk. We have stayed at other locations over the last 20 years but we are very happy to come back to the same condo and company.
