A very spacious and bright apartment on the second floor (no elevator) that can accommodate up to 5 people (including adults and children; the fifth person is an additional bed, available upon request), with a total area of 71 square meters. Located in the heart of Venice, it enjoys an exceptionally central location: situated on Salizada Sant'Antonin, just a few steps from the Ponte dei Greci and very easy to reach, it is an 8-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and a 10-minute walk from the famous Venice Biennale.

The nearest public transportation stops are ARSENALE and/or SAN ZACCARIA.

Recently renovated and fully furnished, it features a spacious living room with a smart TV, a very large kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle for hot water and for espresso coffee using Italian-style pods, two double bedrooms—each with a fully equipped walk-in closet— 2 bathrooms, each with a spacious shower featuring a waterfall-style showerhead. The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, mosquito screens on all windows, free Wi-Fi, and TV/Netflix in every room, with the option to log in using your own account to access all available channels, such as Netflix, Infinity, and Amazon Prime.

Separate laundry room on the first floor, equipped with washing machines, dryers, an iron, and an ironing board.

Free luggage storage for guests who wish to spend a few more hours exploring the city in comfort.
The area is full of shops of all kinds, as well as many bars, pastry shops, restaurants, bacari (Venetian taverns), pharmacies, and supermarkets. The apartment is on the second floor of a building dating from the mid-1700s and has no elevator, like the vast majority of all Venetian apartments.

HEATING: Central heating is activated in the apartments, in accordance with Italian laws in the province of Venice, from October 15 through April 15. Air conditioning is available from April 15 through October 10. These regulations are enforced by the City of Venice and are expected to be followed by all residents, whether they like it or not.

We kindly ask you to provide us with your arrival details no later than two days before your check-in date (train, plane, car) so that we can give you complete instructions and schedule an appointment for your check-in.

• CHECK-IN window is 3:00–7:00 PM: Our staff will be at the apartment, by prior appointment, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, NO LATER.

- From the airport: approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes by public transportation
- From the train station or parking lot: approximately one hour by public transportation: 1 hour and 30 minutes

If you wish to arrive before 3 p.m. and leave your luggage, this is possible, but you must request it in advance at the time of your reservation to schedule a time based on your exact arrival details.

The city tax is required by the City of Venice for every guest and must be paid in cash at check-in: 4 euros per person per day

We require a refundable damage deposit of 150 euros via preauthorization on your credit card, which we will release upon checkout
