This terraced cottage rests in Lanchester, Durham and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
4 Ford Street is a terraced cottage resting in Lanchester in Durham. Hosting two bedrooms; one doubles, one queen bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen, and a open-plan living room with dining space, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, outdoor seating, and a garden shed for bike storage and utility, while on street parking is available for one car, and there is ample on-street parking. 4 Ford Street is a cosy base where you can explore the fantastic North East region of England. Note - Minimum 3 night bookings only. Note: From Decemeber 2023, there will no longer be a bath in the property, as works will be taking place to convert the bathroom to a walk-in shower. Note: There is a £25 Pet Supplement.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, record player and vinyls, TV, and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On street parking for 1 car and on-street parking available. Enclosed garden with outdoor seating and shed for bike storage and utility. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.3 miles, pub within 0.4 miles.
