Este es un cómodo y actualizado condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños a solo unos pasos del acceso a la playa privada. Este condominio es lo suficientemente grande para que su familia se siente, se relaje y disfrute de la compañía de cada uno.
Ofrece una cama King en la Master Suite con vista al golfo con TV de pantalla plana y un amplio baño en suite con ducha. Un gran balcón fluye fuera del dormitorio principal que le permite disfrutar de su café de la mañana o relajarse después del día con una gorra de noche.
El 2º dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales con televisor de pantalla plana y un baño para invitados con bañera.
La amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana ofrece vistas al golfo y está a solo unos pasos del acceso a la playa privada de este complejo.
Este condominio ha sido renovado recientemente con nuevas encimeras de granito, nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina, baños renovados y nuevos pisos laminados.

Perfect location!

The condo was perfect in both size and location! It had everything we needed and more! We did not have any problems at all during our stay. The only small thing I would point out to anyone bringing their dogs with them (as we did) is you can’t take them on the nice grassy area out the back slider. That was one of the reasons we chose this condo and so it was a bummer to find that out when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again!

It was a wonderful condo, cleanliness, location, Beach Bums was extremely helpful, courteous. All updates were complete and beautiful, the condo was all updated and was beautiful!

Wey nice time at Ciboney

The department was in a great location, just a few walking minutes from the beach. Stores and restaurants very close. There was no noise at night that disturb our sleep. The pool is small however it is clean and nice for families. The only thing that needs to be repaired in the department are the drawers of the master bedroom. Top and bottom open with a bit of difficulty but the one in the middle is totally out of the rails and couldn’t use it. We would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in this unit was great,it's on the ground floor with easy access for walking our dog. View of the gulf is fair because of fencing but could still see the sunset and hear the waves. Overall we loved this unit.

The condo was lovely, but, the floors were dirty.

When I inquired about beach chairs, prior to our stay, I was sent an ambiguous text that said there were beach chairs. There were not, we paid for beach chairs. Also, when we ran out of toilet paper, we were told to buy our own, that you only supplied what was in the condo. This is absolutely unacceptable, in a condo that we paid what we did to stay there!!! Can NOT recommend Beach Bums....

Absolutely loved the condo. Great location, lovely decor, spacious and they thought of everything from adding umbrellas, chairs for the beach and even had a dog crate in the closet. Not that we needed it for our dog, but it was there for the using. What I didn't like was the lack of communication. There was a pool and tennis court there and a gate for access to the beach, but we had no codes to get into it!!! If it weren't for another tenant there, I would not have been able to use this! Nothing was talked about check out procedures, no emergency contact numbers given and it might have been nice to have a map of the area in the welcome pack as we had never been to Destin before. When we stayed at OBX, it was nice that they had a signature book of guests and where they were from. I would have liked to have seen some games or cards there to do, as we had a boring rain storm so stayed in. Some condos even have books to read. I guess they think everyone would be too busy with beach life. Sadly the best sunny day was the first day and we were too busy trying to find out where everything was and getting our groceries for the week. Still, cloudy days are still enjoyable on the beach and some rain showers, but Saturday was a wipeout. All in all, a great vacation with memories.

Location!

Great location to the beach, shopping and Pompano Joe’s! One bedroom had a queen instead of two twins so someone had to sleep on the sofa but it was doable.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay at Ciboney. This condo is first floor and allows pets and is newly updated. The beach access is very close and you have so many things to do right around this area. The property manager was very helpful as well. We will be staying here again!

Nice but could be better

Overall our stay was acceptable. We did have a total of 4 cockroaches that we killed or found dead. Condo does not have a grill onsite, rather a community grill. Condo could have been cleaner. Doors, trim and baseboards were filthy. No frying pan. Access to beach was nice, but condo is a cross the hall from Community shower/rinse and was quite loud. Batteries in remote were leaking. Tv in master stuck on one channel.

Beautiful room

Great location and the room was on the end unit, you just cross the road and there is the gate to the beach. We had our dog and the only drawback was the area they had for the dogs was very small, but in all we really enjoyed our stay

We have been staying at Ciboney 10+ years on our family’s annual trip to Destin. Property is well kept and tastefully decorated. Friendly, accommodating property management!! Great time!!!

Clean, convenient beach condo

The property was what you'd expect from a near beach-front condo. While the location was convenient, the unit is also right on the street, so it was LOUD starting early and ending late. You can hear all conversations and traffic from the street. The condo was super clean, exactly as represented, but poorly appointed for a VRBO house. No tissues, no coffee filters, no salt/pepper, limited cookware. Be aware that you'll need to bring or buy these basics. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Private beach access was great, walking distance to a restaurant and a few beach shops and a CVS. Internet was not working. I called initially and was told the area was so busy they had rolling black outs, try again tomorrow. I unplugged the router, tried again, and still couldn't get on. They did call me back after leaving a message, but didn't answer when I returned the call. I decided to enjoy the beach and not worry about internet, but it shouldn't be that hard. Check in process was more than any other property I've booked with VRBO. I had to enter information in a third party app, including uploading a pic of my license. Codes were texted exactly one hour before check in as promised. Overall this is a great option to be close to the beach, just really noisy.

Great location for beach access

Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Ground floor was so convenient for our dog walks. Only main complaint was the sliding screen door on the living room kept falling off nearly every time we used it. Hopefully it can get replaced.

Truly just feet away from the beach

My family really enjoyed this property! It was the perfect size for us! The property is extremely well taken care of and clean! The location is great because of its proximity to the beautiful beach! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a good time. I do wish I had gotten check in info earlier. They also changed the pool/beach codes while their and were not notified. A couple of repairs to touch up paint need to be done but we had a good time.
