Este encantador condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños es perfecto para escapadas familiares. Este condominio se encuentra en el piso inferior y está a solo 100 yardas del acceso privado a las playas de arena blanca y cristalina.
Este condominio acomoda a 6 personas cómodamente con un rey en el dormitorio principal 2 gemelos en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Este condominio también ofrece 2 baños completos, una cocina completamente equipada y un lavadero grande.
El Complejo Ciboney ofrece un área agradable con parrillas de carbón para cocinar con la familia, una piscina comunitaria y canchas de tenis. This was an amazing place to stay!! Even though the pool was not heated for our trip it was still great! Everything was clean and well kept!!

Exactly what we needed!

We had a great time during our stay. The property was roomy and very clean. There was everything we needed regarding appliances and amenities. There were even beach chairs available for use which was helpful so we didn’t need to pack them. The property manager was prompt in answering any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

Great Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were lucky enough to have a three night getaway at Ciboney 1013. The condo itself was fantastic. Beautifully decorated, 100% clean, and the necessary essentials. We were so happy with the location being a short walk to the beach. We were also able to walk to a nearby restaurant and enjoy the roadside sidewalks in the mornings and evenings to ride bikes and walk our dogs. Our stay was during some exterior renovations and updates. We were fully aware before we booked and were very happy that we chose to stay at Ciboney. If given the chance, we will certainly book again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. Beach Bums Vacation Rentals was fantastic to work with. We really appreciate each of the women we spoke with during our booking process. And we were so grateful to be able to bring our dogs.

Construction - No one returned my call

They said there was some construction going on but didn’t elaborate on the amount of construction. You had to walk under the construction when you entered. I felt like we should have had safety helmets to enter. In addition, I forgot my phone in the condo which had the code to enter the condo. It took “Beach Bums” an hour to get back to me with the code. I actually figured out the code before they got back to me. It took an hour, but I figured it out. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review! We had everyone sign a disclaimer waiver prior to arrival that stressed that we could not predict in what phase construction would be in at any given time. We did contact every reservation months ago, when we were informed of their construction determination and offered to move anyone that wanted to or for a refund of their money in full. It is unfortunate that our attempts to stress the severity of this situation and secure a more peaceful stay, did not fully reach your comprehension . We strive for stellar guest communication, as your satisfaction is our number one goal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 1013 was beautifully renovated and clean! It's a short walk to the beach, but the stairs are very steep down to the sand. The only things missing that we would've liked were a full-length mirror (for getting ready) and oven mitts. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, utensils, cups, and other dishes. There are beach chairs and floats in the closet to use. We were very pleased with the condo overall and hope to come back next year!

Great condo

Condo was exactly as represent. Beach Bum vacation properties was very responsive when the refrigerator stopped cooling on the first day—even brought use several bags of ice for coolers to keep things until tech could get there Floors could use a good mopping but other than that everything was good. Kitchen nicely appointed with cookware — could use a couple of pitchers for beverages. The best thing at this condo was the laundry room. Full-size washer and dryer and enough room for beach toys Be aware Ciboney does not allow canopies or tents on their section of beach. This was disappointing as we had to trek down to the public beach area.

Nice property

Overall it is a nice place, but a view tweaks would make it great. The floors were filthy, all our feet were black on the bottom from the dirt. The rest of the condo seemed clean. The toilets - tiny, not comfortable for an adult, especially men. The kids bedroom in the front could use black out curtains, as it got sunny early, so our kids were up before 6am every day :(. Humidity was very high as the air was set high when we got there. We turned it down to 71 when we got there and the humidity got better, but still stayed a bit humid - so suits and towels struggled to dry. Also, fyi - no hair dryers there, luckily I had packed one. Kitchen could be better stocked and have some plastic glassware. If your planning to cook like we were, was a bit of a struggle with the limited pans. There are a few beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas at the condo. That should be posted in the description as it would have kept us from having to pack them. The laundry room at the front was nice as it was large enough to store all our beach stuff and wagon. Location was great, short walk to the beach, though wish their was a ramp not just stairs. Walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The community pool had lots of bugs - the skimmers didn't seem to work, but otherwise seemed clean. Overall a good place, but as I said a few tweaks could make it great.

Close Proximity to the Beach

We have stayed at Ciboney a couple of times now, and have always enjoyed it! The property manager is great to work with! The condo was really clean and well taken care of! Definitely will be back again!

Disappointed

IT WAS NOT WORTH A MONTHS WORKING FOR SIX NIGTHS HERE!!!! The carpet and ceiling was wet from the upstairs A/C till the day we left. The A/C in the condo stopped working due to the lack of routine cleaning. There were missing knobs, burned out light, broken drawer, both shower curtain rods hanging down, the patio curtainpull was broken. The area rug was so dirty it was turning black and the clock didn't even work. But it did have a roach that was over a inch long. I did take a picture of it on my cellphone. The beach access was across the street down a step set of stairs, which would be fine if you are young, but not if your over 50, it is not safe.

Thank you so much for your review. We were working very closely with the COA during your stay to get the upstairs AC issue resolved. Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the COA and homeowner as we do not manage the unit above you. The AC problem you experienced in your unit was a direct result of the AC above you. The AC piping is all connected and when they blew the AC out above you it lodged into your AC pipes and the overflow switch killed the unit until the problem could be resolved. I'm sorry that you experienced this. As for the other issues you mentioned in your review, we wish you would've let us know immediately. We are very customer service oriented and want to make sure your experience is a good one. We would have gladly tended to any issues you had. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back to be our guest.
