This home (built in 2020) in Caldas da Rainha—a 50-minute drive from Lisbon Airport—is just a short walk from a supermarket where you can buy delicious fresh groceries.
If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation, far from mass tourism, in an area with a rich cultural history and sporting challenges like golf or (kite)surfing, you’ve come to the right place. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful sandy beaches and bays. For example, a 10-minute drive takes you to the expansive, kid-friendly beaches of Foz do Arelho on the stunning Obidos lagoon or the charming seaside town of São Martinho do Porto on the bay of the same name. A little further away is Nazaré (30 km), a famous surfing spot with waves that can reach up to 30 meters in the fall!

Casa Ambiente Verde is therefore the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful surroundings, but before you set out, take a moment to enjoy your comfortable vacation home and relax on the lovely terrace or in the heated pool.
This fully ground-floor home features a spacious living room with a smart TV (including digital television via MEO and streaming capabilities) and excellent Wi-Fi. The dining table seats 8 people. A high chair is also available. The built-in storage cabinet contains an ironing board, iron, drying rack, and cleaning supplies.
The open kitchen is equipped with 4 electric stovetop burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a Dolce Gusto machine. A dryer is available in the garage.
The first bedroom, which sleeps 4 people, has twin beds and a bunk bed, as well as an en-suite dressing area and bathroom. The other two bedrooms are each designed for 2 people and feature twin beds. If needed, a baby crib is also available.
The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, bidet, and electric towel warmer. A hair dryer is provided. The other bathroom has a walk-in shower, a single sink, and an electric towel warmer. A hair dryer is also provided.
On the partially covered terrace, you can relax at the spacious table (seats 8) or in the lounge area.
The garden features a private swimming pool (8 x 3 m) that is heated from April 1 through October 31, a shower, and lounge chairs. There’s plenty of space for children (and parents) to run around.
