Situado en el pueblo de Lagoa, cerca de la Nadadouro en la Costa de Plata de Portugal, en una zona tranquila y perfecta para relajarse, explorar la maravillosa Costa de Plata de Portugal, deportes acuáticos o jugar una partida de golf en algunos de los mejores campos de Europa. El pueblo y sus alrededores son ideales para familias o grupos de amigos que quieran pasar unas vacaciones de ensueño en cualquier época del año.
La playa de Foz do Arelho está a 30 minutos a pie oa 5 minutos en coche. Foz do Arelho es una ciudad divertida, con muchos bares buenos, restaurantes y cafés, algunos a lo largo de la playa y con mucha vida diurna y nocturna.

Perfect silver coast holiday

We loved our stay. Beautiful spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet friendly non-touristic neighborhood, great swimming pool, ideal situated to get to know the silver coast and for a day trip (or two) to Lisboa or Cascais for example. Obidos bay is ideal for all types of watersport and swimming/ sun bading with younger children. The atlantic ocean close to it, for wild waves.

Stunning view! House cosy and nicely furnished. Lagoon only a few steps downhill. Pool spacious. Terraces and balconies all facing the lagoon and equipped with furniture and even with a small barbecue . Kitchen well equipped for self catering. Communication with very friendly owner and housekeeper super. A slight problem with an inner door was fixed within an hour. We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. Many thanks for it!

Perfect Exeperience

Nice house with all required amenities including a pool and separate bathrooms for all bedrooms. Superb beach and good resaturants at Foz do Arelho which is only a 3 minute drive away. We very much enjoyed our short stay.

Excellent property in a very relaxed area. Outstanding views of the lagoon and within a healthy walk to the main beach and local restaurants. We would recommend a car to enable you to visit other beautiful towns and villages in this outstanding part of Portugal.

Probably the best appointed villa we have ever stayed in. The pool was especially good. Views were a bonus. A fair distance from any shops and facilities but that was what we wanted. Personally I would not take teenage children.

Great place to stay

we were completely happy with the house. the view is wonderful, the house is lovingly furnished. everything was very clean except for the freezer. but since we didn't use it at all, we didn’t care about that. There are great restaurants around, the beach is very close and very clean. you are pretty far away from tourism there. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this house to every family.

The property was perfect. Clean, accomodating and great location for day trips to other locations. We had a fabulous time. A bit cool for the pool but we were able to use it. Comfortable setting, furniture and usage of the kitchen. Private and safe. I couldn't say anything bad about the property. Isabel was a gem and very helpful with information and extremely efficient. She's a keeper for sure. Can't wait to visit again!

Lovely house in a quiet part beside Obidos Lagoon. It had everything that we required, with lovely outside areas that we utilised for enjoying the sun. The views across the lagoon are great and the pool is lovely (good size too). The bedrooms are doubles and of a good size, with appropriate cupboard space. Adjoining bathrooms are also of a good size although I would add a pace to hang towels etc. in the upstairs ones. Overall, lovely place with all the amenities you would need, including if you wanted to host a bake off show (lots of utensils I didn't know what they were for in truth). Would absolutely come back to this venue.

Very beautiful and comfortable villa in a lovely unspoilt area

A really lovely spacious and beautifully furnished villa with about everything that we needed. The setting was lovely and the pool was warm, immaculately clean and a good size and was enjoyed by us all. The owner and the maid were very kind to wait for us when we arrived very late due to delays on our flight and were very quick and helpful the couple of times we had problems with the WiFi and when the alarm went off on the last day! We enjoyed the quietness of the area, but spending time at the beach, cafes and the headland walkway at Foz, and also Obidos was well worth several visits. There is an Aldi in Caldas da Rainha and other supermarkets - so catering is fairly easy. One of our sons enjoyed learning to windsurf on the Lagoon from the sailing school just a few minutes walk away - they also have a nice and good value cafe there. We did not know the area before, but we would love to come back.

Spacious home in a lovely area.

The home was in a very nice neighborhood with a great view of the lagoon. It worked well for visiting nearby sites… Obidos, Peniche. There is also a lovely beach with restaurants nearby. The home does need some attention. The stove burners did not all work. the oven also did not work. Please bring all necessary supplies for a kitchen, such as dishwashing detergent and paper towels. There was an ironing board but no iron. The master bathroom has such a low shower basin that without weights on the shower curtain, one needed to be extra careful water does not leak over. It was easier just to use the downstairs shower. The home was quiet and comfortable. It served well as a base station. The pool was very inviting and clean.

Thank you Miguel. This cute home was located in a small neighborhood in Portugal. It wasn't too far from most districts we visited. Sometimes the drive could be an hour away but then you spent the day in the city you were visiting. We went to Navare, Lisbon and many other spots. We were able to visit the downtown area of Caldas de Rainha! CUTE. The home is in a quiet area overlooking the ocean. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool due to weather. Our loss. The home is spacious, clean and inviting. Portugal seems like a naturally quiet country and our neighborhood was no exception. We were greeted by the housekeeper and young man. They gave us a tour of the house with instructions and an invitation to reach out to them if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few things to note - the sink in the bathroom may need a new nozzle. The water sprays everywhere. We learnt that the hard way. - the shower upstairs doesn't drain too well. The home has a well equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. We could have used a couple extra towels and some additional toilet paper. We would definitely stay here again! The views are simply spectacular.

Lack of information and provisions

Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely villa with very pretty views of the lagoon, a wonderful pool and a great location in a quiet neighbourhood around 3km from shops, beaches and restaurants. However, for us our stay fell down on two fronts. 1. Communication. Before our arrival I asked for information and instructions several times. Finally a reply contained an absolute minimum of information and stated that the housekeeper Isabel would be there to hand us the key. Half an hour before arrival, I still had not managed to get hold of Isabel despite leaving several voice messages (I speak some Portuguese). I finally called the owner’s number only to get talking to his lovely Dad (who does not speak English at all) who promised to call Isabel for us. When we arrived, a nice young guy called Rui (Isabel’s son?) had just pulled up and gave us a minimalist 3-minute tour of the house. Same lack of communication when we found out that the wifi was not working because the card had not been pre-loaded – more phone-calls to Dad, Isabel and Rui before the owner put money on the card. 2. The house itself looked like it had been stripped bare by locusts. There were no instructions for anything – appliances, rubbish collection, pool maintenance – nada. There was no welcome pack of food essentials, no detergent or cleaning materials, not even the most basic condiments. We have stayed in many villas before but this has never happened to us before. Not impressed

Estancia ideal en la Laguna de Óbidos

La casa es muy amplia, está completamente equipada y es muy cómoda y con unas preciosas vistas a la Laguna de Óbidos. El trato con Miguel e Isabel fue excelente. La vivienda se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de una playa fantástica y de todos los servicios que puedas necesitar (supermercados, farmacia, restaurantes…) Como aspectos negativos el aparcamiento de la vivienda que solo se puede usar con coches altos ya que cualquier coche normal roza y no se puede meter en la finca.

An sich ein schönes und geräumiges Haus mit Pool in attraktiver Lage. Leider hatten wir rechts und links vor dem Haus zwei lärmende Baustellen, wovon wir vorab nicht informiert wurden. Das schmälert den Erholungswert beträchtlich. Wir haben nach einigen Verhandlungen 20% Preisnachlass erhalten, hätten das Haus unter diesen Umständen aber nicht gebucht.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Nadadouro. Das Haus liegt ideal mit seiner Nähe zum Meer und zur Lagune und der Pool ist groß und (im August) warm. Leider stimmen die Fotos in der Anzeige nicht, man kann vom Pool und der Terrasse nicht auf die Lagune schauen, weil die Hecke inzwischen zu hoch ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut, Probleme mit Lärm von einer Bsustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück wurden schnell behoben. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses könnte besser sein.
