3 Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ( one ensuite), fully equipped open plan kitchen with large range cooker and stone island. Dining area with wood burner. Original Trullo style living room. Outside pizza/bread fire wood oven. BBQ. Large patio with outdoor seating around a purpose built fire pit.

2 Bedrooms with 1 bathroom, small kitchen and air-con. Please note that access to the bathroom in this trullo is through the second bedroom.

Beautiful houses and garden.

We were 2 families with teenagers and we spent a great week in the property. Hazel who welcomes us is very accomodating and réactive in case of trouble (we lost power once and she came immediatly).

Beautiful house !

Beautiful house with a nice poolarea, garden And extra trulli. Nicely decorated and well equipped. The host Hazel is extra ordinary nice and helpfull! Good place to stay with family or friends.

Very nice house, well modernized, but still with a lot of ancient accents. Lots of space, very quiet neighborhood. We spent a week with family and friends (total of 9) We especially loved the huge pizza oven😎

A perfect place

We had a wonderful time. The house is cosy and well equipped. There is lots of space and opportunities to relax. The pizza oven was great fun, the pool is good and we enjoyed the opportunitiy to make a big fire outside and see the stars... The house is wonderful if you are with adults and some older kids who can stay in the extra trullo. And if anything might go wrong, Hazel (the guest manager) is the biggest help you can imagine!

Lovely place for those who are looking to stay in the countryside with style

From start to finish this was a flawless visit, we had great communication from the owners who are British so language wasn’t a problem, we were met by Hazel who took the time to explain how everything works and was on call within minutes when we needed her. Property wise it’s actually better than the pictures as a few areas have been upgraded - the fire pit in particular was a big hit with our friends we spent many hours there, I have to warn you, you will need the washing machine they provide as it gets smokey! Seriously though all of the facilities were top notch, the kitchen was spacious, benefits from high quality appliances etc. The pool area was lovely with a stylish shady area, i love the hammock! There is a separate Trullo at the other end of the pool with two bedrooms we didn’t use it however I assume it would be handy if you have noisy teenagers. The property is set In a few acres of mainly olive groves, there is plenty of foraging available, my personal favourite was the cactus fruit, prickly pears - you have to try them, but be careful. Negatives? None really however you do need a car it is quite remote and the locals drive like nutters so walking isn’t an option - I’d say it’s about 15 mins from the nearest supermarket by car Thanks for a great stay

Séjour OSTUNI - août 2025

Séjour de 12 jours en famille à 10 personnes dont 3 enfants.Hazel, notre contact sur place a été très réactive, ponctuelle et très sympathique.Le lieu au milieu des oliviers est magnifique ainsi que les aménagements extérieurs et la grande piscine. À savoir, car le descriptif manque de précisions, il y a deux bâtiments séparés : un avec 3 chambres et un autre avec 2 chambres. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées à l’exception de l’une dans le trullo principal. La cuisine est bien équipée (vaisselle pas très propre lorsque nous sommes arrivés). Quelques problèmes techniques (eau et électricité) rapidement résolus grâce à la réactivité et aux explications d’Hazel qui nous a même offert des petits gâteaux locaux pour la gêne occasionnée, belle attention.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten dieses Haus Ende Oktober 2022 für 10 Tage. Es ist ein schönes Haus in wundervoller Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist gut und wir haben und wirklich wohlgefühlt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass die Verwalterin Hazel sehr freundlich ist und uns immer schnell und unkompliziert helfen konnte. Lediglich die Sauberkeit der Küche war nicht so schön. Das haben wir schnell selber behoben und täuscht nicht über den tollen Gesamteindruck hinweg. Das Haus hat eine einzigartig schöne Atmosphäre und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank für die tollen Ferien!

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Anlage

Die Häuser und die Anlage waren ein Traum, genau wie beschrieben. Leider hat man in einigen Ecken im Haus gesehen, das nicht sauber geputzt wurde. Auch waren viele Kleinigkeiten reparaturbedürftig. Zum Glück gab es Hazel, die immer schnell geholfen hat.

Très belle location !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, au calme au milieu des oliviers, et avec tout le confort. Nous étions 9 et largement la place pour tous et l'équipement nécessaire pour tous. La maison est à proximité des lieux touristiques de la Valle d'Itria, parfait point de départ pour nos visites. Parfait accueil de la part de Hazel qui a été très disponible. Bref, nous sommes enchantés !

Lovely Trullo!

We had a great stay in this lovely house with it‘s nice pool. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the great outside seating areas for dinner and relaxing. The sleeping rooms have cozy beds and perfect working air condition. Thanks to Hazel for the warm welcome and all the information provided!

Urlaub im Trullo Grotta Piccola

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Freunden und ich kann sagen das wir den Urlaub im Trullo Piccola Grotta sehr genossen haben. Der Empfang durch Hazel gestaltete sich sehr unbürokratisch aber vollumfänglich informativ. Die Einrichtung des Trullos ist weitestgehend OK, lediglich eine Tür statt des Vorhangs zum Haupt-Trulli, wäre sehr sinnvoll, um den dort untergebrachten Gästen die ausreichende Privatsphäre zu geben. In der Küche würde sich ein großer Kochtopf gut machen in dem auch für die mögliche Gästeanzahl gekocht werden kann. Einige der Fotos im Inserat sollten ausgetauscht werden da im Haus Änderungen vorgenommen wurden. Die Betten wurden durchweg als ausgezeichnet beschrieben, was im Urlaub ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt ist. Der Erholungsbereich auf dem Grundstück, Sitzecken so wie Pool sind top und sehr gepflegt. In der Küche macht es sehr viel spaß selbst zu kochen und der Eiswürfelmacher im Kühlschrank ist Gold wert. Grill, Pizzaofen und der große Essplatz im Außenbereich, welchen wir täglich nutzen konnten, runden das ganze ab. Wir können die Anlage empfehlen und würden auch erneut dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Ein Hinweis noch, die Zufahrt von der SP28 ist recht eng, von der SP29 ist die Zufahrt deutlich angenehmer, vor allem wenn man einen großen SUV oder z.B. einen VW-Buss fährt.
