This spacious apartment offers guests a double bedded room with two windows facing The Old Town and sea, large living room with smart TV, good free Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom, and beautiful relaxing terrace with sea view.
Private parking is available near the property and it costs 20 Euros per day, per car. It has to be booked prior.

Located in a 100-year-old stone house on a street by the sea, this apartment offers both proximity to Old Town (15-20 minutes walking distance) and quiet seclusion. Upon entering the property you have stepped into vine-covered walkways, lush greenery, fruit trees with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea. A short walk in either direction of the street will lead you to one of Dubrovnik’s few sand & pebble beaches - St Jacob's beach (5 minutes walking distance) and Banje beach (10-15 minutes walking distance).

Dubrovnik Apartment

Great villa just a short walk from town. Kate was a great host, arranging our collection at the airport and recommend great restaurants and places to see. Apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay.

Beautiful stay

5nights stay, Kate very welcoming but not intrusive, her sons happy to provide taxi service. Beautiful apartment with character, delightful terrace with view to Lukrum and Old Dubrovnik. Kitchen small but fine. Quiet 20min walk into town. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

This place is wonderful. It had everything we needed for a long weekend in Dubrovnik. Walkable to the old town, beaches. Excellent balcony to sip coffee in the morning overlooking the city walls. Friendly and helpful host. We’d come back here.

Exceeded our Expectations

Everything about our stay was perfect... including: the communication before we arrived, the transfer from airport to the property (arranged by our lovely host), our arrival and welcome drink, the views we woke up to on our first morning, the cleanliness of the place, the beauty of the property, breakfast on the terrace, how close it is to St Jacob beach, the walk into the old-town., and most importantly, the friendliness of our host and her family. We had a remarkable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Beautiful

Loved the property. It was quiet and positioned so you felt like you were living in a nice Croatian neighborhood. The patio is so nice and view magnificent. Comfy bed in large bedroom. We loved the property. Property manager Kate was so helpful and very nice Recommend this👍

Perfect getaway

Large apartment nicely located. Incredible view.

Very well equipped apartment. Directly above the ocean with a direct view of the old town. 5 minutes to a wonderful beach and 13 minutes from old town. Kate, the owner, speaks English fluently and provided lots of suggestions and advice. Would return to this location. Highly recommended. Bruno

Peaceful stay within walking distance of historic city!

We loved our stay and Kate was a wonderful host, meeting us late in the evening to show us around and greet us with a refreshment. She also helped coordinate a parking place for us (for a reasonable extra fee) nearby and gave very detailed directions to get to the place since GPS can be a little 'off'. We sadly only had one day in Dubrovnik so her recommendations were especially helpful! The place is cozy and immaculately clean and you can't beat that view! Thank you so much, Kate and family!

Dubrovnik room with a view

Excelent as long as you can manage steps, Kate, what a lovely lady couldnt do enough for us nothing was to much trouble, gave us a bottle of wine & chocolates to celebrate our anniversary & then arranged for her son to drive us to the restaurant, the view from the apartment is spectacular, we really didnt want to leave. thank you Kate, best regards Sarah & Roy.

Perfect short break.

A wonderful 5 days spent in this beautiful apartment. Perfect location between beaches and the old town. The apartment is spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. The view is stunning. The owner was on hand and very helpful but not over the top. A few lovely extra touches with a welcome drink, a bottle of wine for my birthday and a plate of freshly picked figs from the garden. We rarely return to the same place on holiday but this is somewhere we would love to return to. Thank you for such a fantastic stay.

this is a lovely apartment with wonderful views over the sea. Fully equipped, very large bedroom and very nice patio area. About a 15 min walk to the old town....but its a lovely walk. Thankyou Kate.
