Welcome to our apartment perfectly located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This beautiful holiday retreat offers a tranquil and comfortable stay, ideal for a group of four. Nestled in the Oraška Ulica which is short walk away from the lively Lapad promenade, Lapad beach, a cinema, supermarket, and the local fresh market.
Both bedrooms are designed to blend style with comfort; one features double bed and another one two singe ones. The open living room is perfect for unwinding, with sofa and TV. Guests will have access to private balcony with sea view. Additionally, apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals. The single bathroom is immaculate and includes all essential amenities for a hassle-free stay.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves, including a private garage and an additional parking space for convenience.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Special place!

We had a great stay, the apartment had pretty much everything you need, a great location, quiet but not far from local restaurants/supermarkets. Communication was great and I found the team to be very responsive.

Special place!

This apartment was perfect for our requirements. the old city is easily accessible by bus and its easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. we enjoyed the balcony and warm evenings and seeing the cruise ships.

Spacious, clean, light, and bright, gorgeous view of the marina, all amenities that you will need in an apartment (the washing machine was a huge bonus). Beds were super comfortable, windows and blinds provided a good sleeping environment, shower had good pressure, wifi was strong, convenient walk to shops and restaurants and easy Uber to the old town. Communication with host was timely and instructions for everything were thorough. We loved our stay and will definitely book here on our next visit to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Didn’t want to come home!

The apartment was in a perfect location. A short walk to the harbour or to the beautiful beach. The air con was also brilliant . The host was easily contactable and solved any problems. There were several supermarkets very near and the bus stop was also very near.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The apartment is really nice and cozy. It’s well equipped, you can find all the usual stuff for cooking in the kitchen. Everything was clean and spacious. The location of the house is practical - you can find a shop, a pharmacy and also a bus stop pretty close. The parking in the house is also really convenient. The communication with the owner and also with the team was efficient. They were helpful in all of our questions and needs. We would definitely like to come back one day.

A lovely modern apartment. Clean and welcoming. Compact kitchen area has all you need to prepare meals. Comfortable beds. View from the balcony is wonderful, day and night. In a quiet residential area on a peninsular with restaurants and supermarkets relatively close by. Enjoyed sea views walking around the peninsular and watching sunset from the top. Uphill in parts. Old town 10 minutes by taxi. New ferry port, across the water from apartment, and bus station around 7 minutes by taxi. No 6 bus goes to old town. Co-host and management company responsive to queries and issues raised.

Ja i moj partner smo dva puta iznajmili ovaj apartman. Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu u blizini trgovina i restorana. Jako je uredan i čist, savrsen izbor za četveročlanu obitelj ili samo za partnere. Definitivno preporučujem i sigurno cemo se ponovno odluciti za ovaj apartman.

Brilliant service!

Gute Lage in einer Anliegerstrasse. Schöner Blick auf den Hafen vom Balkon. Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Praktisch ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und dass man das Gepäck mit den Aufzug in die Wohnung bringen kann. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Przepiękny, magiczny widok z balkonu, przestronny salon i wygodne dwie sypialnie. Doskonale zaciemnienie sypialni i wspaniała pościel i materace.
