LA COMUNIDAD

Seasons at Sandpoint es una comunidad privada frente al lago administrada profesionalmente que consta de condominios de 1, 2 y 3 habitaciones, así como casas adosadas de 5 habitaciones. Está ubicado en la encantadora ciudad de Sandpoint, directamente a orillas del lago más grande de Idaho, el lago Pend Oreille, de 43 millas de largo. La ciudad también está rodeada por tres cadenas montañosas principales, las cordilleras Selkirk, Cabinet y Bitterroot que ofrecen vistas espectaculares durante todo el año.

Hay una casa club ubicada en el centro, también conocida como The Retreat, donde nuestro personal le dará una cálida bienvenida a la propiedad y le mostrará su condominio o casa adosada. La marina

Beautiful lakeside condo close to town

Really enjoyed this condo and location. Clean and comfortable. With a nice sized balcony that we took advantage of. Right at the edge of the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Loved having a designated parking spot. The spot assigned is right next to a pole but we were able to carefully back into it with a large pickup. The garage clearance is 7’ so no problem for large vehicles. I very much appreciated the normal bedding with a sheet, blanket and fully encased duvet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing

Walking into the property for the first time and seeing a view of the lake is something we will never forget! The Seasons is a great location right next to City Beach. NOTE - the private beach has better sand than the city beach! We learned that if we ask the property manager they would start a bonfire for us to make s'mores! Every person we met at the Seasons (owners or renters) were very friendly and welcoming! Oru littel girls loved the place, and we will be back! Thanks for everything!

While we understand that vacation rentals are a bit difficult to keep up, but the basics such as clean carpet, rugs and floors, working TV’s and internet access should be the standard. We’ll come back but perhaps a different unit?

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. We did stay for several days and the coffee maker was broken on arrival, they never fixed it or brought a new one. They did say they would. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely come back. The staff at the main building were so accommodating and friendly!

Imagine things were quieter than usual due to Covid. We enjoyed the fact that things were pretty mellow. Location is perfect particularly if you are bringing a boat and have kids. Marina and staff were excellent and proximity to town perfect for the kids. The resort is impeccably maintained. Thank you.

Fully stocked kitchen, unbelievably comfy beds, giant tv in the living room and bedrooms, ample space, high end everything, and the most incredible view in Sandpoint. We felt like we were living at the 4 Seasons Resort. I can not recommend this condo and the whole Seasons complex enough. Pool, hot tub, gym, private beach and marina, walking distance to town; this exclusive community has it all. Elite Alliance was super easy to work with throughout our stay. We are sad to leave this little paradise.

We tried using air fresheners but it didn’t helpvermuch. The oder was so strong thT when we got home we could still smell it on our suitcases and other belongings.we couldn’t believe that it would in bed it self onto our belongings.I love to eat curry,but not smell it in a condo or on should definitely be a concern for the owners if they are trying to rent this unit.We love seasons at Sandpoint and have been coming the last 3 years and we will definitely be back,but not in this unit 7205!

Excellent location!

Our whole family had great time stay in the condo. Had just enough room for a family of 5. Great views of frozen lake and snow covered Cabinet mountains. The fitness center was put together nicely.

Lovely stay.

We enjoyed the quiet condo with lovely furnishings! The beds were very comfortable and the furniture seemed very new. Lots of dishes and pots and pans helped us prepare a meal as well. We went swimming, walked to restaurants and enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful lake. It was a relaxing weekend! Thank you very much!
