LA COMUNIDAD

Seasons at Sandpoint es una comunidad privada frente al lago administrada profesionalmente que consta de condominios de 1, 2 y 3 habitaciones, así como casas adosadas de 5 habitaciones. Está ubicado en la encantadora ciudad de Sandpoint, directamente a orillas del lago más grande de Idaho, el lago Pend Oreille, de 43 millas de largo. La ciudad también está rodeada por tres cadenas montañosas principales, las cordilleras Selkirk, Cabinet y Bitterroot que ofrecen vistas espectaculares durante todo el año.

La marina

Great Spot

My friends and I came here for a weekend ski trip and it checked all the boxes. Everything was nice and clean, easily walkable to downtown, and the icy lake views from the condo were beautiful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Posh digs with amazing location and view

Delightful property with beautiful clean decor. The view is amazing and the amenities were plentiful. Staff were attentive and responsive. Would def stay here again.

We were able to build lasting memories during our week stay. The pool was perfect. It wasn’t crowded so the kids really enjoyed their time. We had a great time and the condo was exactly what we hoped for!

Beautiful Condo on the Lake

This is a beautiful condo on the lake with a spectacular view. We had a great time visiting Sandpoint for the first time and the condo was one of the highlights. It is convenient and walkable to the town and park. We would highly recommend this property when visiting Sandpoint.

Lovely place, fantastic view

Check in was easy peasy. Given all the information and a small tour of where amenities were. Condo was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Slept 6 adults comfortably. And the view was just so beautiful.

Overall the property was fantastic. The on-site crew was very helpful. The only recommendations that we have are wash clothes for the kitchen. Overall great experience.

Picturesque

Home was super clean, decorated beautifully with lots of seating and the beds were super cozy. Loved the patio area. Plenty to of dish ware, cooking supplies and great selection of small appliances. Short walking distance to the Sandpoint City Park and Main Street. Too bad we only had 2 nights, next time will plan for longer! Wonderful time!

Wonderful

Our condo was beautiful, wonderful view of the lake, fully equipped kitchen intact everything you could need. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable and there were more than enough towels. Thanks to owners for making your home so welcoming.

Loved it!

This please was super nice and we got lucky because there wasn't many people there when we went on memorial day weekend. We had the whole pool and hot tub to ourselves. We will be going back for sure. The room had almost everything for cooking but no condiments. Store not too far

Wife Cried of Happiness at Arrival and Cried at Departure

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful well appointed condo. Views are superb and the condo is well laid out and spaciious. The kitchen has everything you need: ample dinnerware bareware, wine glasses, every sort of pan-you could even bake a cake if you wanted to. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. The deck is great with nice furniture to enjoy views. Bathrooms are modern with lots of towels etc. Totally would want to come back again. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Family ski vacation

Beautiful views, walk to town, close to skiing, condo was very clean, comfortable and updated. Staff was very accommodating. Complaints from downstairs neighbor like in other reviews. We were not loud but you can absolutely hear people above you. Would have to tip toe to not be heard. A few minor glitches. Difficult to regulate heat and fireplace, no garbage bags, etc. but overall great place to stay

Our on-site team is always more than happy to provide assistance with the fireplace and thermostats, as well as bring over any items that may have not been present. I also recently spoke with the owners and they do plan on replacing both thermostats with more user friendly versions.

Very nice unit.

The property was very nice. Everything seemed new. Very comfortable and easy access to town. The only thing missing was cable TV. There was a wonderful smart tv with internet and Netflix, amazon prime and others but no live tv. We were interested in the Seahawks game. Not a big deal and we would rent again even knowing this

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is fantastic. When choosing this rental, there were several options of this floorplan to chose from, but this had the best layout. We used the barstools at the kitchen counter the most, besides the patio. The sectional was SOOO comfy!! And loved that 2 of the bedrooms had TV's. I would add a ceiling fan on the patio and a heater in the master bath. The assigned parking in the garage was nice too. We used the pool and hot tub every night. Went on a few walks down the Bay Trail as well. My son brought in-line skates and had a blast! I loved how modern and clean this condo was. Absolutely perfect for us.
