The house is spread over two floors, has two entrances, and a garden on three sides of the house.

GROUND FLOOR (living area)
Separate kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven.
Living room–dining room with a double sofa bed.
Bathroom with washing machine.
Porches on both sides.

FIRST FLOOR (sleeping area)
- LARGE bedroom with 4 beds: double bed + two pull-out single beds plus closets.
- DOUBLE bedroom: double bed + 4-door closet
- SMALL bedroom: with a single bed and a small closet
- bathroom with shower
- Air conditioning and heating with heat pumps throughout the house.

TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax for the Municipality of Caorle is payable by the guest upon check-in at a rate of €1 per DAY for each ADULT (12+).
Max €7 per adult (children up to 12 years old are exempt from the tourist tax).
