La casa es lo suficientemente grande para hasta 8 personas. Un verdadero paraíso!

La casa de campo está rodeada de árboles y naturaleza. El gran jardín (6000m2) es ideal para relajarse. Hay dos baños separados con bañera y ducha. En la zona de noche hay cuatro habitaciones separadas. Hay 2 habitaciones dobles, una habitación con dos literas y una habitación muy grande con 2 sofás cama dobles y una cama doble. También está disponible una cama de bebé y una cuna. También tenemos un salón muy grande y una espaciosa cocina / comedor. En el jardín encontrará una piscina (durante los meses de verano) y muebles de jardín para cenar al aire libre. La casa y el jardín están en un lugar extremadamente tranquilo y pacífico: la privacidad y la relajación están garantizadas.
La propiedad está idealmente ubicada para explorar toda la región del Véneto. Venecia está a solo 35 km. Hay muchas playas a unos 30 minutos en coche. También puede llegar fácilmente a Verona, Vicenza, Padua, los Dolomitas y mucho más.

Nuestra casa es ideal para aquellos que desean pasar unas vacaciones relajantes en una zona virgen.

Completely relaxing and beautiful villa

This was one of the best villas we've stayed in, a beautiful old house, comfortable and plenty of space, and an amazing pool and gorgeous garden. But what made it stand out was the how incredibly well equipped it was, and the lovely, generous and helpful hosts.

Highly recommended

The villa was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was there, from olive oil to spices and insect spray. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The garden was very well maintained, and you can see the effort put into it. The pool was a great size, and they cleaned it every day. I highly recommend the villa, and we'll definitely be back!

We are just back from a superb holiday in this Villa. We wanted somewhere quiet and private for some downtime as a family. The property is beautiful and the pool is of a very high standard, the icing on the cake. The property feels like a home rather than a rental villa, everything is tastefully done. The hosts are lovely and thoughtful people who were present if anything was needed but completely unobtrusive otherwise. The local town (Chiarano) is nearby and we even managed an easy day trip into the heart of Venice. We are already looking to return. I work in travel and was very impressed, book here if you are lucky enough to find a slot. Thanks guys.

We just had an absolutely lovely stay in Jody and Vincenzo’s villa. They are the most gracious hosts, they kindly left us a welcoming gift including fresh fruit, eggs and jam from the garden and a bottle of Prosecco. Jody was extremely helpful with tips and recommendations and Vincenzo booked us great restaurants and a great wine tasting. Inside the villa is a traditional Italian farmhouse, the pictures are very accurate and the house has absolutely everything you need. However, outside the pictures do not do any justice of how beautiful the garden is. It is simply stunning and the pool is enormous and perfect temperature! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Vacation with friends

We stayed 1 week in the beautiful house of Jody. Everything was perfect. Jody was always available, gave us great tips and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The large garden and clean pool topped it all. We agreed: would come back anytime.

A lovely house with a big garden and lifesaving pool. Close to everything you need, but you accually don't need anything more than to stay in the house and garden! Jody and he's lovely partner are superhosts, so lovely and nice people. We had a great stay! Warmly recomended!

We had the best time

We spent a lovely week at Jody’s and Vincenzo’s house.This house is truely amazing and the garden with the pool was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully equiped and the rooms cosy and clean. Jody and Vincenzo were the best hosts ever!!! They gave us plenty of tipps about restaurants, beaches and wine tastings and even made us a tiramisu at ferragosto. Lovely hosts, beautiful garden, wonderful pool

We had a wonderful stay here. Jody and Vincenzo gave us a lovely welcome with tips about the area and wonderful hospitality - they really have thought of everything. The house needs some updating in areas, but it's really lovely and cosy and has just about everything you need on your arrival - bread, cereal, milk, butter, homemade jam and then some... even mosquito coils and spray for the first few evenings outside. There are mosquito blinds on every window and the house is decorated so nicely with an eclectic mix of furniture, paintings, lamps etc. which all goes so nicely together. The garden is beautiful, and the pool really is the highlight, so clean and everything is so well cared for - the pool furniture, cushions on the chairs, nice pool towels... again, everything has been thought of, even the pool shower has the option of warm water - a real plus for me. Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality throughout - it really made our holiday.

Perfect Blend of Comfort, Convenience, and Hospitality!

Our stay at this house exceeded our expectations in every way! The house was not only beautiful, but it also boasted a large and gorgeous garden with a fantastic pool that our kids couldn't get enough of. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire week, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location. There were excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for us to dine out or prepare meals at home. Additionally, the easy access to transportation was a huge plus. The train station was just 20 minutes away, and the train ride to the heart of Venice took less than 45 minutes. It made exploring the city an absolute breeze! We cannot recommend this place enough for a fantastic and memorable vacation. It truly deserves a five-star rating.

Wonderful House and Garden

My family of 12 spent an amazing time in Joe and Vincenzo's house. It is so large and able to accomodate all of us and still have lots of privacy. The house is super clean and well equipped with everything that you need and more. Being November it was cold outside but inside the house was so warm using the 3 wood burning stoves. The central heating is absolutely not necessary. You can really notice the care and attention in everyroom. Out side the garden is enormous, The children spent house playing and running around. We are going to come back in the summer and use the swimming pool. The house is ideally locatedto visit Venice, Padova, Vicenza and much more. A trip to the beach is only 25 minutes away. We loved the view of the dolomites although we didn't have time to visit. Thanks Joe and Vincenzo for all your advice and allowing us to spend a great family holiday altogether,

Vi var en familj på 8 personer som bodde i detta fantastiska hus under 6 dagar. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse där och den fantastiska trädgården som hade allt att erbjuda med fruktträd och grönsaker och den stora poolen. Vi uppskattade att det fanns ett stort utbud av husgeråd och hygienartiklar tillgängliga på plats samt husägarnas generositet. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Dieses Haus und das wunderschöne Grundstück kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen! Ein toller Ort zum entspannen mit der ganzen Familie. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und drei Teenager und der Platz war vollkommen ausreichend, zumal man eh draußen ist und/oder die Gegend erkundet. Der Pool ist riesig und bietet ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse frühstücken, da diese schön beschattet ist. Wir durften uns sogar im Garten bedienen, womit Gurke, Tomate, Äpfel und Birnen zu genüge da waren. Jody und Vincenzo sind zauberhafte Gastgeber und das Tiramisu ist legendär 😉 Wir würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder buchen!!!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten sehr entspannende 10 Tage. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr groß, wunderschön und mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Und unser Highlight war der Pool, der so groß ist, dass man richtig schwimmen kann. Da waren Groß und Klein bestens beschäftigt. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Tiramisu überrascht! Vielen Dank dafür!! Wir können nichts Negatives sagen und die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!

Rundum-Sorglos-Paket

Mitte bis Ende Mai 2024 wir knapp 2 Wochen zu 7. (+Hund) in diesem tollen Haus. Alle drei Generationen haben sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist riesig, total liebevoll eingerichtet, überall sind kleine und große Kunstwerke/Dekorationen (man entdeckt immer wieder etwas Neues) und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet auch für viele Personen. Selbst an Regentagen findet jeder ein ruhiges Eckchen oder alle kommen zum Spiele spielen am großen Tisch zusammen. Im Haus ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und wir sonst oft in Ferienhäuser/-wohnungen selbst mitbringen mussten: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, Abwaschlappen, Trockentücher, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs, Waschmittel, eine Speisekammer gefüllt mit allerlei Dingen (Mehl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, ….). Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum- riesig mit einer großen und vielen kleinen Sitzmöglichkeiten, komplett umzäunt (perfekt für Hunde) und das absolute Highlight ist der riesige, saubere Pool. Jody und Vincenzo sind großartige Gastgeber- sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, mit sehr guten Tipps versorgt (Ausflüge, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants), haben sich nebenbei täglich um die Sauberkeit des Pools gekümmert und waren jederzeit erreichbar, falls es mal Fragen gab. Dieses Haus ist ein Paradies zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Ausflüge. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub hier.

Herrlich entspannte Ferien in einer wunderschönen Oase

Wir verbrachten zu siebt 10 wundervoll entspannte Tage im Ferienhaus von Jody und Vincenzo. Sie waren wirkliche gute und überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Der wirklich große und schöne Pool sorgte für uneingeschränkte Entspannung nach einem der vielen möglichen Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Garten ist Balsam für die Seele und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Tipps für Unternehmungen und Lokale seitens der Gastgeber waren immer toll und wertvoll. Wir fanden alles genauso vor, wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit ausrreichend Geschirr, großen Töpfen und Pfannen,ebenso wie scharfen Messern und 2 KG-Kombinationen. Einfach alles da, auch wenn viele Leute sich dort aufhalten. Das komplete Haus ist mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, sodass ein ruhiger Schlaf auch bei geöffnetem Fenster möglich ist. Als wir ankamen,gabs im Kühlschrank bereit gestellte Getränke und und leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade aus dem Garten. Eine große Freude war auch das schon unheimlich gute Tiramisu, das uns Vincenzo während unseres Urlaubs vorbeibrachte. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Ferien

Alles zur besten Zufriedenheit. Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool war super. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Wunderschön angelegter Garten. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Jody und Vincenzo waren perfekte Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Großartiges Haus, wundervolle Vermieter, tolle Gegend, viele Aktivitäten möglich

Die Villa ist wirklich wunderschön und die Vermieter Jody und Vincenzo sind supernette, hilfsbereite, herzliche und warmherzige Menschen. Im Haus ist sehr viel Platz und die Betten verteilen sich auf vier Schlafzimmer, davon zwei Doppelzimmer, eins mit einem Stockbett und ein sehr großes Zimmer, in dem locker sechs Personen schlafen können und sich nicht auf die Füße treten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgesucht, viele schöne alte Möbel, die eine Geschichte erzählen, interessante Bilder an allen Wänden und Souvenirs, die sehr gut zur Einrichtung passen und eine warme und heimelige Atmosphäre erzeugen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Spülmaschine, zwei Kühlschränke mit großen Gefrierfächern, eine Speisekammer zur Aufbewahrung der Lebensmittel, sehr große Töpfe, Pfannen und Schüsseln, scharfe Messer, genügend Schneidebretter, Schäler, ein großes Nudelsieb und vieles mehr. Sogar eine Salatschleuder! Auf der Terrasse ist sehr viel Platz zum Sitzen. Es gibt genügend Plätze, sogar wenn Besuch kommt. Der große Pool ist unglaublich toll, supersauber und gepflegt, es gibt viele Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme und jede Menge Bäume, unter die man sich gemütlich in den Schatten setzen kann. Überhaupt der riesige Garten ist wirklich wunderschön. Es gibt viele lauschige Plätze zum Sitzen und Erholen, auch zum Boccia- oder Volleyball-Spielen ist genügend Platz. Italien im Herbst

Wir haben im Oktober 2022 mit unseren drei Kindern eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht. Leider war der Pool schon gelehrt aber das hatten wir auch nicht anders erwartet. Wir sind halt öfter ans Meer zum baden gefahren. Die Empfehlungen von Jody sowohl für die Restaurants als auch für die Ausflugsziele waren goldrichtig. Einzig die Mücken waren ein wenig lästig aber dafür können die beiden ja nichts. 😄😀 Wir sind rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
