This house exceeded our expectations and the photos don’t do it justice! Spent a perfect long weekend with friends and the host was very responsive, clear, and accommodating. Perfect location right on the water with a boat house and sizeable deck, patio, everything in good condition. Will be coming back to stay again.

Can't beat the view!

House was adequate, but the real star of the show...the view!!! Great view from the deck and dock. Loved the dock and utilized most of the water toys. We were there over the 4th of July and a neighbor came by on their boat to tell us they were setting off fireworks that night...we had the best seat on the lake from our dock!

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view of the lake and dock is amazing! Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information.

Beautiful views

The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen seemed well stocked, and the view (especially from the dock) was gorgeous. Many many stairs to the dock, which was not a problem for us. Communication was great, no issues. We would definitely book again.

Very Nice Lake Front Home

Very comfortable and all you need provided. Bring your food, clothes, necessities and your ready to tie your boat up to the awesome dock. Refrigerator even on dock at the dock house. Many toys, two kayaks, peddle boat provided. Owners very responsive if you need anything. Will be back there again!!

Great Stay!

We had a great time! While we didn’t utilize the kayaks or paddle boat (we had rented a boat) it was nice to have the option! The house was clean and comfortable, check in was a breeze! Thank you! We can’t wait to come back!

Great Long Weekend

This was the perfect place for a long weekend with friends. The layout was great and the water toys at the dock house were a lot of fun. We had a great time here!

Relaxing and beautiful

The house is located in a quiet section of the lake which is really nice if you like to float quietly in the water or kayak. There was plenty of room for everyone in the four bedrooms and the deck had lots of seating to enjoy the view.

We absolutely loved this place! It was extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of living space. It provided tubes for the water and board games to play. Beds were comfy. Back deck was beautifully light with outdoor lights that made dinner by the water nice. We will be back!

Perfect Guys Trip

Everything was perfect for our group of 7. Location on the lake was ideal. We enjoyed fishing, boating and swimming. The home was spacious with lots of outdoor living space. And immaculately clean. We would stay again.

Long weekend getaway

This home allowed us to enjoy the fun of lake swimming and floating! The house was beautifully equipped, very clean and comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved the big deck! Would rent there again in a heartbeat ! Owner was wonderful !

Incredible dock and view!

The place was perfect for our weekend of friends relaxing at the lake. The main part of the house has "what you see is what you get" vibes, but the interior and bathrooms were all updated and clean. But the real value is in the deck and dock. The deck was massive with so many sitting areas and a great grill. When we weren't out on the water, we were just kicking it on the deck. The dock likewise was so relaxing with shaded areas to sit or chairs to lounge in the sun. Plus there were plenty of floaties and kayaks to play around with! I've been to plenty of VRBOs, good and bad, and this house I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It was every bit as advertised, and then some. My boys are die hard fishermen; this house had everything they needed to fish on the lake, from the rods, to the kayaks and more. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Amazing, Cozy, Very Clean, Spacious and the back patio with the view was INCREDIBLE!!

Highly recommend staying here, now I know where to put my family & friends in the future! You’ll definitely enjoy the view of the lake and it has a beautiful fire pit big enough for a big group. Love it and you will too😁

It was our first time at Lake Norman. My family had a great time at this Lake house. We had everything we needed. Loved the location on the lake and convenient to stores and restaurants!

Beautiful home, Beautiful Vacation

Renting from Christine and Tom was an amazing experience. The ease of check-in, very few steps for check-out, their concern over mKing oyr stay amazing in every way was so appreciated. Our family had a wonderful time at a beautiful home with beautiful views. Beds comfortable, home updated and they provided ample towels, and toiletries that made our stay as we got there with nothing having been purchased that much easier. Their dock was beautifully maintained and made this a popular place for all to hang out and enjoy the lake. We especially loved the kayakss, floats, fishing rods, peddleboat on the property for all to enjoy. You can't go wrong renting this property, it will not dissapoint.

A perfect house on Lake Norman

This house ended up being one of the nicest rentals I have had on VRBO. Christine the owner is so easy and fast to respond to any questions I had. The house was spotless. The kitchen has every pot, pan, fork, knives, etc. You can cook any type of meal and they had the pots and utensils for it. They have high end dish towels, bath towels, and sheets. They even have a starter set of dish liquid etc. The two living rooms are nice when you want to come in from the lake and wind down. We had our kids in one room and adults in the other. The beds were very comfortable. They have a grill on the deck which we used. They have a wonderful boat house and dock. The boat house has a refrigerator and an abundance of float toys! They have Kayaks, life jackets, pool noodles, snorkeling equipment. They have it all. The location of the house and dock are perfect. We were there the fourth of July and the lake was crowded. But it didn't matter because this house is located in a deep cove. But very close to good food and stores. I would definitely rent this house again!

Quick stay in Charlotte

It accommodates more guests than you’d think, the bunk beds are full sized. And the beds, all of them, are super comfortable! Good parking and even though it looks a little regular from the outside it’s very beautiful on the inside and the back deck is crazy gorgeous. Sunset and sunrise were my favorite times to be out on the deck. Perfect view of the lake and a way down that is long but worth it. Also has tons of seating on the deck and a grill! Two TVs inside and entertainment galore for the family inside and out (did I mention there’s a fire pit). Wonderful stay, would recommend and would do it again.

Great stay at a great property!

Friends and family were in town for a wedding in Mooresville. The group fished, grilled, enjoyed the fire pit. Comfortably slept 6 adults. House and owners were amazing. Will absolutely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Love this house!

This house exceeded our expectations. The house was sparkling clean. My four kids and I had a blast. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. The boat house was stocked with lake toys. We would come back again!
