El Constante ha sido un hito de la costa del golfo de Texas por más de 30 años. Este complejo familiar bien mantenido es el destino frente a la playa que visitar�� su familia para crear recuerdos que durarán toda la vida. Desde cualquier unidad, puedes escuchar el suave murmullo de las olas en tierra y estar a solo unos pasos de kilómetros de playas azotadas por el viento en Texas.
Comience el día con una taza de café y un agradable paseo por el malecón mientras disfruta de un hermoso amanecer sobre el Golfo de México. Varios destinos de comida y entretenimiento son actividades cercanas y populares como la pesca en la playa y en el muelle; surfear, montar a caballo o simplemente relajarse y tomar el sol están al alcance de su mano. El nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn ya está abierto y está a solo 3 millas de distancia. Si traes un bote, apreciarás el acceso cercano a los lanzamientos de botes y el sistema de canales aquí en la isla.

¡Remodelado y redecorado en enero de 2019 con una nueva cama king size, televisor de pantalla grande y sillón reclinable!
Puedes dormir 4 en esta acogedora propiedad frente a la playa que viene con una cama king size y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Esta unidad tropical de un dormitorio a nivel del suelo ofrece un dormitorio privado, así como una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar con baño adyacente.

-Primer piso condominio

- Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped

-Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Este establecimiento no admite estancias mensuales.

-Los invitados de Padre Escapes deben ser mayores de 25 años. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir estatal u otra identificación aceptable.

-Esta unidad NO admite mascotas.

Excellent access to the beach, great sunrises, beachfront view is very nice. During our stay there were maintenance issues, and we lost water for several hours. The issues were communicated well, but it was a hassle being without water for so long. Also, don’t take a shower and then open the bathroom door- The steam sets off the fire alarm :( Overall though, the unit was as advertised and very clean. Bed is very comfortable as was the furniture. This was a great winter beach weekend, and we would stay here again.

An absolutely stunning & unobstructed view of the sunrise. Very beautiful. Unit description is accurate. Communication from office/host was excellent. Only issues were as follows: 1) coffee maker was dirty 2) smoke alarm came on a couple times, quite possibly as a result of one detector being very close to the bathroom...moisture/humidity from taking a shower caused it to go off, we think. Other than that, no issues. Beds & couch very comfortable.

Family July 4th at the beach

Nothing beats having private bathrooms, showers and air conditioning just a few steps from the waterfront. The units are one bedroom apartments with sleeper sofa. And the porch facing the sea was a great place to sit in the breeze and watch the beach activities. We could see fireworks from there. Uber and Favor delivery but the drive into town is easy.

My daughter is 1 and this was her first vacation experience. The check in process made everything super easy and the proximity to the beach made getting there super simple.

Annual family vacation

As usual, the staff at Padre Escapes was very helpful from reservations to changes,checkout, and even the day after checkout. Amber was helpful. The location was great. The condo was clean and well stocked for the most part. The cookie sheet in the stove needs to be replaced (rusty). The only other issue was the hot water in the kitchen wasn't working. Amber said she would report it. Overall beautiful area to hang out in the afternoons and evenings. Food market is 5 minutes away in case you forget something.

Summary of our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with our overall stay and the cleanliness of the condo, with the perfect setting on the gulf side of Padre Island. Relaxing stay, convenient side-trips to attractions, restaurants, shops, on Padre and Corpus Christi. The only drawbacks of our one week stay was a faulty "on-demand" hot water heater (extreme hot to cold) and an extremely soft bed (uncomfortable). We notified the office of the hot water heater, near the end of our stay. They were prompt about trying to resolve the issue, and they responded immediately by sending a maintenance person over to check out the issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we would return again!
