Magnificent Villa 5min walk to beach

Robert´s House has the best panoramic view of Malaga´s Mediterranean harbour, yacht club, and its sorrounding mountains, easily spotting Africa on clear sunny days.

This luxurious villa is situated in the citys best private residential area ¨El Candado¨ in a quiet surrounding and has completely open panoramic views. If you want to treat yourself and your family/friends on a high end holiday, this will be the place. 

The cottage is located only 5 minute walking distance from the beach of ¨ EL Palo¨, famous for its typical beach sea food restaurants which among are the famously known ¨Tintero¨which serves its sea food by auctioning these by its waiters and served directly to the clients.
We are situated only within a 10 minute walk to the closest Supermarkeht and golf course , Gas Station open 24hrs, Malaga´s International Airport is situated only 17 km.

Malaga down town is only a 15 minute drive or you can pick the local bus transport just 5 minute walk from the house. The city centre holds the famous Pablo Ruiz Picasso Foundation Museum, cathedral, city monuments, Castle, Bull Ring, big leisure shopping centres, small shops, restaurants, banks, pubs, disco, café, internet café, cinema, churches, markets, pharmacies etc.

iWhen entering the house the hallway gives access to a guest toilet room, fully fitted kitchen,laundary room, lounge living room and the stairways.
We can choose by either sleeping in the upper floor bedroom or down stairs floor bedrooms.

From the living room there is access to the terrace with dining table and BBQ. with views to the beach, Malagas Sea Bay, Yacht Club and sorrounding mountains plus our pool area.

The living room is spacious and with beautiful views with air conditioning , decorated with Modern style and in the corner of the living room theirs a large dining includes a dining area for 8 persons with enough space for 2 extra baby chairs.

Taking the stairs to the down floor we have 4 independent bedroms, with direct access to the pool.

If by the chance we decide chooseing to sleep in our 5th bedroom located in the upperfloor we will besides enjoy of a complete independent kitchen, bathroom and a cosy living room with amazing views to the beach.

Down stairs First room is specially designed for the youth with toys and book shelfs and special bed protection for small kids.

The second bedroom is a double bed room appropiate for parents to be close to there kid´s.

Third bedroom is appropiate for couples with independent bathroom.

Last but not least is the Fourth bedroom called the master bedroom suite with independent bathroom and air conditioning like all bedrooms.
Downstairs bedrooms have 3 bathrooms 1 big and 2 small and all have access to the swimming pool as also sea and garden views.

There are terraces around the house each with its charm. The swimming pool is 7.5 * 3.5 meter and depht from 1.80 - 1 meter and is situated on the ground floor area where there is a dining table garden sofa and 8 lovely sun beds and shower facilitie. 

Car parking is possible outside due to 24 h private security measures.
Prices are based on 11 persons.  
Baby cot & high chair: 
We inform you that we have 2 babycots easy to move in any of the rooms , and 2 high chairs of course.
  
We also provide bed sheets & towels: 
If you require bed sheets and towels please do advise us when you make a reservation. Prices:10 euros p.p. which includes 1 set of linens, duvet cover, 1 set of hand and shower towels and also beach towels if required.
