Desde la entrada, la sala de estar conduce a un gran comedor y continúa a la cocina. La cocina, amplia y luminosa, ofrece una isla / barra de desayuno y una sala de estar separada, ¡con una gran cantidad de asientos para todos! Justo al lado de la cocina / comedor hay una amplia sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora, medio baño y un bar con una nevera para vinos donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de sus bebidas favoritas. El dormitorio principal y el baño de la planta baja ofrecen privacidad y están separados de los 6 dormitorios adicionales de la casa.

En lo alto de las escaleras que conducen al segundo piso se encuentra el lugar ideal para que los niños se retiren, jueguen o miren películas en el espacio vital del segundo piso. Un dormitorio principal adicional se encuentra en el segundo piso con tocadores de doble lavabo y un amplio vestidor. Tres habitaciones adicionales se encuentran en este nivel, con baños en suite.

We stayed here for our Spring break. Total of 17 people and the rooms were excellent for our group. The kids all stayed on the third floor which was excellent and we couldn't hear them. This house is in a perfect location, you can walk or take the LSV to the beach. I actually think the house is bigger than what it looks online. A few recommendations I would give is maybe bigger dressers in the room or more hangers, we didn't have a lot of space to put our clothes but the rooms were plenty big enough. I also think it would be super helpful if the house came with beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 coolers. We were able to get these at walmart but I just think it would be a great bonus to come with the house. Great shops and restaurants minutes away. I will definitely rent this property again WE LOVED IT

We had a great week in Destin! House accommodated our large group nicely. Spent lots of time in the heated pool. Short walk to the beautiful beach!

Perfect Multi-Generational Vacay Home

We shared this home with family members who were all in Destin for a destination wedding. It was wonderful providing spaces to gather as well as spaces to take a break from the crowd! It was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed.

This is a beautiful home and the home exceeded our expectations. Our group of 19 had plenty of space and it was a short distance to the beach. The golf cart was a plus! We would love to stay here again.

We had such an amazing visit to Destin. The home was even more beautiful in person than the pictures revealed and we couldn't have been more impressed with the entire 360Blue team. THE BEST PLACE IVE STAYED ON VRBO

incredible property! stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and couldn’t have asked for a better place. the rooms and bathrooms were amazing, neighbors were super kind, and amenities were INCREDIBLE- they offer so many amazing experiences! the golf cart and pool were so nice! they also arranged our grocery delivery and even loaded our refrigerator with them before we arrived. 5/5 stars for sure!

Absolutely Amazing

I booked this property to celebrate my sorority sisters 37th anniversary and years of friendship. The property was just as beautiful as pictured. 360Blue has the most excellent service and made us feel so welcome. Every aspect of the home was perfect. The rooms, lighting , comfort, decor, location and amenities were first class! Thank you so much for helping us to create new memories. I will be planning to come back in the near future with my family.

November 2017 Stay

This was our 2nd visit to 93 Stingray and our experience was even better this time around. We brought friends and family with us during this visit and they marveled at the beauty of the Home and just how much room there was for our large group. We got to experience the the private pool, gorgeous beaches, shopping and even celebrated our sons 3rd birthday during our stay. We can’t wait for our next vacation back to this home. See you in February as we escape the NH snow. :)

Our family had a wonderful time and the house was fabulous!! We loved the pool and the separate living areas. We had three generations and it allowed everyone to have their space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would recommend two face cloths and hand towels for each bathroom. The only thing I missed having in the kitchen was a couple of 9x13" baking dishes. Also, we had to buy a skillet because the ones in the house were impossible to clean. We would rent this house again and highly recommend it for a large group!

very spacious

the title "brand new" is not correct. it is an older home. lots of rust in places. we had issues with heater in pool, golf cart, lights, plumbing, ice cube maker. but they were all issues that were fixed in a timely manner.. the staff is very nice and easy to work with. very spacious and rooms were good size. mattresses were comfortable except the bunk beds. we would definitely stay here again though.

Wonderful!!

The house was beautiful! Location great - 2 blocks to beach! Golf cart used a lot! Every bedroom had it’s own bathroom plus a half bath off main area! Very nice pool with a pool boy!! Luxurious bedding (pillows not so great). Only 2 complaints…NO pot holders and not enough kitchen towels and the big one….dining chairs need replacing. Most are wobbly; some have split legs/back. Otherwise, perfect for a celebration with family! Everyone had a fabulous time!! 360 Blue went above and beyond (thank you for the 2 coverups….they were worn often!)

We enjoyed our stay. The guest concierge was very helpful when we had a minor problem. Lots of televisions but we did not have instructions for operating them or they were not programmed for use. The refrigerator has an ice maker but it did not work. All of the bedrooms were a nice size except one. It had a king bed and could really be better with a queen bed. Very close access to shopping and the beach. The golf cart was very helpful with getting to and from the beach. We would rent the property again. Our group had 11 adults that stayed at the house.

November 2017 Stay

We love family vacations in Destin and this one was by far the best! This house was perfect for our extended family to spend Thanksgiving. With a family ranging in age from 8 to 83, we needed a special home to accommodate us well. The 360 Blue team was outstanding at helping us find just that. Anything you could possibly need, this home provided. It was so well appointed, with all the comforts of home plus some. The first floor master was fantastic for Grandma. The ample indoor and outdoor living spaces gave us so much room to relax and have fun. The kids loved the heated pool. The location is so close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants that we ended up biking and walking most of the week. 360 Blue was so quick to help with anything we needed. This was our first trip with them and we won’t book through anyone else again. We filled this beautiful house with a lot of love and laughter and can’t wait to come back!

Many issues - Extremely dirty

The only good thing was the golf cart! Cleanliness was absolutely terrible... refrigerator had meat blood in it upon arrival, drains were clogged in 2 bathrooms (my husband fixed these - mgmt was notified, but nothing was taken care of), pool was cloudy and dirty - pool mgmt. arrived the last day of our stay, 2 dining room chairs were missing and supposed to be replaced the day after arrival - that never happened. Garbage cans were full upon arrival, called - took 2 days for them to be emptied. Top floor bedrooms - beds were not made upon arrival. In general - inside and outside had lots of dust, cobwebs, etc... everywhere! Highly disappointed as we booked because of all the 5 star reviews.

Perfect home for our group of 14. The large living area was great for eating together and playing games. The outdoor living area was delightful! The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The house is well-decorated, clean, spacious, and light. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beach was very crowded but we expected that. We didn't expect to have a very small area that we could set up our umbrellas/chairs etc. there were "private property " signs on either side of the beach access that is closest to the house. I tried to be mindful of that, but an employee made us move our setup. He showed me the area we had to use, a small strip of sand about 8 ft across going from the access to the water. He at least helped me get the umbrellas in place. It was okay, just unexpected. The walk to the beach wasn't bad. Beautiful white sand, clear water, and no jellyfish! The bikes were a great addition. The house is close to anything you might need: groceries, shopping, water park, restaurants. All in all, a fabulous pl
