Welcome to ‘Gulls’ our 1 bedroom rooftop apartment only a block from the seafront at Rustington. We have a private entrance to our Loft extension with Sitting/dining space, small Kitchenette suitable for Ready Meals preparation and large west facing bedroom. With off road parking the property is in close proximity to a Bus route into Littlehampton or Rustington, with further connections on the 700 bus route from Brighton to Portsmouth so a car is not essential. Local Express store and a Leisure centre are within 10 mins walk. Scenic park within 5 minutes and the beach front a further 3 minutes easy walk. We have in the past, run a two bedroom B & B near Chichester and know the surrounding area well. The ‘Gulls’ offers you a welcome quiet break away from city life or a comfortable base when visiting friends and family in the area.

Very comfortable stay convenient for South Coast and South Downs

Compact but extremely comfortable with all we needed. The area is very quiet, just a short walk to the sea front. Local restaurants also within walking distance.

Peaceful, comfortable and welcoming

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Gulls. Jennie was a kind and generous host and we slept very well. Location was perfect for us: quiet but just a short walk to the sea or the High Street and we were glad to be able to park, fix ourselves meals and relax while visiting family

Lovely place

Great location, really enjoyed the walk through the park to get to the beach and to nearby Rustington. The accommodation was clean and tidy, nicely stocked and enjoyed the sunshine coming through the place. Shower was nice and powerful and the bed was very comfortable. Only a small suggestion; perhaps a slightly bigger breakfast table as it was tricky to get both of our plates etc on there. Overall great stay and would return.

Nice flat near to the seafront

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well equipped for a short stay and was very clean. It is about a 5 minute walk to the seafront. We had good communication with the property owner. One small thing is that the ceilings are quite low in places but we got used to that. We would recommend this property.

Lovely getaway apartment

Perfect for our stay in Littlehampton visiting family. The studio flat was cosy but had all the things we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The lounge/kitchen/diner was small but perfectly adequate. Jennie was the perfect hostess too. She has paid a lot of attention to detail inside the studio flat. The location is very good; it is quiet and the beach and a lovely big park a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended!!

We had a pleasant welcome from Jenny in a quiet location . Comfortable bed …practical layout eg toaster next to table …..good number of towels and hanging space ,dishwasher with tablets ,tea,coffee…. We would stay again … A minor consideration is the proximity of the sloping roof which could be slightly challenging for people over 6 foot ..

Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very well appointed with everything needed for a short stay, clean and comfortable. The use of the space is very clever, with your own private entrance and completely separate from the main house. The bed is very comfortable and the ensuit is spacious with a great power shower. The sitting room and little kitchen is perfect for breakfast and heating up meals, even with a little dishwasher, which was a pleasant surprise. We were in Rustington visiting family over the Christmas weekend and this was the perfect base for us. Thank you Jennie for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay at "The Gulls"

Jennifer, the host was wonderful. The place itself was quaint but a great use of space. This was a quiet neighborhood with close access to the beach. We will definitely look up again if ever in the UK.

We have recently returned to UK from living in Spain where I managed Holiday rental villas including our own property for about 8 years. Prior to that we had a bungalow with 2 bedrooms offered for Bed and Breakfast near Chichester and were delighted to welcome the many overseas visitors that were drawn to the areas attractions.

The attraction of the Rustington Area is being able to walk everywhere on the level and our situation being only a mile from the sea avoids the harsher climate of the seafront.
