Gorgeous garden haven

We had a fabulous stay in the cottage set in a beautiful garden. Everything you need is there, including a super outdoor setting for enjoying the roses and the fish pond. Liz and Keith are perfect hosts and the welcome package was lovely. Would love to return.

Lovely cottage

Really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. The property had everything we needed and more and the welcome pack was appreciated. The owners were very welcoming and on hand if we needed them. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach of the cottage. We would love to stay again.

Lovely comfortable cottage.

We were looking for a quiet place in the country and this cottage was perfect. Very comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful gardens and fish pond. Lots of footpaths close by for hiking. Loved our time there!

Beautiful Cottage

Beautiful Cottage, decorated to a very high standard with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Liz & Keith are great hosts and made us both very welcome and nothing is to much trouble. We loved our stay and would definitely be back.

Idyllic cottage

Had a very enjoyable week at Rose Cottage. Hosts were very helpful with everything. The cottage is kitted out with everything you could think of and in a beautiful area and setting. Definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our time at Rose Cottage. Liz and her husband were very helpful and happy to help with any queries. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We would recommend this as place stay and enjoy the beauty of the South Downs.

Wonderful little getaway!

Lots of communication from the hosts prior to arrival to assist with absolutely everything. Easy to find the accommodation in such a beautiful setting. The home is absolutely gorgeous and finished to an extremely high standard. Ideal location for lots of day trips, but the house is so nice, you almost don’t want to leave! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay, very helpful and very friendly from the start.

Perfect Place

What can i say, we had a fabulous time! Liz and Keith are the perfect hosts, the property was amazing finished to a very high standard. Everything about it was lovely and the setting is perfect, Liz was very helpful with information about local places to eat and drink and local dog walks and they were very accommodating with our dogs. Defiantly recommend staying in this wonderful holiday home.

Cosy luxury base for exploring the South Downs

Extremely well equipped, warm and comfortable cottage with a huge double bed and marvellous word burner for the rainy nights we encountered. Large shower and really soft towels with a selection of excellent local beers and local wine in the welcome pack. Very good communication with the owners. Would definitely recommend for couples with or without a dog.

We couldn't expect more, just wonderful, warm welcome for us and our irish setter Harry. All fenced and protected. Clean as clean can be, wonderful furniture, comfy bed. Thanks to Liz and Keith lovely hosts. No question, we'll be back next year at your stunning cottage

Liz and Keith were very welcoming and their cottage is in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend visiting them as the cottage is stunning, very clean and met our needs. They also welcomed our pet dog and provided space for her to relax in the front garden as well as her being allowed in the cottage. Liz and Keith provided details of areas to visit and where to purchase nice food. Thank you very much for a pleasurable stay.
