Charming farmhouse apartment with garden, pool and views

Away from it all in the heart of Tuscany, Agriturismo Timignano is a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by stunning unspoilt countryside.
The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space.

The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

The farm is a family-run property and is divided into 4 apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance and private terrace.

This is a two-bedroom apartment with a charming roof terrace overlooking the valley. The well equipped kitchen/living area combines beautiful stone artefacts with modern furnishings. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings. The main bedroom has one double bed and a smaller room has one single bed. There is one bathroom with shower. Outside is a shaded pergola and eating area with barbecue.

The farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees and gardens full of flowers and fresh cooking herbs which you are welcome to pick.

The swimming pool, 20 mt from the house with great views across the valley, is shared with the other 2 apartments and is a quiet place to relax, unwind and read.
For this reason it is not suitable for children under 13 years or for those who enjoy water games, inflatables and loud music.

I live in part of the house with my wife, Sarah. We will be here to greet you on arrival and to help out with any questions and local tips.

Agriturismo Timignano is in the middle of the countryside, 10 minutes from the beautiful hill top town Casole d'Elsa and within 40 minutes of Tuscany's main artistic and cultural hotspots.

It is fairly remote and with no traffic it is very quiet which is why so many guests return year after year. If you prefer a more urban setting or don't enjoy driving on country roads then this might not be the place for you!

There is a 1.5km stone road leading to the house. It is suitable for all types of car but we advise you to drive slowly due to various drainage bumps along the route.

The swimming pool is not suitable for children under 13. No pool games, inflatables or loud music please.Swimming towels are not provided.

The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away in Casole d'Elsa so we suggest you buy some provisions before arriving. There is a good local restaurant in the village, 5 minutes from the house.
