This luxury apartment, 50 meters away from the beaches of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor was completely refurbished in 2019 to create the perfect apartment for you to relax and enjoy your holiday in the sun ! Ideally located to both the old town and the new town, and in very close proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The open plan lounge / kitchen / diner is a modern, bright space with 3 seater sofa, dining table and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible.

The apartment has free wifi, a google chrome cast and smart TV which are connected to the TV for you to use. All rooms have air con fitted, and this is on the meter where we will give you the first 10 euros complimentary.

The property has a master double bedroom and twin room, the master has double wardrobe, desk and reading area, and the twin has fitted wardrobes. Both a clean and modern and a really lovely space for you to relax.

The newly fitted bathroom also has a large double shower with twin showerhead.

There is a utility area in the property which has a washing machine and airer for you to dry your clothes. The property is also fitted with a smoke alarm.

Downstairs in the basement there is a storage room that you can use which is locked for security for you store beach chairs (which are provided) and golf clubs if you have them, there is even a shower for you to wash off the sand after your day on the beach. There is also parking on the street outside for cars, which is free of charge.
