Great, brand new studio apartment, 15 min by foot to Old city, close to Rixos Libertas hotel and Bellevue beach

The space
Studio has kitchenette equipped with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen utensils.Bathroom comes with shower and washing machine.
Double bed is 160cm wide and perfect for couples.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

What an incredible stay. Walking distance to a beautiful beach for swiming, and even closer to the perfect cliffside sunset-watching spot. Cozy and clean. Would love to have stayed longer!

This place is a perfect location. You feel part of the neighbourhood, get a beautiful view of the sea and only a short walk to Dubrovnik old town. The walk is peaceful with lots of restaurants and bars to stop at along the way. It is everything we could have wanted for our city break.

We had a great stay here! Martina was a very friendly and responsive host. The flat was in a really good location between the modern city area and the old town, and it was easy to walk to either. We really enjoyed views from the balcony, and it was very nice to come back to after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik :)

Very cute apartment! A fair walk from town but if you don't mind walking it's a great spot close to a lovely little beach! Also you can get a bus back most of the way from the old town, The apartment was ideal for us and had a shop close by! We had a great stay! Would recommend! Easy check in with lock box!
