Lovely studio apartment 16 m2, bright and newly refurbished for 2 persons with a fantastic sea view, just 20 min walk to the old town. Located in a familiar neighbourhood, just 300m to the sea.
The studio apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, where you can prepare breakfast and small dishes (a mini market is only a few meters away from the house). Kitchenette offers fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, toaster. The bathroom is modern with a walk in shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
Balcony is private and it is furnished. You can enjoy sea view from the balcony.

In the walking distance you can find few restaurants. Grocery store is approx. 200 meters away.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The place was lovely and clean, close to one of the coolest beaches we have ever seen! A great view and had everything we needed. Maybe a bit smaller than we expected from the pictures but was still a very comfortable stay. Recommend!

Great location. We arrived early, parked and walked in to Dubrovnik to the castle and to walk the walls. Got the bis back to Otto’s for takeaway food and had it and wine looking over the ocean. A great day. Nice breakfast delivered in the morning.

Night in Dubrovnik for City Walls at sunset

The view was as incredible has the photos show. Also, the condition of the apartment with AC, fully equipped kitchen, were also a great topic. One of the things we valued the most was the availability of the staff for all questions, and the kindness on leaving us some welcome biscuits ;) Also in a city with so expensive car parking, being able to park for free 25/30 minutes from Pile Gate we found it awesome.

It’s small, issues with water and wifi. Stays very damp and not comfortable bed sheets. Other than that it was very nice view and location. Host was a very good person and tried to help as much as she could

Glorious residence!

Great little place in a good location, just minutes from Bellevue beach, a market and restaurants. We had a great time here and the hosts were very helpful with any questions we had. The only thing we had a a small issue with was the studio was very very humid and no matter what we did with the windows and AC all of our stuff was damp. Not a huge issue, and we still greatly enjoyed this place!

Brilliant service!

The lock gave us some problems at inopportune times, the bed was a little small, but all in all it was a great place! Beautiful view from the room & terrace. Washer with detergent was clutch. A little farther from the old city but very easy / nice to walk in or take the bus if you’d prefer. Nice to be able to cook a few meals even in the small kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
