New, modern and stylish addition to our beautiful Villa King.

This amazing apartment comes with a big 40m2 terrace in front of the apartment. With your private hot tub, and a beautiful sea view you will most certainly enjoy your stay here.

In the apartment there is one luxury bedroom, with a big 160x200 cm bed.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be turned into a normal size double bed (160x200 cm) with its own mattress.

There are 3 beaches nearby (Banje beach, Sv.Jakov and Gjivovici beach), and with only 15 min easy walk to the Old Town, you know you have a perfect location.


Just 500 metres from the beach, Villa King is 1 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It offers modern-style apartments overlooking the Adriatic Sea from a furnished balcony or a terrace. Free WI-Fi, a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV are standard amenities.

All apartments have modern furnishings and comprise a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living area. Each features a bathroom with a hairdryer and a washing machine. A terrace with barbecue facilities is at guests’ disposal.

The nearest grocery store is 150 metres away. The Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are 4.5 km from the Villa King. Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 20 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

Amazing apartment in best part of beautiful Dubrovnik

We were in the one bedroom apartment with the jacuzzi. The whole place is even better than in the pictures. Super-clean, modern, and really comfortable. I was here with my husband, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have chosen anything better than this in Dubrovnik. Very near of many 5-star properties in Ploce, very close to the old town. Dino was a wonderful host, and he met us at the apartment, and explained every detail. He is a nice young man, and was born in this house. Dubrovnik is very touristy, but this place was just outside, and felt very peaceful. The weather was gorgeous in September, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the fabulous terrace, after visiting the many places in and around Dubrovnik. I would recommend this place without hesitation, and would love to go back, but it gets fully booked months in advance. We booked 9 months before our stay!. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed in.

I am Jasna and my husband is Luka. We are grown up in Dubrovnik and latter we have move to Zagreb.We have two sons, Dino and Mario. Last 4 years we have returned and we have rebuilt our family house to Villa and we start to rent. I am fashion designer , and Luka is electronics engineer. We very like our VILLA KING and we do our best to give our guests all support and help that they need.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

VILLA KING is located in excellent position. This is residental area in bay , in front of island Lokrum and Old harbour of Old Town.View is amazing from all terrace, and from windows and balcony. It is in quite erea, surraunding with grennery , and needs only 15 minutes slow walk to arrive in Old Town.
Lot of our guests say : is one milion $, view!!!
