Apartamento para 5 personas, a 5 minutos de la playa y del casco antiguo, con parking.

Apartamento MARIALBA en nuestra casa de piedra rodeada de jardín, en la parte de élite de Dubrovnik, Ploce, a sólo 150 metros a pie del casco antiguo y la popular playa Banje tiene vista al mar, la isla de Lokrum y el casco antiguo de Dubrovnik y las paredes de la ciudad.
Tiene aire acondicionado y conexión a internet wi-fi. El aparcamiento para nuestros huéspedes es gratuito, pero es necesario reservarlo al reservar el apartamento.
Todos los monumentos importantes, galerías, iglesias, restaurantes, cafés bares, espectáculos están a poca distancia a pie.
La estación de teleférico está a 150 metros del apartamento, así como la parada del autobús de la ciudad nº 8 (hasta Gruz - puerto de Dubrovnik) y nº 5 (hacia la península de Lapad).

MARIALBA está en 2 niveles:
Cocina, comedor-sala de estar, un baño, planta baja, así como el dormitorio (2 camas individuales juntas + cama individual) con balcón.
Arriba 2 dormitorios (1/2 habitación y 1 habitación individual) ante-habitación con un sofá, mesa pequeña y TV vía satélite.

También hay un baño (con lavadora) arriba.
Desde las ventanas del techo la vista se extiende desde las islas en el este hasta la parte occidental de Dubrovnik, con Minceta y St. Fortalezas de Lawrence.

Such a great stay! Perfect location just be prepared for stairs! Host was super nice and provided recommendations. The size was great for 4 people and having 2 bathrooms was amazing. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend staying here

The property was really good and the hosts very kind. It was a short walk to the old town and to the cable car. The air conditioning makes a big difference in the summer. There were also all the appliances needed to cook food at the accommodation.

This is an excellent location; Airport Shuttle drops you a flat 4minute walk from the apartment, and the entrance to the cable car is next to the airport shuttle stop. The apartment is accurate as the photos and descriptions in the listing. The host is very generous and prompt in their responses to any question or request that we had. While not inside the old port, it’s very nearby and much more quiet as a result. Also if steps are a problem you can walk a bit further around and eliminate most all of the stairs.

Awesome location

This property is so close to the old town and the waterfront. It was very handy to have a secure parking space. Maria and Serg were generous and helpful hosts.

Great location with parking

Overall, a great stay given close proximity to the city and assigned parking which is rare in the area. Marked off a start due to noticing that quite a few of the dishes in the kitchen were unfortunately dirty. Additionally, there was an issue with the shower head not working properly but Marija and family were quick in finding a temporary solution which we appreciated. We felt very welcomed in Dubrovnik, hvala!

Great Stay

Everything was amazing. Incredibly convenient location to both old town, the beach, and nearby markets. Very spacious apartment with plenty of beds, even though we only used 1. The view was spectacular. Super easy check in and out. We loved this location so much I would easily recommend it to my friends.

Room with a view Dubrovnik. Amazing location.

You will not find a better place to stay while staying in Dubrovnik. Sergio and Maria’s lovely home is located just a few steps above Banji Beach and a quick 5-10min walk from the heart of the old city. I highly recommend staying here. Ice cold AC in each room and a private terrace and balcony with a view. Plenty of room for a party of 4-5.

Fantastic Location

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room for the four of us. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed for our 10 days in Dubrovnik. The location is fantastic, just a short walk into the old town and Banje Beach. It was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view over Lokrum Island (well worth a visit, it's beautiful). Would highly recommend this accommodation and hosts, we all had a fantastic time!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the property is close to walk to old town, grocery, restaurants and public transportation. The hosts are a great family dedicated to provide anything needed for a wonderful experience. The property itself is comfortable and spacious with great showers, comfy beds and AC if needed (nice breeze from the sea was wonderful). Dedicated parking was a huge huge help.Highly recommend a stay here!

This apartment is an excellent choice if you are visiting Dubrovnik. It's location is really amazing with incredible views of the old city and Lokrum island. Its only a few minutes walk to the old city and beach, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc... The hosts Marija and Serg are very kind and will provide plenty of touristic information on where to go and what to see during your visit. Having your own parking spot included is a big plus if you have a car as parking close to the old city is very difficult. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. A+++

Gem in Dubrovnik

This is an adorable apartment near Old Town and Banje Beach. The Balcony of the master bedroom has an incredible view of the Old Town and the Adriatic sea. It was So Relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy. Marija the host was very helpful and gave us tips for our visit in Dubrovnik.

Excellent location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was ideally located for the old town, beach, cable car and supermarket. The hosts were so helpful. They organised taxis, gave advice on times to visit places, explained where the supermarket and beach were and were generally lovely. The apartment has a pretty outside dining area where we ate breakfast and lunch as well as a balcony off the main bedroom. It's 5-10 mins walk from the old town where there are loads of great restaurants.

Excellent apartment

Short walk down to old town or along road to the cable car. Lovely view over the Adriatic. Very clean. Welcoming and attentive owners. Efficient AC particularly upstairs.

This apartment worked well for us.

My wife and I were joined by one of our daughters. Dubrovnik was searingly hot and humid, but the ac worked well, the washer was good, and the showers were also good (although hot water was short-lived). The location is good, but do expect to climb hills from Old Town Dubrovnik to get to the apartment.

Convenient & close to everything

This was a great spot near Old Town and walking distance to many many things including the port for excursions, restaurants, Banje beach, Cable car etc. Bus stop is close by if you'd like to use that. Uber/taxi were very affordable. We had a little issue with the bathroom but the host was very responsive. Only thing that could have been improved was if there was a mini split in the main floor bedroom.

Perfect place in great location with wonderful Terrace

A great home with room for seven people just minutes from the town and the Banje beach. Two bathrooms and a wonderful Terrace overlooking the town. Air conditioning in upstairs rooms as well as downstairs. Dubrovnik is a fantastic town and this location was perfect. Be prepared to walk up some stairs to get there from town but that is just the way the town is designed and this home was closer than most. Also a short walk away from cable car to top of mountain where there is also an easy airline shuttle bus for only $6. The owner lives in home below and met us even at 10:00pm when we arrived to show us the home. Very friendly and welcoming. You definitely want to stay here if coming to Dubrovnik!

Spacious apt

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having 2 bathrooms with 4 of us. My girls had the whole upstairs. Location is close to everything! You don’t need a car. The towels and sheets could use updating. We also had trouble with the washing machine. We needed someone to stop by and show us. We tried everything. I was told we’re smart and should be able to figure it out!! They never stopped by. I would stay here again for the price, location and spaciousness.

After I showed you (Haley) how to use the dishwasher and the washing machine, after giving you written instructions with sketches in English, after receiving your messages on WhatsApp at midnight, I felt embarrassed as if I was not able to explain such simple things. But when you ran away early in the morning leaving broken AC in the room with 2 beds, we were astonished finding broken WOODEN kitchen shelf with broken cups, glasses on the floor.... One of your messages: "Just realized we want to wash clothes not dishes"?????? To much for me to understand. I hope you boarded the right plane. 3 days with you like 3 years.

Very nice view & roomy--good central location

My husband & I (who are in our sixties) stayed here for 3 nights June 3-5, 2018. This apartment we stayed in sleeps at least 6 people, but it might be a little cozy since there are only 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us though. The air conditioning worked very well downstairs. The upstairs not quite as good but that's to be expected. We didn't spend much time up there anyway since the master bedroom & one bathroom is downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything but a dishwasher, but we didn't use many dishes. We just had breakfast & lunch there & ate out for dinner. There was a market nearby & the old town was about a 10 minute walk. However, the shortest way there required taking many stairs. There was a very nice restaurant toward the bottom of the stairs called Horizont--great food & reasonably priced. Most of the restaurants in the old town were very pricey. Also, the manager was very nice & helpful.

Dear Meg S., each of 2 bedrooms upstairs has got it's own air conditioner and the remote control is fixed on the wall just as I showed you. The DISHWASHER in the kitchen (as it is seen on the photo) is that SILVER INOX THING. Best regards to you and Mr.S.
