¡¡BIENVENIDO AL PARAISO!! Es su turno para disfrutar de esta villa frente al mar increíble!

Nuestra villa está ubicada en un retiro frente a la playa exclusivo de villas de propiedad privada, alojados en un pequeño edificio de 5 pisos, dentro de la Wyndham Grand Resort y complejo de playa de Mar Beach. Hermosa y remodelada, nuestra villa ofrece vistas increíbles y está a sólo 40 metros de la playa, sólo separados por la piscina de borde infinito frente a la playa. Totalmente con aire acondicionado, tiene wi-fi, y televisión por cable en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos principales, un balcón amueblado para disfrutar de las increíbles vistas y los sonidos relajantes de las olas del mar, 1 dormitorio (con una cama king-size), un cuarto de baño totalmente remodelado, Sala de estar (con sofá cama), y un comedor. Privado 4 piscinas frente al mar (incluyendo una piscina de adultos frente a la playa sin bordes, otra piscina familiar frente al mar y una piscina para niños), jacuzzi, hermosos jardines, tumbonas en la piscina y zona de playa.
No hay otra propiedad dentro del complejo que está justo en frente de la playa y justo al lado del edificio principal del hotel. Tiene acceso a:

Campo de golf Wyndham Rio Mar y El Conquistador Golf Course son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Playa de Luquillo y Bosque Nacional El Yunque son lo que necesitas. Parque tropical de Carabalí y Centro de Arte y Cultura de Luquillo también merecen la pena. Great stay

We have stayed in Ocean Villas before and this villa did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if the price was right.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay!

Very nice beachfront spot. After getting there at night, waking up in the morning to the beach/pool/palm trees view was amazing. The villa had everything we needed, a few steps from pool and beach. It is within the Rio Mar property, a very nice and well maintained resort. It felt extremely safe and very very quiet, which is what we were looking for. The AC units worked fantastic(very important in PR) as well as all other appliances, however the toilet was extremely loud when flushed to the point that it woke up whoever was sleeping in the middle of the night when flushed. I would highly suggest trying to fix this issue. I did need to check in a little earlier than expected, before the check in time, and messaged the host but never received a reply. That was a little unsettling. I ended up waiting till later in the day to check in. Once the reservation was made, the host's response time was very slow for these type of reservations. I travel a lot and this very unusual, although they were very nice. I highly recommend this spot, it was the best decision we made to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary!

An Amazing Getaway

This was a very needed time off getaway for my wife and I. The villa was perfect, especially with the amazing ocean view. If we were not at the beach or pool, we were sitting at our balcony enjoying the view. We were able to use all the amenities of the resort while still having our privacy at the villas. Will definitely stay there again. We both loved it.

Very nice stay and very responsive manager

We enjoyed our stay. The property was not luxurious but was what we needed, and was clean. Manager was very responsive when something didnt work. The water went out for the entire facility one night (not their fault) and the owner and manager immediately compensated us to stay at a hotel that night,

Beautiful apartment and extremely helpful host

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, really close to the resort with activities but also a quieter pool and beach. The owner was incredibly responsive to all our questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place and plan to return

If you want an amazing place to just hang out and just relax this is the place for you. There were 5 pools at your disposable with the ocean a few steps away. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk that has a casino and restaurants. The inside of the condo was clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is totally worth the money you will pay for it.

Not impressed

So to start with, the room was not clean. There was food on the carpet as soon as we walked in, the bedroom carpet you stuck to when you walk. Then everyday the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. There was construction next door our whole trip the dishwasher did NOT work at all and the oven would only get warm. The toilet seat was still moving, just like in the last review. It’s a good thing we love Puerto Rico or we would never come back.

Wonderful Property

This property is beautiful and we had a great stay! Sitting out on the balcony was so relaxing listening to the waves and the pool was never crowded. The only recommendation would be to add oven mitts/dish towels to the kitchen and to fix the toilet seat. We would stay again. Thank you!

great condo with an amazing view

The location cannot be beat. WE always enjoy staying in this location as it has a beautiful view although this Beach is not by Puerto Rico standards, a great beach. It is close to so many activities, restaurants, and 30 minutes from the Airport. While the condo itself was nice, as experienced Home away goers, we did feel that there were some things lacking. First, no beach chairs or beach towels. Second, no wash cloths. Next, no oven pans , kitchen towels, or hot pads in the kitchen. There was only one trash bag. There was a dishwasher, but it did not work because you could not properly shut the door,. So, we had to spend vacation time washing dishes. The toilet seat in the bathroom needs replaced as everytime I sat on it, I went for a ride. Lastly, if you provide a washing machine, you should certainly provide a dryer. All of the other home aways that we have stayed in have both. The furniture and bed were comfortable though/

Wonderful

This villa was perfect for us and is exactly as described. You are steps away from the pool and beach and have an amazing view from the balcony. And it is just a short walk to the main resort if you want to eat in one of the restaurants. I highly recommend this property and would definitely go back.

Beautiful beach!

The property was exactly as listed. The beach was beautiful and you can walk right to it outside the door. The pool was very nice and it was helpful to be right next to the resort for food options. We loved our stay and hope to stay there again soon.

Beautiful unit, great view, convenient location

We really loved everything about this unit and the amenities at the villas. The pool and beach areas are kept clean and are beautiful and we're never crowded during our stay. Communication with the property manager was great. The location is a short drive from many of the most popular attractions in the area, and it's not far from San Juan either. Lovely place.

We had a wonderful experience. The villa is beautiful. Everything was as pictured. It was the perfect size for our family of three. Having a kitchen and large refrigerator was a plus. We were able to go to Walmart and pick up a few grocery. Our view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool area and beach were relaxing. We will definitely return.

Truly paradise!!

The room is absolutely gorgeous! The views from the balcony and bedroom are phenomenal. Our host was communicative and helpful at all times during our stay. The pool area is very nice and was quiet during our stay. The resort is just a few minutes away walking along the beach path if you want a livelier environment. Everything was way nicer than we anticipated and we were pleasantly surprised. We would love to come back again someday!
