This brilliant property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms that accommodates 7 people comfortably with two king beds, one queen bed and a twin sofa bed. With 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, you'll feel right at home. AC, a washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, and WiFi are all at your disposal. Nice ocean view from our balcony. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are surrounded by wonderful beaches and activities. Just steps away from Seven Seas Beach (across the street), walking distance to Playa Escondida (one mile walk), Las Cabeza de San Juan Natural Reserve (5 mins walk), water taxi to Icacos Beach (6 mins drive) kayaking at the Bioluminescent Bay (6 mins car ride). El Yunque National Forest is 30 mins. away. Also, authentic puertorrican cuisine at walkable distance to the apartment or a short drive. Book now for a relaxing beachside retreat!Occasionally Puerto Rico experiences brief utilities interruptions (electric, water, phone and internet). Outages caused by the utility providers are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

The smart TV has access to all modern streaming services, although you will need to log in with your own account(s) in order to view content. Please note that this is a walk up apartment located on the second floor, and there is no elevador available

We stayed here for a week with our two kids. They loved the pool and the beach was steps from the apartment. Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Especially appreciated the beach supplies and pool toys.

Kevin was a wonderful guest! He was respectful, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. He treated the property with care, followed the house rules, and left everything clean and tidy. I would be more than happy to host Kevin again in the future and highly recommend him to other hosts.

Her place was wonderful. Very clean, had everything we needed, great beach chairs, roomy living and sleeping space. Location to 7 seas beach was great with lots of hiking trails and other quiet beaches around us. Great place for smoothies and bowls next to estacione restaurant. We had a great time. Thanks.

First off, Ivelisse was a 10 out of 10 property manager. Anything I asked she responded within a few minutes. The condo was lovely, each room had its own AC. The kitchen was up to date and the balcony had a phenomenal view. The condo was furnished very nicely. We felt safe the entire time we were there as the community is gated and locked. Super quiet, peaceful and private area. The condo is less than two miles fromBio Bay tours and restaurants etc. If you are on the fence, BOOK THIS CONDO! Seven Seas Beach was literally across the street. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. They also had noodles in one of the guest closets. When we arrived, there was bottled water and juice pouches already in the fridge along with a Brita filter water pitcher.

Perfect stay for our family

This apartment was a great place for our family. It's a gated apartment complex which made it feel extra safe. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms cool down quickly with the aircondition. We really enjoyed the pool area and the location in general.Remember to bring earplugs to mask the noise of the birds that start very early in the morning. Thank you for hosting us! We highly recommend this place.

We had an outstanding stay in Fajardo, about an hour east of San Juan, and this spot truly delivered on everything we were looking for in a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, just about 100 feet from Seven Seas Beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, activities, and excursion pickups. It made everything incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family.The property itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The host was fantastic, very responsive and attentive, replying within minutes whenever we had a question or needed anything. That level of communication really enhanced the overall experience.One of the highlights was how accessible everything was. We could easily walk to nearby reserves and sightseeing areas, making it simple to explore without constantly needing a car. It’s truly an ideal setup for a family getaway.There are a couple of minor drawbacks to be aware of. The road in front of the complex can be quite busy, and cars tend to drive fast, so extra caution is needed when crossing, especially with kids. It has a pool, but much smaller the expected. Also, while Seven Seas Beach is beautiful, there was a noticeable amount of aquatic weed growth, which limited the snorkeling experience.Overall, this is an amazing location for a family vacation, and we would absolutely consider staying here again.
