We enjoyed the location. About a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. Spacious layout and the extra toilet was nice.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and very enjoyable. It was easy to get to by public transport. The host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. It is in a very popular area so some people may find it crowded although the apartment was very quiet.

Beautiful Stay in Rome

This property is in the heart of all the action. It’s extremely spacious with separate areas and a comfortable layout. There are so many wonderful places to to see and things do the minute you step outside. The host stayed in touch and was extremely helpful in coordinating transportation for us, when needed.

Perfect location

We loved everything about our stay. The location was ideal. It felt very close to everything but in a quieter area. We booked very last minute and were greeted warmly when we arrived before the apartment was ready. We were able to drop off our bags and enjoy the city before we could officially check in. The apartment was huge with two living rooms and two bedrooms.

Solid Stay, could use a few improvements.

Communication with Host was excellent and apartment was clean and huge. However, some areas of improvement:Building Foyer- dimly lit, in need of paint job, trash cans in hallway by front door!Keys- only one set provided. However, 2nd set promptly provided upon request.Trash- Guests are instructed to take their own trash out, to a location several blocks away. This should be handled by the Host, not the Guest!

Holiday in Rome

This was an absolute wonderful place to stay the check in was very easy and Mateo was extremely helpful and Maria. There were a few questions I had during our stay and Matteo contacted me very quickly as well as Maria. The area was lovely and close to so many exciting places to tour walk eat and relax. I was very grateful for the experience and being able to stay in such a relaxed and comfortable VRBO. We look forward to visiting again thank you for all you did to make this holiday successful. Good location. Cold A/C

Good location near Spanish steps, roughly 25mins from coliseum. Comfy unit with lots of space. Came with 3 ac units and 3 fans, which we loved because its hot in July. 30 degrees Celsius, 90+ Fahrenheit outside.comfy beds with balcony which included the washer. Big fridge and good kitchen

Fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with everything about our experience in this lovely apartment! The location is absolutely fantastic near the Spanish steps, close to great shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It looks just like the photos. The host was incredibly helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The host uses Vikey for check in and sending documentation. We are so grateful for our positive experience!! Grazie!!

Great location in an older building

We loved the location and the spaciousness of this apartment. We booked it because of the washer and the elevator. The washer was not working and the elevator is an old cage-type lift that had some cautions about it posted in the apartment. It is a 3rd floor apt with twisty somewhat steep stairs. There is a coin laundry just down the street with a change machine, and the host reimbursed us for the cost.

Long Term Rental - Would stay again!

My friend and I rented this property for a month. The hosts were overly accommodating, assisted us in arranging transportation, were timely in their communication and very attentive to our needs. The listing was accurate, the pictures true to real life (that half bath is a real life saver!) and the apartment was located blocks from EVERYTHING you would want to see & close to transportation for the neighborhoods further way. Having the lift to 'move in' was so helpful, but being on the 2nd floor, we found ourselves taking the stairs on a daily basis! Living like locals. Highly recommend this unit & hosts.

After all n shower was a problem

The shower/bathtub didn’t drain. Quite unsafe and slippery. Also location of bath and shower and no grab bar mad it awkward to get in and out of bath/shower

Thanksgiving in Rome

I rented this apartment to prepare and serve Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and her college friends. The apartment is in a great location and the kitchen is well appointed. The only issue was the lock on the door. I had issues getting in the last night there, and the manager never responded. Luckily the electronic key finally worked. But it’s scary not to be able to get in the door at night. I was told we would get access to use our phone to unlock the door, but we did not receive access so I had to use a small key fob which was problematic.

Good, not great

Clean, spacious, everything you need is there. Don’t love the neighborhood, but you can access lots of Rome highlights with ease. Biggest problem - the door! Locking and unlocking was absurd and an edge next to the handle was so sharp that it cut my hand fairly deeply when trying to open. If you have any arthritic hand issues, do NOT rent this apartment. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and communication was solid. For the price, and to accommodate a family, it worked.

Disappointment

This was located in a perfect place, however it was not a clean building. Using the stairs to the apartment - the stairwell was so dirty. I don’t think it was cleaned ever. The doors of the apartment inside were dirty where people put their hands closing the doors. There were mirrors everywhere, even over the tub, which freaked out my grandaughter. As a consequence we didn’t feel good bathing. Just a weird apartment. We had to empty trash and do dishes before leaving. I paid for the cleaning service so I didn’t think that request was appropriate. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice large apartment in excellent location with a small terrace off one bedroom. Billed as one and a half bathrooms however the half bath is very small with toilet and tiny sink off the kitchen. Internet us spotty. All in all, we loved the apartment.

L’appartement est très bien situé . Nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites à pied . Logement très confortable et spacieux. Seul petit inconvénient : la terrasse du restaurant de la rue qui est bruyante le soir . Nous recommandons ce lieu pour un séjour à Rome
