Embrace the magic of being by the sea in this lovingly restored Victorian villa in the heart of Sheringham less than 100 meters from the beach and town centre.

Original art work adorns the walls, the house is imaginatively decorated and the rooms have beautiful eclectic furniture, creating a modern bohemian style.

This truly is an ideal home for a holiday away with friends or family on the fabulous North Norfolk Coast.

*Certain periods have length of stay restrictions, also in general we don't allow arrivals on Sundays for instant bookings - please contact us if you have questions about certain arrival and departure days.*

Perfect for a short stay with friends

Amazing property in a great location. We had so much fun hanging out at the house and exploring the local area. Plenty of room for the 9 of us to enjoy comfortably. Close to e erything you could need.

Wanted a house suitable for a family gathering close to the sea - this far exceeded our expectations

The house had everything we needed & was perfect for our family weekend gathering. We loved the covered outdoor area and loved the fact that by going out the back gate and walking a few steps, we were in the High Street. All the rooms were clean and spacious & beds were comfortable. The host was always very prompt to respond to any questions prior to our arrival and also thoughtful with the welcome goodies that had been left for us. We would highly recommend this accommodation for any stays in Sheringham & we hope we can return again.

Wonderful house, location, host and holiday!

Our daughter cleverly snapped up a (Covid-19) cancellation in Seaview Villa at short notice, and wow, are we glad she did! I hadn't realised how exhausted and stressed we had become until we got here... and all our cares dropped from our shoulders like Pilgrim's burden. We were three generations in the house, including a highly active three-year-old, and the fact that we could run to the beach in seconds before breakfast to see whether the tide was right for a swim... or the sand for building castles before tea... or whether (occasionally, late at night) it was just so wild and romantic all we wanted to do was gaze and wonder at the raging waves and frothing white horses far out to sea (and listen to the singing spume as we fell asleep) made it the most perfect dream holiday, as if we'd stepped back into a timeless childhood... whilst still having flawless WiFi and an awesome home cappuccino machine (and the high street so near we could nip out for milk and be back before the tea was brewed in the pot). Christian was the most attentive, professional, no-fuss imaginable, and the whole house is done up with the most exquisite taste. Because he had only just taken the house on there were a few tiny items of snagging to report to him: he thanked us most courteously and I formed the firm impression they would probably be fixed before the next guests even checked in! We knew and loved Sheringham already, but have never before stayed in such an exquisite house. We will definitely be coming back... time and time again for years to come, I'm sure. (Though next time, we will plan and book a long time in advance!) Thank you Christian, and bless you and your lovely holiday home-from-home.
